The STORE and local staff were very helpful. But metro in general is quite frustrating, service interuptions regularly, strange demands for things l dont feel obligated to produce. I was even lied to by a salesperson about a phone. I ended up pay 5g price for only 4g capability. Price is the reason l stay.

I went back to Metro today and spoke with Arthur yet again because some of the features I didnt understand quite how to work. He was happy and joyful to help me and funny hes a good guy I enjoyed buying my phone there a little while ago and I recommend this place they seem to be set up quite well good location everything

Customer service here sucks! There were 3 cash registers going in the store and 6 people waiting in line while the manager chit chatted wasting everyone in the stores time about totally irrelevant topics.. Julio or jaun or whatever his name was is unfit to be a manager!

Bad service honestly the ladies there have no clue what there doing. All I wanted what to upgrade my phone and I had to find out the next day my plan was changed and had added services like Amazon prime etc that I didnt wanted making my plan $70! And they wont even fix it! They just dont care and are to busy on the phone than helping out a customer really bad service :(

Wow!I got a 5*service late this afternoon,and i was met by a Gentleman by the name of Sam,a very polite,remarkable,professional and courteous man who knows what hes doing.The whole T-Mobile team,the friendly ladies,they treat each and every person with dignity and respect.I witnessed that this afternoon.I bought a tablet and Sam was excellent from start to finish.To the T-Mobile crew,THANK YOU SO MUCH! to Mr.Sam,Excellent remarkable job well done.I Highly recommend others to visit this store.You will not regret it!!!🤗

I was hopeful to get my phone plan upgraded. My phone has been acting up as well. I went in to get it looked at the gal who helped me just tries to get me to buy a new phone. Not helpful I have a phone my son doesnt. I left still unable to use my phone. She neglected the fact that I tried to increase my phone plan and ADD a line 🤔 I still have no phone for my son, my phone is still needing help and my plan is still the same. Not helpful

The only reason why I am giving this a 5 star is because of Alma,Jennifer and Fabian.They have great customer service.Theyre always polite and they have a welcoming attitude whenever I come in or call.So I called in to ask a question about my account because I received a message saying I made a payment towards my account when I did not. I asked who I was speaking with after a sales women answered the phone and she gave me a smart tone voice as to why do I need her name,Olivia. I like to talk to the employees knowing their names sometimes. While I was telling her the reason for my call,she interrupted me and asked a question that i thought it was for me but it was for another customer and she told me sorry I was talking to a customer,am I not a customer also? Felt disrepected while she still had that smart tone voice the whole time.

I am SO impressed with how awesome GABRIEL was in helping me to activate my phone. I was extremely anxious and stressed out from a run around after losing my cell phone. I had trouble remembering my 8 digit passcode. As I tried several and they were all incorrect I was beginning to melt down because of SO MUCH stress and hassle built up before coming in. I was just on the edge emotionally. Gabriel picked up on it and was VERY calming and immediately went back to get me some cool water. He was so kind, nonjudgmental and knew exactly how to handle the whole situation. People like him restore faith in customer service.

Bought a Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime at this location. Saleswoman put accessories on my order without even asking. Thought I was paying for an upgrade but instead paid for $70 of items I didnt need or ask for. The phone also has a feature called RFP that locks the phone if someone unassociated with the Google ID steals the phone. This phone locked down on us after four days most likely because it was a used phone being sold as new. It had the previous owners information and then locked the phone on us. Even though we were within the seven day period for returns and exchanges this location refused to help us and also blamed us saying that it was a virus or was a result of charging it via plugging it into the wall. (!) This was the same saleswoman. They are clearly focused on their commission and not customer service. Another location ended up helping us out. Stay away from this MetroPCS store!

Incompetent employees that use razor blades to remove cases and sd cards while talking to friends on their phones instead of helping customers who have waited over 30 minutes to be acknowledged. I would not recommend this location for anything except being shut down perminently and the employees can all be fired so they can continue high school without the hassle of a job.

Been here about 2 times to pay my phone bill ... So today I decided to stop by since i was near by to just pay my phone bill . Thats when I encounter Fabian he works there and trust me he is one of the best representative I ever met inform me alot about metro PCs deals step by step really friendly and professional I been with metro PCs for years and no other employees treated me with such respect as he has thank you so much for your help .. I ended up buying another line too just amazing

I bought a screen cover from these people and then got a backup one just in case mine broke and before I could even take the second one out of the package I looked at it and it was already shattered and they want to sell me another one for half off. Theyre glass covers are not real glass covers and being that I wasnt even able to take it out of it case or rapping and they wont exchange it Im going to give them the lowest score possible. There wasnt even a manager for me to talk to they told me to come back tomorrow eight and a half months pregnant dissatisfied customer

So i got a new phone, established a plan, was great until i found out that in my area i didnt recieve data, so i went to return my phone and they said we can give you your money back for your phone but the 50 for the monthly plan is non refundable as in there fine letters in what you payed for but dont have to sign, so if you know you get there coverage in your area then great but if you dont then your screwed. luckily i got my money back.

We bought some cell phones that were supposedly worth $ 400 and we thought it was good, the man who attended us told us that the cell phone cases were included. He also offered us smart pay a company that can make payments and he told us that it was better so then we accepted his recommendations. He did a very time consuming process. Then he asked us to pass the debit card. From what he had told us, the entire total would remain at $ 400. Ok then he gave us the smart pay paperwork which said that the cases were not included and they told us that they charged us, we called smart pay and by cell phones, and the cases and apart from the smart pay payment all amounted to $ 600 we were very upset why we didnt know where $ 200 more dlls came from out of nowhere. We called the store and they couldnt fix anything, they told us we had to fix things with the smart pay company and when we called the smart pay company they told us we had to fix things with the store. The fact is that we are paying $ 600 of what they supposedly told us we would pay $ 400 this is unfair they never fixed anything and they only sell you at the point of lies😡😡😡😡Owner I have sent the email to solve the problem but after weeks still no one has answered me.
