We have used Della Floors and Construction 3 times, and each time it has been a great experience! The first was when we bought our house and had them replace the carpeting and change the stonework on the fireplace. The second was after a slab leak where they had to replace the wood flooring in the entire house. They worked directly with our insurance company to make sure everything was covered. Most recently we used them to renovate our master bathroom. They took everything out and put in new cabinets and countertops, a beautiful free standing soaker tub, and a large frameless shower. Mehrdad checked in everyday to make sure the contractors showed up and did their work correctly, and responded quickly whenever we had questions about the project. We will be using them again soon for more updates!If I could figure out how to add a photo to this review I would!

Merhdad at Della Floors was fantastic ! We already knew we wanted to use Mohawk carpet, but wanted to get the right price and most importantly the best installation and support. The install crew arrived on time and promptly went to work. Jose, the crew leader, was very detailed. He personally measured organized the entire installation. He had two helpers and his son with him as well.Our installation was for texture carpet with a seam match needed. They were able to match those perfectly. We are extremely happy with our new carpet.

Mehrdad, the owner, was absolutely the best to work with. He knows his business. He did an excellent job of coordinating the removal of our old floors, painting of walls and tile and wood flooring installation. His flooring installers, both wood and tile, did a beautiful job. The painters were just so accommodating and did a great job. We cant say enough about our positive experience and how beautiful our home looks!

The owner, Mahrdad is always a pleasure to work with.Della Floors also completed our wood floors a few years ago.This time they installed new carpet throughout the house where there was no wood/tile. This includes 4 bedrooms, 4 closets, stairs and a hallway upstairs). Work was done quickly and professionally (took about 6-7 hours). Highly recommend Della.

We needed to replace our floors due to a leaky dishwasher. We called a few places and settled on Della. We felt Merhdad and his team were direct, understood our needs and gave us the best advice. We recently installed hardwood floors in our home. I have to say this is one of the best experiences we have had dealing with a renovation project in our home. The owner walked us through every stage of the project from selection, financing, purchasing, to installation. Every single person we dealt was professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and extremely courteous. We could not be happier with our hardwood floors. If I could I would give them 10 stars. Mehrdad was available to start immediately, his sub contractors were courteous and went out of their way in cleaning up and being careful of our things. All the work was done quickly and the results were beautiful. We remodeled our master bath, added hardwood floors and refinished the existing hardwood floors, painted and replaced baseboards.

What a wonderful company! Della Floors recently installed hand scraped wood floors, carpet and has made our kitchen bar area a beautiful focal point when they installed horizontal stone on the bar wall. My husband and I were referred to Mehrdad at Della Floors by my own mother who had used Della Floors a few years back for factory scraped engineered floors in her house. I had looked at another company to compare, and although Della Floors was not the cheapest option, I went with Mehrdad and his crews because of their QUALITY of work as well as honesty and communication throughout the entire process.Mehrdad provided me a couple clients floors to view before we went with him, and I appreciated that to see his work first besides my own mothers house. We went with the nail down white oak floors with a spice brown color and medium scrape, and although from start to finish was 12 days out of our house, it is totally worth the quality and richness in look. The crews Mehrdad uses to lay the floors, stain/scrape, and finish out the baseboards are specialized in what they each do, so they know what they are doing absolutely! They have been with Mehrad since he started, which to me, says a lot about Mehrdad and his company and work he expects.The floors are absolutely beautiful, and my husband and I are very happy with the work Della Floors did! We would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality flooring.
