This is the Envoy, the top-of-the-line salt water spa that we will get someday for our backyard. Absolutely no comparison to the previous two hot tubs I purchased. Not only is it a beautiful addition to your outdoor living space but even better is the benefits you get from the water massage. The shoulder and neck are far superior than any other. It feels so good that I get chills! Another perk is the design. It is built with energy efficient so supreme that your electric bill will not even notice. Mine went down because the other hot tub was not built that way. Michael who we purchased from is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of every tub so when you purchase you feel confident that you you picked the right tub for your specific needs. All staff has been very friendly and helpful when calling or visiting the showroom for supplies. If you want the absolute best you can buy, then this is where you want to go. You will not be disappointed.

This is the second hot tub that I have purchased from the Hot Tube Store. In both cases I was very pleased with the service and support. My first hot tube, a HotSprings tub, was moved to my daughters home and is serving her family. My wife and I recently purchased a slightly smaller HotSprings tub and we are very pleased with the professional service that we received from the staff at the Hot Tube Store. This includes both sales and after sales support. I really believe that you can’t beat a HotSprings hot tub. They are very reliable with great parts availability over many years of service. As I mentioned my first hot tube is still bing used by my daughter after over 20 years of service. I am very pleased with the service I have received from the Hot Tub Store and would recommend them if you are looking for a quality hot tub.

We purchased a endless pool from the Hot Tub store and got a great deal. In fact when one of their competitors found out how much we paid, he stated that we got a great deal. On delivery day, Jack and his helper were early with the crane and ready to go. They assembled everything and were very nice and personable. We bought an Endless pool from the hot tub store. We had a ton of questions and concerns making such a huge purchase. The sales guy was pleasant on the first day we met and tried out the pool. After that, he was hard to get a hold of, full of excuses for not getting back to us, and avoided answering important questions that we had. We almost didnt buy the pool from them because of him. I called and requested to speak with management and they didnt call me, they had the sales guy call me. Not cool at all! We couldnt stand dealing with him. He refused to communicate with us on a $50k purchase! When we went into the store there happened to be a very sweet lady working there named Bridget. She was friendly and very happy to help with our questions. We felt SO much better talking with her. The questions that she could not answer for us, she had great explanations for. She was very patient. We are SO grateful for her! Seriously... a little communication goes a long way! She stayed in touch and we felt like she actually cared about us and our concerns. We blew off the sales guy and worked with Bridget to finalize our purchase and get a tutorial for our new pool. Awesome Lady!! Super excited for us, super sweet, and super helpful! We have had to take a water sample in for her to help us get the chemicals right and she was so happy to help. She so pleasant to work with. Bridget truly loves her job and genuinely cares about her customers. If it wasnt for Briget, we would have taken our business elsewhere. Thank you Bridget!!

After literally 5 months of looking at different hot tubs and research, we settled on the Hot tub store Folsom largely for two reasons. 1. Mike Lady, his knowledge, helpful nature and can do attitude. Bridgette and Pat were always very supportive when Mike wasnt available. Mike educated me on water care before the hot tub was ever delivered. These folks believe in their product and love what they do! 2. The Hot springs product. No matter what we looked at we just kept gravitating back to the beautiful fit, finish and build quality. Plus we felt this was a company we wanted to do business with. Sebastian and crew delivered our hot Springs vanguard without a hitch, literally with kit gloves and they did a fantastic job. We bought this for relaxation but are already realizing the health benefits. For my Wife and I both, the moto massage is incredible at relieving back tension. The only complaint comes from my wife because I sleep so soundly now at night after a good long soak. The first few weeks were fraught with questions and Mike Lady was always there to answer them. Bottom line, this was a major purchase for us as a family and I have never once felt like I was on my own or had any regrets.

Ten years ago we bought a hot tub from your store primarily because of Mike Ladys personality and his recommendation regarding which tub would be best for us. His choice for us has proven to be true. After ten years were having some problems and immediately remembered Mikes name, called your store and were so glad he still worked for you. We bought our Hotsprings Spa in 2005 from Mike in Folsom and 13 years on still love it. They may cost more than their cheaper rivals but the ozone system keeps the water clear and is kinder on the body and nose! I have replaced the cover and numerous parts over the years but the shell is still super clean. The upfront additional cost for this quality spa was totally worth it. Further, Mike and the Folsom staff have always provided great technical support.

The Hot Tub Store in Folsom not only sells the best hot tubs Ive ever known (Hot Springs), their staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We shopped around a lot before purchasing a Hot Springs spa from the Hot Tub Store in Folsom several years ago. Hot Springs spas are pricey compared to many budget brands, but if you read reviews - there is a reason. We are now among those who have had our spa for many years (7 or 8?) and couldnt be happier. We also visit the store often for chemicals, filters, etc. and I must say that they have the best staff. Whether Patrick or Mike, you are in really good hands with any questions you have about hot tubs.

As for the East Bidwell location, been in there twice because Im in Orangevale/Folsom every week for 3 days. Friendly people serving you; had 2 different people serving me, both did a fine job.

He is by far the best customer service person I have ever worked with relating to spas.
