Joanns is the place to go for material. They have a very large selection, especially if you are looking for polar fleece. I bought flannel today that was on sale for $2.99 a yard!! They carry batting, foam, and upholstery fabrics. They have quite a bit of craft items too, some baking items, and decorations. Overall its a great store, I am a frequent flyer. On the down side, I dont use their coupons much, because they never seem to apply to what I have. The app is of no use to me, I just get frustrated when I try to use it.

I was there last week with my mother in law to buy some artificial flowers, a flower pot, and styrofoam base to stick the stems into. Everything was fine except for the lady working at the counter, not to mention any names, was very rude, and seemed quite eager to NOT help us. I asked her if she could help us with our arrangement, as wed be going right to the cemetery with the flowers, and if she could help us cut the stems. She was condescending when I suggested we use scissors, and did she not have any scissors we could use. She proceeded to sound condescending when telling me it would ruin the the scissors if cutting wire. Finally I asked if they sold wire cutters, and she told me yes, they were by the flowers. So I went back to hunt down wire cutters. The lady couldnt be bothered to show me where the wire cutters were located. All of this and Im with my 81 year old mother in law who has to use a walker, so getting around the store is already cumbersome. After locating the wire cutters, I went back up to the check out with all of my stuff, which Id been carrying around because the inconsiderate lady didnt offer to let me set my big armful of stuff down by her while she sat there and waited for me to find the wire cutters. When I got back up there, the lady didnt even look up at me, and greeted me with a hello as if shed never seen me before. She clearly didnt acknowledge the fact that I was just talking with her less than 5 minutes before this. I said hi, I was just here 2 minutes ago. She still didnt look up. Checked us out without any further interactions. Really rubbed me the wrong way. My feelings are, if youre going to be working with people, you need to be friendly and helpful. Not rude, and clearly not enjoy the company of other humans. Ive been inside a Joanne fabrics store probably 4 times in my life. This was a pretty lame experience.

Craft store, fabric stores are hard to resist buying fun projects and crafts.... oh the endless things I could make....

I always seem to find what I need. Not being a big sewing person, little projects I find what Im looking for. So keep up the good work there. Thankyou.

My visits to the Beaver Dam & Fond du lac locations were okay, no one asked if I needed help or anything. I found what I needed, nothing exceptional about the store.

I visited JoAnn Fabrics today in Fond du Lac with my dog, a Cavalier King CharlesTherapy dog. The employees were so welcoming and kind. They offered treatsto my dog and chatted with me. I boughta few Easter decorations. It was such adog friendly relaxed visitKudos, Jean & Kenzie 😀💖🐾

Good place to go if you are looking for fabric, yarn, jewelry supplies and scrap booking supplies. Online it said that they had supplies for 5 diamond painting they call it Dots. I had to ask for help, I couldnt find it. Their supplies consist of jewels for spares or making your own. They have NO tools for doing the actual work of the painting.

Customer service rep was very nice and helpful.

Very disappointed with my visit today/tonight. Usually I love going to find cute fabric for an affordable price. I started in this store to see if they had a specific fabric I needed because online didn’t tell me which store had it. Went in and dealt with very rude customer service then found out they didn’t have it. They called the fond du lac store who claimed they had 4 yards. I live in Sheboygan falls and drove an hour for this fabric, one way. Got to fond du lac and they held the wrong fabric...not even the same item # so that was even more frustrating and a waste of time. Fond du lac called two other stores and apparently are sending the one I need to the store closest to me. Not holding my breath for the correct print....

Staff were friendly. Most customers wore masks.

Went to the register and asked where to return fabric and the lady told me I have to wait in line at the register. After waiting for about 10 minutes I finally come up to her and she tells me I have to go to the fabric counter to get it measured first. Great service you guys. Thanks for wasting my time.

Snooty, stuck up, Customer Service! If you did not buy it there dont expect them answer any question about it! It, can be anything from sewing machines, to thread, its just weird! Also if you are crippled, male, and in a wheelchair they avoid you like the plague, act like you are from another planet! I have a medical patient who shops there. They hate shopping there too, sadly sometimes you need something only they carry.
