Our yard is large, not level, and heavily treed. This should make it a challenge to fence, but the Seegars installers did a fantastic job! We expected to do a farm fence, but the high cost of wood actually made the aluminum fence a slightly cheaper option. We couldnt be happier, and neither could our neighbors. Everyone in our new neighborhood has complimented us on the beautiful fence. Now, if Seegars only installed kitchens!

The office manager contacted me the next day after I submitted an online request. That was at the end of June. She said it would be about a week or so before the estimate team would contact me. One month later I informed her I did not hear from them. It is mid-September with zero contact so I will have someone else install my fence.

Purchased 230 feet of 6 white privacy vinyl fencing which included a 4 walking gate and a 12 double drive gate. Fence crew installed entire fence in two days; however, we were not satisfied with how wide the gaps in double gate were. Additionally, the entire front left section of the fence by double gate was not installed properly resulting in four separate panels all of different length.After addressing my concerns to the office manager (Lori) and the site estimator (Cam); Seegars came back out to our home in a timely manner and reinstalled the entire front left section of fence, including the double gate.We appreciate the crews hard work and professionalism. Everyone at Seegars worked extremely hard to ensure we were satisfied with the end product we purchased. Seegars stands behind their work and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a fence.Thanks Seegars!!

This was a job to repair and replace a chain link fence, The gentleman that came out to give an estimate was professional, kind and knowledgeable. He explained all my options and promptly emailed that information with the applicable costs. The date that was set for the work was too cold to set the cement and I was contacted early and advised that they would be out the following day. They came on time and completed the work. I am very pleased with the service and the costs.

I called Seegars Fence Company for a price quote. The nice lady who was assisting me, (I apologize for not jotting her name down) was very attentive and understanding to my requests. She explained that the quote would be in person, even though I had the measurements. I agreed with her and appreciated their professionalism and expertise! The timeframe for the quote was quick!! I truly appreciated their amazing service!!

I called Seegars Fence Company at the end of September 2020 to get an estimate on a vinyl fence installation. They made an appointment for the estimate and Cam came out and measured the area where the fence would be installed. He took time to explain to me what was available and he said that he would send the estimate via email ASAP, but he did warn me that they were doing inventory and it might take a tad longer than normal to respond. Fortunately, it only took three days to receive the estimate. I had some follow-up questions about the estimate so I immediately emailed Cam back. NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN. CRICKETS. I sent a follow-up email the next day. NO RESPONSE. I ended up finding another company (Superior Fence & Rail of Raleigh) who were responsive, provided excellent service and great workmanship. They installed my fence and I am happy with the results.

Although the job was small and some may not have bothered because of that, they did and their staff treated the job as though it was s big job. The staff and workers were timely and professional throughout the job. We certainly recommend Seegars Fence Company!

If zero were an option they would get it. Came first time did half a job then left. Then after weeks we called back to ask when the rest would be done and they said they would send someone to finish it but wanted the rest of their money of course. My sweet man paid them the rest of their money and someone else came out. Still did not finish the job and said they couldn’t finish it due to they typed of poles we have (which are exactly the same type they have. Now after 3 visits and due to an unfinished fence my dog has managed to crawl out. So now we’re out over 700 dollars with an unfinished fence with a company who has came out 3 times stayed maybe 30 minutes to an hour each time and didn’t manage to fix the fence any. Absolutely dissatisfied. After coming out for 3 times just to FIX an fence it should be done. Something told me he shouldn’t of paid the other half so we wouldn’t be out so much

I have done business with Seegers fayetteville many times and every time I have not been disappointed. They do excellent work, they are on time, hard working and very detailed. If I have an issue they come right out to resolve. You get what you pay for, and doing multiple home projects that is very apparent. They installed over 200ft of split rail fence and custom made a gate. I recommend them.

My fence is beautiful! I have two English bulldogs and had a Golf Course restriction. They worked with us to make sure our needs were met. Cam took the time to listen to my concerns with my one dog that has a need for adventure. She (Bella the dog) walked every inch of the fence to insure the job was done right. I wish I could give them more then 5 stars!! Lori was a sweetheart and the two installers where very professional. I could go on and on with how satisfied I am.

On, 9/18/2018, I contacted Seegars for a quote on repairing an existing wood fence & for a quote to replace the existing fence with a new aluminum fence. I had not received a call from the company by the end of the month so I contacted them again. The office manager advised that they were aware of my request but they were very busy due to hurricane damage repair request. I understand that. As of today, 11/19/2018, no one has contacted me to assist me with the quote or to explain that they had my information and were busy and working towards getting to my request. I understand being busy, but good customer service would at least reach out to a potential customer & let them know what was going on. I cancelled my request to be contacted & will take my business & money elsewhere. The office manager was very professional when contacted...it’s not her fault the sales representatives lack the professionalism she exhibits.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I JUST CALLED. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! I NEVER leave comments or reviews but this is just terrible and Im speaking out. I contacted the company 4 MONTHS AGO and today is the day I finally hear something and that something was the wrong information. Allow me to elaborate.......4 months ago I called seegers for two gates I wanted put on both sides of my home...ONLY 2 GATES! My back yard is already fenced in and I only needed two gates to close the back yard in. I called and my information was recorded. 1 month passes by and during that 1 month I call every week asking when a contractor will come out to look at the property so I can get a quote. A little passed 1 month I call back and I finally get set up with an appt. 1 week later, guy comes out and looks at the property with me by his side. I tell him again, I only need two gates to close off my back yard because its already fenced in. Guy draws and writes everything down and leaves. So we can fast forward 2 MONTHS LATER!!! During this 2 months I get no call or email with quote, so once again Im calling every week asking when Ill get this info. Each time I got the same story we will have to contact HERBY and see what he did with the info and we will contact you back ASAP. I literally got this same story each time I called. The second to the last time I called which was a Monday and I got this story the quote is on the owners desk and he is out of the office till Wednesday, I will get him to contact you as soon as he gets in the office. 3 more weeks pass and still no call!!!!! I finally called today Monday august 14th and Im frustrated to the max but I still speak calmly and respectfully and the lady on the phone puts me on hold to go find the quote, and when she reads the quote, the figure is over $1,000 and the reason is because HERBY has quoted that I need 26 feet of fencing plus two gates. Ummmmm where did 26 feet come from??? I only need two gates to close my yard in as I stated before. The lady on the phone proceeds to ask if I mind waiting for a call back so she can Contact HERBY to see whats going on with the quote. I then tell her no, I will take my business elsewhere because Ive literally waited 4 months just to finally hear a misquote!!!!!! What a waste of time and life it has been with this company who surprisingly has 5 stars on google??!?? Way to treat your customers seegers, and this is completely irrelevant to the complaint but what a way to treat a Veteran of the United States Army as well which is what I am!!!!!!!! Smh I do not recommend this company at all!!!!!!!!!!
