Although the workers and environment are great (on service side), it has become pointless to schedule at appointment. This is the second time having to wait hours (this time over 2hrs) for an oil change. It might be best to cancel the process of setting appointments.

My Hyundai was having various issues which led to the AC not blowing cold. After a couple auto repair shops, I finally decided to take it in to the dealership. I will say I was very hesitant, worried that they would find even more problems and overcharge. Adam diagnosed and worked on my vehicle. He was able to explain what was going on, and was able to have my car repaired same-day in a reasonable amount of time and for a reasonable price. Adam was so professional, courteous, and sincere! He even called later that afternoon to check that everything was still working well. He has completely changed my idea about dealership auto repair shops. I would definitely recommend this location.

Great place, I drove over to Florence from the Myrtle Beach area after texting with Julia Brownlee and Jolly Perkins about a Sonata. I was greeted when I arrived and found the whole process friendly with no pressure at all. I test drove the car, Jolly interfaced with the sales manager until we reached an acceptable deal. Then it was off to finance with Matthew Krest. Signed all the paperwork and drove back home. I would recommend this team to anyone.

While getting ready to travel back home to Florida after our vacation was over this morning, we stop in Florence SC to fuel up. While doing so our 2018 Hyundai Sonata would not start. We ended up being towed to the Hyundai ALM of Florence where there Service Manager Joey and his service team jumped right on the case to find out what was going on with our car so they could get us up going on the road again. Ended up being our starter which they fixed quickly for us. We HIGHLY recommend getting the extra protection on your new vehicle like we did.... it saved us hundreds of dollars! We had a $0 deductible so ended up not having to pay anything for our car to be fixed. We appreciate all the help from ALM’s Hyundai service department for doing everything they did to get us home, we have been Hyundai customers for 12 years and they really showed us what customer service stands for, we are very proud of being part of the Hyundai family!! :)

They have a huge selection of new/pre-owned cars/trucks/ suvs. Some of the staff were really friendly stayed in contact when I 1st made contact about a vehicle. My only complaint are some of the feesI understan a company has to make money. They took 1 of the fees off but raised the price a 1000 I like the suv but got to pass on will have to travel now seen others compared buyers order saving 2 or 3 grand is a plus.

Be careful buying a vehicle from this company. New, but not knew to the business of get them in serve them, then screw them. A recent purchase Dec. 2020, ALM agent was pleasant until those papers were signed. Then, the attitude I dont have to deal with you kicked in. We have not received a tag for our vehicle to date, 03/01/2021, because they had not secured the Title for the vehicle when it was traded in. Forget calling and getting results, NONE. we will call you back in 15 mins never happened. Basically, be careful buying a used vehicle from them. Make sure they have the title secured before purchasing. Out of state owner, trade in. Dealership allowed a trade in with no secured Title. We had a cracked windshield, they finally had repaired, bad brake issue, that we had to fix after they said they were 50% good. NO GOOD! Normally dont post like this, but this experience is worth sharing so that others dont get dumped on and dismissed. Now we are told we wont get a tag until about May 2021. Darn Shame. Returning the vehicle affects only the buyer, so BUYER BEWARE!!!

Arrived a few minutes early today for my 9:00 oil change and tire rotation appointment. I told them when I checked in, that I had a 9:00 appointment and would be waiting, not dropping off. I was told I only had two ahead of me. ???????I joined a waiting room with three others waiting.I made an appointment because I was pressed for time and thought I would be out in an hour instead of two!Appointments should be beneficial to the dealership and the customer. Not!!!So much for making an appointment!!!!It is now 11:30, only myself and one other( who came in around 10:30) are in waiting room, still waiting!Not acceptable!

Do not deal with Joshua Sears. He has me complete credit application and never got back to me. After seeing my review, he contacted me with excuses. Then he tried to say that I never completed the application. My credit report says otherwise. Fire him.

I choose to return to a dealership to service my car because of the care and expertise they have. This dealership was able to take care of my needs after making sure I was at work. I left the car with them, they took me to work, and contacted me when my car was ready. Their staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and they texted me with a way to see where my car was in the process. Great experience and they are my new go-to.

I was traveling from out of state when I had an issue with the sun roof on the Hyundai. I called the local Hyundai but they couldn’t fit me in for days and recommended the next closest which was in Florence. Adam on the service center spoke to me upon arrival and was VERY polite and kind. He came out in a few minutes to look at the sunroof along with Joey the service manager and within minutes had the problem fixed while my car was in the service lane. Cliff came out and wiped down the glass and I was off after a handshake to Adam. I have to say this is an efficient and courteous staff!

I wish I had a better experience because everyone was nice. First before I went in we had negotiated a price. Then of course upon getting there they went back to trying to charge full asking price and said they couldnt honor because person I spoke with wasnt a salesperson. Ended up getting the vehicle anyways and Jon noticed before I left to drive 2 hours home that tail light was out. Once I got home I asked them for 2 weeks for a replacement light since you couldnt change just the bulb and needed to change the whole thing. This was a struggle to get which they should have caught during safety inspection.Now 2 months later I cant renew my registration because their corporate office failed to obtain title from previous owner. As the same review states below, Dealership allowed a trade in with no secured Title. I have been driving around with expired tags. It was a very messy experience. Michael the manager there then informed me that because I left this review that they would not help with getting me a temporary tag.

My wife purchased a car from here and less than a week later she needed a new battery, coolant( completely empty & car started to overheat ), power wheel fluid and a break job. When we purchased the Vehicle they told us that it had a fresh oil change which was far from the truth.I received a call last Saturday saying they would rectify the issue and expect a call back for an appointment. We have not heard anything from anyone since then. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of service we have received from sales and service.

Im still driving another with 30 days tags which is my third set of tags from ALM Automobile. DMV want give my hard tags until the send in the accurate paperwork.My calls are not return and I have to use others phone to get through to find out whats going on because my number is scan and blocked,not to mention Im in NC.

I can’t say enough about how amazing my experience was here! Everyone knows how stressful it can be when your car breaks down unexpectedly...especially when you have 2 children with you. But thanks to Joey and his amazing crew we were immediately put at ease. Joey, Kayla, Ron and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make sure my family was comfortable and taken care of in any way possible. Joey even offered to buy my children lunch as they were getting cranky, which meant the world to me. I didn’t let him, but the gesture alone was something I have never experienced or expected and won’t soon forget. Everyone was extremely professional, and I can’t stress enough how amazing my experience was at this location. We were treated like family, and I think that’s all anyone can ever ask for!

We walked around the lot for 30 minutes, and not one person came to talk to us. After we looked at pretty much everything waiting for someone, we went inside and asked the receptionist. She was very nice and paged for us twice. No one ever came. Very unprofessional of the dealership. We waiting inside for 15 more minutes before we decided they didn’t want our business. Such a shame

Advise service of them putting in the wrong oil not to factory recommendation. Hyundai recommends 5w20 and they put in 5w30. Then they offered to switch it out which I denied because they would most likely use cheap recycled oil. Went home and changed the oil again myself with the correct recommended oil by factory recommendation.
