Brought my vehicle here twice and both times the repairs were sub par. First time for front end damage. They replaced my headlight and didn’t use a matching bulb so now I have 1 white headlight bulb and 1 yellow. Didn’t level the headlight so one shoots a foot higher than the other and blinds anyone who’s driving in front of me. Also didn’t repair a dent in the hood from the accident. Second time bringing it in there was a foot long paint drip that required me to bring my vehicle in to be repainted a second time. Poor attention to detail.

I asked a friend where I should take my truck to get repaired from a minor accident. He recommended I go to Vince at Suburban. Simply put … I have NEVER experienced better service or quality in my life! I don’t write reviews, but I had to make an exception this time. I would recommend this organization to my closest friends and family, and, of course, anyone reading this!

Amazing work on replacing my rear Bumper. Vince and his awesome staff not only took care of my bumper but they cleaned the entire vehicle making my car look brand new again. Vince is an Eagle in a world filled with ducks and I highly recommend him for all of your vehicle collision and cosmetic needs. Suburban Collision of Ferndale did an excellent job in repairing a dent and repainting the panel on my Subaru WRX.The work was completed very quickly and the repair turned out very well. Paint match was very good and was blended seamlessly.The crew was excellent to deal with and very fair with the price. Highly recommend.

Seriously the best. I was in a car accident that was a nightmare because it was 100% not my fault, I had never been in a car accident, and my insurance was being horrible. Once it was finally handed over to Kory, I finally had someone helpful in the situation. He was literally the best. He took care of everything for me. I barely had to talk to my insurance, exactly what I wanted. Anyways, he made my situation so much better, I had to share. Also, my car looked...AMAZING. Even the inside was super clean! She looked brand new. Above and beyond service. Extremely happy with this place.

After my car was vandalized in Detroit I went in to fix my broken window and damaged door. Kory Kennedy greeted me and explained with excellent detail the damage that was done and the turn around time. Together him and his team got me back on the road faster than quoted and I was able to get back to work with no worries. I was impressed at how quickly my truck was repaired. I was told it would be completed in 4 or 5 days, but in my mind I figured that was just the industry line feed to the customer to which I have experience in the past. I planned being without my vehicle for at least 2 or 3 weeks but much to my surprise Mr. Don Owens called me within 3 days to inform me my vehicle was complete and ready to be picked up. Fast and great customer service

Great service from the first phone call to the end of our business transaction. They helped with our many questions about insurance and accident reports . Our car ended up being classified as totaled by the insurance company . I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. I will absolutely use them again.

I was greeted promptly and given a realistic estimate by Don Owens of the work to be done, cost, and when my car would be ready. Everything was done as he said and my car looked as good as new. I was very satisfied with the work done and the experience as a whole. My car still looks great.

Had damage on my lease that had to be turned in. Kory handled my claim and I was able to just drop my car off and get into my new one. Quick, easy and efficient!

Don Owens was the customer rep and is a delightful man to work with. He is very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. He helps to make a difficult situation ( vehicle damage ) much easier to cope with. The shop did a fine job of repairing my GMC pickup truck and returned it to me shiny and clean inside and out. I hope not to need their service in the future, but if I do, I would gladly return. I also would recommend the shop to anyone needing repair work on their vehicle.

Excellent service! This was the first time that I ever had to take my car in for extensive work. Don was excellent and kept me in the loop the entire time my car was in the shop. My car came out looking 100× better than it did when it went in!

The quote was the right price with the most reasonable estimate of hours. When I picked up my vehicle, it looked back to showroom new. I couldnt believe how amazing it looked and perfect. Im so happy to have my ride back to pristine condition.

Terrible service. Was told our car would be ready on Wednesday, the 3rd. Then at the last minute they tell us it will be ready on Friday, the 5th. Then AGAIN we were told, oh, sorry, maybe Monday, the 8th. No offer of a loaner, no apology, NOTHING! When this lease is up it will not be another Ford, or for that matter, no dealer associated with the Suburban line of dealers.

The customer service was great and the repairs that were done were excellent. The 3rd quarter panel of my vehicle had to be cut out, replaced and soldered. Cant even tell that there were damages. They fit me in on the same day that I contacted them... after the police and insurance company allowed me to drive my vehicle without a tail light, gapping hole and damage near the gas tank (i.e., not legal to drive). Awesome job!!!!

Service is piss poor. I dropped my car off for a repair on December 4th. It is now January 15th. Not a single email, call or text in the intervening 6 weeks. Any follow up has had to be initiated by me, and even then they promise follow up with nothing.

Always helpful and thorough when I come in. Do their best to give me all the facts to make the best decisions about my vehicle.

Could not be more disappointed. After my first impression, I thought they were wonderful and they explained the whole process very well. The next day (almost at the end of the day) they gave me me a call and told me they couldnt inspect the one thing I was worried about despite saying they could the previous day. And they are now disregarding everything they said yesterday. I would NEVER have gone there had I known they would literally do nothing and waste my time. This feels like an issue for the Better Business Bureau honestly. After being rear ended I dont need more problems, but this place sure knows how to make things worse.
