I have taken in several original art drawings to be framed and each time the employees in the framing department have taken time to assist me with picking out the right matting and frames.Each of the employees I have dealt with, give me suggestions, which I greatly appreciate.Each one of my art pieces have turned out beautifully - we have received many compliments on them.I recommend Michaels very highly - Ive never been disappointed. ❤️

Michaels in Flagstaff is one of my favorite stores in Flagstaff. Great crafts, fun decor; lots of sales, a rewards club and coupons make it even better. Staff is also friendly and helpful.

Needed some supplies for a couple of craft projects I want to finish up. So went to Michaels to get them as always i spent way to much time and money but when I have the time I now have the supplies.Luann

The store is seriously lacking in merchandise. I used to go there to get my soap making supplies and now they have about 4 things I needed. I spent over $300 on fragrance oils because that is the only merchandise they had.

Not sure why Michaels is still in business... Not much inventory, not much style with that inventory, Amazon and AliExpress are cheaper, just not worth the drive to find out they have nothing you need.

Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Masks required was a plus for me, and a great sale on Halloween stuff! To the amazing girl that checked me out the candle has an LED and changes colors when you light it Absolutely magical highly recommend!

Clearance items are not priced. Just piled up and messy. The store in general is unorganized, things are in the wrong place everywhere. Be careful the tag matches the item price on shelf. Bait n switch

Well.stocked for all your crafts needs. Staff were great and the restroom clean.

Service is okay bathrooms did not have any soap in it I had to notify a worker in order to put soap in the bathrooms place was clean had kind of what we needed I would go back again

Michaels was good it was super busy though so not great when trying to social distance. It has so many things and really fun to look around.

The framing dept. began satisfactory with design/color help on a large print with matte and custom frame @$340+. Was told 2 weeks, but probably less. After 3 weeks I called (not them) and was told the second frame that came (they apparently dont make them there) was sized wrong and it would about another 3-4 days. Now a total of 4 weeks; I call (hung up on twice) finally get connected to wait for Framing Manager for 15 minutes...hung up! Customer Service is terrible! I do not know quality of work, still havent seen finished product, but suggest finding another place for your framing!

We had a wonderful experience at this particular Michaels store. We actually drove in from out of town because our local Michaels didnt have some products that we wanted. They were listed as in stock at the Flagstaff location, so we made the trip. We were able to find everything except for one type of item.Thankfully, we asked Kayleigh for some help. She was incredibly helpful and searched around with us. When she couldnt find them either, she went and spoke to the manager, Rachel, who took the time to search recent shipments and was able to find the item for us.Their generosity, kindness, and time spent helping us are oh so appreciated. Thank you, Kayleigh, Rachel, and the rest of the Michaels staff!

Great place for all your crafting hobbies

They are busy but have plenty of staff to take care of everyone. The discounts for being older and a frequent shoppers discount. The prices are always what we need.

Love the curbside pickup option and the weekly coupons.

Most clerks dont know bout their sales and its hard to find someone to help u...or they avoid u. So know I go to hobby lobby.

Got everything I needed

Michaels is like a toy store for creative adults! Because of the great clearance sale, my sales ticket came to less than $100. The store is well organized which helps shopping efficiently, but I like browsing too.

A great place to get craft supplies when the local art store doesnt have it.

Great selection if youre looking for crafts and art supplies. The wait at the register can be a little long but other than that a good place to shop. This is really nothing to do with the store but the parking here can sometimes be sparse.

Line was 5 people deep when I got in line, there was two clerks and then he left, with three people in line. The cashier called for backup and it took him a few more minutes to come back. Not cool!

If they have to order something, it comes in very quickly. The staff members are pretty cool and always willing to take the time to answer any questions that I have. They have a decent selection of yarn that I love as well.

Its usually busy here. They also have deep discount sales quite often. You need to make sure you are getting the item off the shelf with the price you think is marked. I was making a purchase yesterday and after waiting at the cash register in a long line, the item rung up for more than I had determined it would be at 60% off. The cashier told me the item was more than what I thought it was marked. And that was that. I went ahead and paid because it was a gift.As I was walking out I asked the manager to have her staff please make sure the frames were in their correct spots on the shelf because I just had to pay more for a frame that was not correctly labeled on the shelf. She asked if the cashier gave me the price I thought it was and I explained she didnt. The manager made it right. Thats the kind of service all stores should teach their employees to keep customers coming back.The store doesnt always have what Im looking for but when Im in Flagstaff, I always stop in to see what they have.

Well, if you cant find it hobby here then Bobby, youve got issues.

For creative people like me who loves arts & crafts, this place is always inspiring with getting creative juices going. This Michaels is a fairly decent-sized store. However, the aisles seemed rather narrow. There is always plenty of parking, and its always fun to simply roam around to see what fun materials they have. Also, for the wedding planners and brides-to-be, there is always a section in the store specifically for weddings.

Lots of deals. Go get some crafts. Christmas crafts galore!

Great sale and helpful staff.

Excellent filet and cooked to perfection. You have to try the fried pickles also. The only thing keeping from 5 stars was the noise level which detracted from the meal both the music and kids yelling.

I have to share a story with my experience about how awesome the staff is here. I dont remember the name of lady who was attending us on the counter, but, in an incident, I had made a purchase for some delicate cute show piece for my home, and right after buying it, I broke it right there (bag slipped off my hand) on the counter. But the lady was kind enough in allowing us to return the item then and there, and she refunded all the amount of the item. Great experience!

They didnt have what I was looking for, they were all out of oil base paint in prepackaged kits.

Clean bathrooms. Kind workers. Answered every question I had, and even offered to help me find online what I couldnt in store. The store itself was well stocked and organized. Gotta love Michaels!

The staff at this Michaels is always friendly and welcoming. I am in there quite a lot and every time they are willing to help me find what I need and they are well stocked and well organized.

Michaels is a really neat store. Most of the time, though, I go there for their framing. Ive framed several of my enlarged, poster-size photographs using Michaels framing and have always been very happy with them. They are always very helpful and courteous. The Flagstaff store specifically stands by their product and does what it takes to make sure you are happy. I will certainly continue to shop here and do my framing with them.

Have always loved Michaels as it is my go to craft store! Great sales and coupons, and I love the option of purchasing online and being able to return it to the store if it not what I like. Will always return here for my crafting needs!

Ive only been there a few times, but so far I have had only good experiences. They have a large variety of arts and crafts supplies and more. Im giving 4 stars, because customer service could be better. Many of the employees seem to be... not so happy. However, when you find someone when in need of assistance they do seem relatively knowledgeable and are helpful.

Although Michaels can be a little pricey as a whole, they do have some good specials and some great promotions.They also carry some hard to find items, for which I am grateful. I looked all over for some etching cream, which as t turns out, is a very hard item to find in Flagstaff. Not only did I find etching cream at Michaels, but they had two brands and four different sizes. They definitely came through for me.
