Incredible attention to detail and customer service. Approached UVT after crashing my Mavic 2 Pro, snapping one of the rotors off at the end of the propeller arm. Called early AM, SAME DAY I have my drone in perfect working condition after a few hours of labor and repair. Wont go anywhere else for UAV service, parts, or repairs in Northwest Arkansas.

I oversee a law enforcement UAV program and have purchased numerous aircraft, accessories, and ancillary equipment from UVT. They are incredibly responsive, priced very aggressively, and have been second-to-none in terms of service. I have sent aircraft in for repair and have had them returned within a week. They handle all warranty work so I never work directly with DJI. They are experienced, very knowledgeable, and are willing to openly discuss new technologies and services they either provide or have been recently released into the industry. They arent afraid to say a solution does not work for your needs even if it means a lost sale. Extremely honest and a resource I turn to routinely!

Ive never experienced customer service like this before. I talked to them for at least two months before spending a penny with them and yet they responded to me almost instantly, sent numerous quotes and made all kinds of changes to the ones they sent because I wasnt entirely sure what I wanted to spend or what I wanted to buy.Their support and attention after the sale was just as great as it was before the sale, too. They arent one of those drone dealers that says whatever you want to hear to get the sale and then moves on to the next schmuck. They make it obvious that they really do care about their customer and they want to make sure whatever they sell is the right product for you.Thanks to their patience and advice, I ended up with exactly the drone I needed for the job and just so happened to come in under budget.
