Always pleased with these people. We needed a referral for having our dash cam installed in our car. We always used AudioX before their fire. Goins told us of CarTunes in Muscle Shoals.

I contacted them to do work on my truck and they were nice enough to let me know they didnt do that type of work and referred me to an awesome place that could do exhaust work.

I have never left a bad review to any business in my life but I feel obligate to address this for others safety.I dropped my car off to have rotors and brake pads changed. While driving home my car was making loud noises and I lost all braking capabilities. Luckily I was able to get the vehicle off the road without accident or injury.After inspecting I saw that my caliper had not been reattached to my car whatsoever nor did anyone test drive the vehicle after the brake service was done. This would have been obvious.When I notified the shop I was asked if I could drive the car back?? I reiterated that the car has no brakes so, no. I was then told I need to get the car towed back to the shop for them to look at it. After demanding that I was not paying for a tow truck one was sent to pick my car.I specifically instructed the service manager to not work on anything until they inspected it first.After calling multiple times I was told they reattached the brake line that got ripped out and told me to not worry about the repair fee for the damage they caused.The entire experience was beyond ridiculous. I would never let any mechanic there touch anything and I am genuinely concerned they are still doing brake service on cars that share the road with the public.

Did not repair my vehicle after it sat there for days.

I had a long-standing problem with my 2002 Ford Expedition blowing 5 amp fuses. The problem got progressively worse until I was blowing 4 or 5 fuses in succession just to get one fuse to hold up long enough to get the transmission out of Park, which it would not do when the 5 amp fuse would blow. The Goins shop found the problem and fixed it in a surprisingly short time at a very reasonable price. I am elated.

We have brought our vehicles to the Goins for a few years but as of this year ....it’s our last. They charged more for labor, didn’t fix the problem & and the audacity to tell us to spend more money by recommending another repair place to fix our vehicle. They don’t deserve the one star. 🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻

Well if you call taking the engine light out of the instrument cluster a good thing instead of just fixing the problem or saying that it is unfixable. You really should not wear greasy ball caps when you are working on instrument cluster. From the daughter of a well known auto/diesel mechanic.
