Took my sisters car for an oil change and they were a little behind. They told me when I arrived that they were behind. Vacuum the car however, not a good job. Staff was courteous and friendly that I had contact with.

I came in at 8:05 in the morning and left almost at 12:15 for oil change and tire rotation. I even had appointment super long wait... No one came in to let me know they only had one person working the express until after they called me to let me know my car was ready that has to be the longest time Ive ever had to wait for anything I had done there.

I brought a car from here today and had the pleasure of working with salesman Dominique A. He went above measures to make sure I got a great deal as well as a nice sporty ride I would look good in. Took my car in for a full diagnostic and get four tires put on. They held my car for over a week and still could not give me a valid reason my car was vibrating when I had mention multiple times of why I brought it in. They did not even test drive the vehicle, they told me parts that have already been replaced needed to be replaced, lied to me many times and the service manager disrespected me and my brother in law. The service manager is very rude and did not help at al he insulted my brother in law by challenging his mechanical skills and consistently raised his voice in a rude manner speaking to us. I refused to pay for the poorly done diagnostic because it was not done thoroughly and I had to take time from work and my schedule to deal with something they should be capable of handling. please save yourself the time and effort and avoid this place.

I only gave 1 star because 0 stars was not an option.The last time I visited this service center, I was extremely disappointed. Not only did a standard recall service take longer than a week but my car was returned to me with ants, a small pile of dirt on the hood and a scratched and dented bumper. I took pics and showed the service reps and was told that this was there when I took it in. It was not.In addition to them not being accountable for whatever they did during the timeframe that they held my car, the service rep was rude. To add insult to injury, they actually had the audacity of suggesting I purchase a new vehicle.When you take your vehicle to be serviced you do not expect to deal with unprofessionalism. You definitely do not expect to receive your car back with unwanted visitors and scratches or dents that you did not send it in with. They have not attempted to rectify the issue and I dont have the energy to fuss or go back and forth with them.Im due for another service but I intend to drive the extra miles to Sanford. I heard their services make your patronage feel appreciated.

I had an issue with my records and not understanding why my truck needed all of these unexpected repairs. My vehicle was not properly inspected the last time I went. They informed me that they have done a full clean sweep with some of the previous workers and have hired new employees due to the lack of professionalism. They apologized for this and worked with the repairs price, provided a modest reduction in cost, and made sure that the process was smooth and easy. I expected to be at the dealership from 7:30 to 5:30 pm, and they were able to get my repairs finished right around lunchtime. I was very impressed with Ingrid and Jason and would highly recommend anyone to get any repair to be done here at Flow Fayetteville.

I came to the dealership to get an oil change and inspection on 2-16-21. The staff were professional and they advised me on the status of my vehicle. Also I will come back to have my vehicle serviced! Change of scenery is always good!

I visited the dealership today in reference to my 2017 nissan in which I have a warrant, but not through Nissan. However, on the other hand I went in for maintenance on my vehicle on February 8, After 42 Days of waiting for the warranted part to be delivered to the store. I visited the store on two different occasions prior to make sure my part was ordered. Jason to Automotive manager had not placed an order for my part either of the two times in which I visited, to assure that my vehicle would be serviced in a timely manager. No long after these two occasional visits,Flow Nissan called about getting my part replaced. I was told by a auto service representative victor that my part has been ordered and that Nissan would take care of this matter. On the 19th of march, I went in to have my part replaced and was told that I had to pay a $300 deducible and cover the labor cost. This statement was contrary to what either one of the service associates of the manager had stated to me. In my experience with this dealership, they have not exercised good customer service, poor quality of feedback to consumers, and low grade quality work ethnic, on the other hand I do not feel valued as a consumer. I will never return. I would like for corporate to contact me.

Lost parts putting my trunk bar back on. Dont return calls. Dont hold their word.After I drove there the manager said I could come back today. He says he was doing me a favor. I didnt know getting my car worked on was a favor thing.

Thomas Nuzzo is the best hands down. I didnt realize what all was in my contract for my new car but he remembered exactly what he sold me 6 mos ago. I came to Flow today because I hit a bump, popped a bead and a relatively new tire was done. When I told him what happened he told me well youre covered and I told him I wasnt. He stopped what I interrupted him from doing, pulled my file and double checked. He walked me back to my repair advisor and let them know I was covered. 3 cars in 1 year time and Thomas assisted with them all. Says alot about his Character. Thank you ❤️

I have to start off by saying I had a bad experience in the service dept in the beginning. The service rep I had, Jennifer, lied to me several times and never kept me updated. She has since left Nissan. I needed service on a 2017 Nissan Sentra for problems that had been reported several times beginning from the first service I had in 2017. These 2 items were never properly fixed (radio and brakes) up until the end of 2020. Once Jason Miller got involved, the new service manager, things started to happen. Victor Nesbitt was the first person who made sure everything we needed was being addressed. He even made sure I had a rental car until my car was fixed. He showed genuine interest in my issue. Between him and Jason Miller we finally got what needed to be done repaired/replaced properly. Shortly after, the engine light came on. This time we got Travis Dakota Stricklin and he made sure to keep in contact with me even if he didnt have an answer yet and he kept his word on everything he said he would do. Since then, we sold the car and bought a different make/model. So if you have a service issue, try to get either Victor or Travis. :)

I purchased my car when under Fred Anderson. The transition to Flow was horrible. Anyway when I got my car I got the Family plan which includes oil changes tire rotations multi pony inspections and more. Needles to say none of that was happening. Because of a light in my dash coming on I was able to find out that my vehicle did not have power steering fluid brake fluid windshield fluid air filters were never changed my brakes were almost to metal my transmission fluid needed to be flush. Now this would have been ok had I not been taking the care every few months to be maintained mustless less than 24 hrs prior. Flow Nissan also didn’t now make me aware of ANYTHING. They tried to cover it up by giving me a loner but they were still wanting to charge me for the damages to be repaired. I now have a car that I have had for over two years and I have no clue how long I’ve been driving around like this. I wish I could share the images the containers were so empty to the point you couldn’t even see a trace of fluid . When I asked for the documents of work competed several items that were marked as completed or good
