Have been having my vehicle serviced at autowerks for about 3 years. Gina is wonderful and customer service overall is outstanding. Have always found them to be reliable and trustworthy. As someone who previously had all services performed at a lexus dealership I strongly disagree with the reviewer who accused them of price gauging. Quite the contrary, as they will make recommendations as to how to cut back on labor costs. They are top notch in my book.

I have been coming to Autowerks for over several years and Gina has always been upfront and honest about the repairs my SUV needs. Ive never met any mechanic that urged me to stop spending money on repairs and use the money for a down payment on a new vehicle. Very unprofessional and horrible with schedule timing, rescheduled me twice then had nerve to push my appointment to the first of next month . I wouldn’t recommend .

They replaced my airbags suspension and did a outstanding job very professional and attentive. I recommend especially if you have a high end and want to avoid dealership high prices.

This was some years ago but I took my BMW there for oil service. After the oil service, it was one problem after the next. Mind you, at the time, my car was only about 6 years old. It was the first time it didn’t pass emissions inspection. Paid over $1000 to get it repaired to pass the emissions. While Gina is nice and friendly, I am suspicious of their mechanics (basically the entire business). Never again. I see they don’t have reviews on Yelp anymore. I wonder why.
