Micheal is like a kids playground for me. I always have fun with the goodies I find there and the staff is always super helpful in helping me find what I need. I do get sad when they don’t have what I’m looking for because it forces me to shop online. But at the same time there selection is always incredibly large!

Its not Hobby Lobby, which is a good thing. Great for arts and crafts. Some of the products are junk, just do a review from your phone before buying, especially if its something that you need to plug in.

I enjoy shopping at this Michaels, the store is well kept and organized. The majority of the time I find what Im shopping for and sometimes even more.

Not really the stores fault (I think) but physical inventory didnt match online aisle listing. I did get asked by multiple employees if I needed any help, so that was nice. Good job to the employees during holidays.

My boyfriend went in to buy me two skeins of yarn of a certain color because where i live the store was sold out. He went in for me and bought the colors i was needing. I was excited but when i unraveled the yarn to continue my project, i discovered it was already cut up and used!! How disappointing.

Poor customer service and couldnt find what I needed. The store was a mess and low on inventory.

However today I grabbed one of the 5 dollar grab bags and I got three (THREE) planners for 2020 lmao 2020 was already the worst year but you had me spend money on something that is now in my trash. 🙃 The employees couldve thrown in at least ONE pen lmao and I wouldve been okay with the rest but three 2020 planners??? Thats uncool 😭

Micheals craft store is a great place to buy anything you need to create crafts . I bought paints from martha Stewart, apple paint, craft paint and brushes . This is what I made😊

They only let 65 people in the store at a time. Cashiers line was all the way down the alise of the store. Be prepared to spend 45min in line

Not Covid convenient their online shopping is NOT in sync with curbside pickups.Past practices of honoring Hobby Lobby or JoAnn coupons stopped in store so online purchases are screwed up

Organized items. Search your product online then when you go to the store you will find the product exactly on the aisle you Search earlier.

Everything is way to expensive I rather shop at the dollar tree or the 99 cent store or Walmart or target.

I came here last night and today both times when I would talk to an employee they were not helpful nor interested in helping me. I placed an order this morning and after 5 hours it still hasn’t been ready for pickup so came in to cancel so I can just grab the stuff myself !

Pricy store but if you snoop around long enough you can find some deals. I went for matte board to frame some photos, what they sell on the floor is paper thin, worthless for cutting mattes. I would think a store like this would carry better boards. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Its a good place for general odds and ends . Entry level hobby supplies but not alot for those deep into their crafts. Shelves tend to be a bit messy and lines can run long .

They never pick up the phone I called like 6 times and not a single answer it was a horrible experience I had one quick question to ask and didn’t get answered because no one answered!!!!!

Great clearance prices! I love to shop here after holidays! Their items are great and last a long time. The only issue I have is the number of employees. Ive been there a few times and its really hard to find someone to help look for a specific item. I have to go to the register and ask for help then wait for someone to come. Hence, the reason I have given it 4 starts. Other than that a great place to shop, always clean and they carry so many items!

Its always hard to find someone to help you if you need to ask a question. Then, when I finally did, the young lady was abrupt, rude and completely contradictory to what I tried to show her on the websiteWe did find what I was looking, I knew it was there somewhere, it just would have been nice if I didnt feel that it was such a bother for her.

I love Michaels. I mainly go for their yarn selection and the great door buster deals they have on different items. Also it is a great place to stock up on bakery items. I am able to use a 50% off coupon on non-sale items and get wilton pans for a great price! Definitely recommend downloading app before going.
