We were the only ones in the store so we had the full attention of the salesperson which was nice. However what is the first thing that you look at when you are testing out a bed in the store? The ceiling! Absolutely disgusting, nasty, gross, despicable. Im glad I did not need to use the restroom.

I have never had a more disgusting experience with Mattress Firm in Federal Way Washington as this last transaction. We ordered a headboard set and had to wait for delivery, which didnt show up in the timeframe we were told. Then the delivery came and we had to make arrangements for the installation. The day of installing came and the 2 young men came to our door and tried to say the item was not a Mattress Firm headboard so I showed them the sales order, then they said they didnt know that they were installing and didnt have the proper tools so we offered our tools, then they said it would take to long to install and they were over booked on their route. Then we called and spoke to the Manager at the store and explained what happened and were told they had to try and get a warehouse manager involved but because it was Sunday that might not happen, however he would call us back in 1 hour to update us. It know has been 21 plus hours and no one has called. What is going on in our USA? People dont care about the customer. So on to another BBB complaint and off to the Consumer Protection and Attorney General. This is totally unacceptable Mattress Firm!!!!!

It was a great pleasure working with both Jerry and Michael. They were very professional, knowledgeable and provided top notch customer service. I made two separate trips to their store... the first time to try out beds- where Jerry was patient, not pushy and explained the differences in the mattresses. I was originally in the market for a sleep number but after doing a bit of comparisons I ended up coming back to Mattress firm. Again, the second time I came back they weren’t pushy, provided even more information than the first time and I ended up going with, what I feel is the perfect bed, thanks to all their information and assistance. I had a great experience purchasing my bed frame and Mattress last week. The salespeople were knowledgeable about the products I needed. I was lucky to have delivery the following day after my first purchase. The 3 gentleman that delivered at my house were efficient in time and very nice. All and all I give them 5 stars.

My first experience, at another location, was not the best. The sales person seemed uninterested in helping me. She basically said they didnt have what I was looking for. I almost went to a competing store, but came across this location by accident. I decided to go in just in case. Im so happy I did. Jerry was attentive as soon as we walked in the door. He asked all of the right questions to determine what I had in mind and my budget. Although, what I originally had my eye on online was not available in store, Jerry showed me similar options. Within a few minutes, we found the mattress to fit our needs, but I wanted to step away for lunch to mull it over. I immediately returned, purchased my mattress, mattress protector, and frame, and picked it up from the warehouse within the hour! Now, normally I do not make decisions to purchase big items this quickly (especially given my initial experience earlier that day). Jerry made me feel at ease and confident about my purchase. I even recommend this location and Jerry to my sister in law later that night. A top rate experience for sure!

The first time we went in, we had a great experience with friendly staff. Unfortunately, our order was significantly delayed because of supply chain issues (no fault of the store at all) and if we wanted a bed soon, we needed to change our order. Kumar spent the day tracking down alternatives for us so we could have a bed by this weekend, got us a better deal than we originally had, and even agreed to come in on his day off to make sure everything gets processed in time. Everything he did was just above and beyond. Definitely recommending this location to others.

I liked the fact that at least demo mattresses were sanitized and tested by myself, the person helping is very knowledgeable, friendly and polite. I bought mattress at this location before, and was pretty satisfied with with my experience. This time We needed a mattress for my daughter”s first bed. We brought her with, hoping to have her pick her own mattress with the help of a professional. To our surprise the sales person didn’t answer any of my question. He new absolutely nothing about the product. At some point I wanted to walk away, but my husband wanted to get the mattress, since we didn’t have much time to shop around.As for me, I want to come to the store and know that there will be someone to help, answer my questions and be knowledgeable about the product.So we ended up finding the mattress that felt good to lay on, but I still don’t know anything about it. Does it matter what is really inside and what it’s made of, well that depends. But I won’t recommend this store if you are looking for some professional help finding your perfect mattress.

Great experience from start to finish. Went to 2 stores and had exceptional service in both stores from Trey in covington, and Michael here in federal way. Michael made us feel very welcome and comfortable in store following all covid public guidelines and having more information than I knew what to do with. I knew what I wanted thanks to Trey, and Michael got everything setup and done perfectly and made sure the people in the other store got their credit to for helping me. Got a really good deal on a sealy silver chill with adjustable base, highly recommended both stores and associates.

Not all Mattress Firm locations are built the same way in terms of customer service, as I had just recently worked with another sales rep from another local location and it was just an okay experience. Not bad, but it just wasn’t the same experience I felt as a customer at the Fed way location. I think it’s very important for the customers to do their research online first. I was happy with my silver chill sealy hybrid mattress at matress firm, and I recommend that you check out the different locations to see who you like working with best.Linda has a down-to-earth attitude and I enjoyed her professional knowledge, her candor and great customer service attention she had provided to my husband and I. We just moved to Fed way and it was nice to have someone as helpful as she was. I would highly recommend this location and mattress firm. Loving my bed and have been sleeping well!!!Make sure to feel comfortable with your purchase choice and get all the information you need before making a purchase.
