I had been searching for this vehicle so it being in stock was great. Luis had the vehicle ready for me to look at and test drive when I arrived. Even though there were some obstacles getting financing in both our business and personal names the team found a way to get it done! Luis did a great job explaining the features on the vehicle and making sure it was fully prepared to take off the lot and helped pass the time as we waited.

They had a specific truck we wanted so we drove 2.5 hours from Mena. We were pre approved with another bank but Superior had a better deal for us. We were in and out in about 2 hours even with a surprise trade in we brought. The dealership is sparkling clean and in a great location. Everyone was so nice. Go see Jeremy he’s the best. I highly recommend.

Bobby was my service tech and his attention to detail, ability to communicate options, knowledge of parts and shipping and sourcing was impressive. He took the time to cover and demonstrate how they would fix and solve my problems in order to have a perfect running truck. I thanked him multiple times and as you would say to anyone, I would be back but I hope I dont return at all since they fixed my truck. I have peace of mind that Superior is there for me and my truck.

The agent was excellent. My issue is not with the staff, but with the policy of not allowing the discount from mailed coupons without the actual coupon in hand. I can understand with occasional customers, but I have bought 3 cars from you since 2002 and have had all of the service done there. I deserve better!!! It is not that much money, but the message says your cheap and I am not a good customer!! This is not the case at the auto park where my Toyota is serviced. We get credit without having to warehouse coupons. Superior, you should be better than this!!!! Please share my response.

Took my vehicle to Superior Buick GMC in Fayetteville for failed lifters & cam shaft damage in September 2020. Was told all was fixed & had a 2 year GM warranty on all work done no matter what. Well, as of July 2021, Im having the same issue; failed lifters & cam shaft damage. Superior refused to do the warranty work.Took my vehicle to a different mechanic & found out that when the lifters on one side fail & have cam damage, all lifters have to be replaced or the other side will fail & cause more damage. When I picked my vehicle up from Superior, I was told that the mechanic made my vehicle jump time because he forgot to tighten the timing gear & they had to replace more lifters. My truck hasnt ran right since I picked it up from them. I informed them of the continued issues I had with my vehicle (knocking sound) & they assured me that everything was fine & it just needed to be broke in.So, due to Superior only fixing one side of lifters, now the other side has failed & caused cam shaft damage yet again.Now my motor has to be done all over again. After discussing this with Superior, they still refuse to honor the warrantied work & fix their mistake.If I could give a negative review, I would. This is complete BS & couldve been prevented had they done the job correct the first time like they were supposed too.I will NEVER allow them to work on my vehicle again, nor will I recommend them to anybody.

Took my car here to get the track to my sun roof cleaned. The sunroof itself worked perfectly, water dripped on my floorboard when it rained. The tube was clogged. They charged me $80 to clean the track, jammed the skylight and refused to fix what they broke. Told me I had to pay to get it fixed. Bad business.

Sales, service and smiles! This place has really improved over the years we have traded here. Our 2013 Buick Enclave was recently hit by a deer. The day we took it in to be repaired we went straight to Superior and upgraded to a 2020 Buick Enclave same color. It wasn’t even in the lot.. yet .. but it was the next day! We bought it without a test drive! Love these propld snd their vehicles!

Nice people but only did none of the service needed. Asked for oil change & tire rotation. Oil change was not done nor the tires rotated. Mechanic swore he rotated them but Stevie Wonder couldve seen they werent (severely rounded edges on the front tires). Truck wasnt cleaned like I was promised either. Took the truck home & did it all myself. Wont be back. Received a refund from the dealer later. Beware of Clive Davis as service advisor.

Came in to get a trailer brake install on my 21 sierra and left with the trailer brake falling apart and the dash not reinstalled correct. then when they tried to improperly fix the trailer brake mount they pulled on the plastic pieces with pliers and damaged the mount. Still need to bring it back in to have them repair, as the guy that did the install was already gone for the day, but unsure if they will order the replacement parts like they should to fix it correct. so in the meantime I have a brand new truck with parts hanging from the dash. embarrassing because I had out of state business partners in town this week giving them rides to various places.

My truck has a problem with a noise that GM acknowleges but does not know how to fix. My dissatisfaction is with GM not the dealership. And now my truck needs an alignment or toe-in adjustment with only 16000 miles on it. Not good!!!! This particular GMC truck is apparently NOT a good product.

I had to call GM customer service because the service tech Hunter at the dealership said that all their 20+ loaner vehicles were already taken. This didnt sound right, because my truck is new with less than 7000 miles on it, and it wasnt drivable due to bad engine lifters that caused a bent rod. The lady I spoke with at GM customer service said that in the event that the dealership cold not provide a loaner vehicle then they would rent me a vehicle with Enterprises. However, when I told Hunter this at the dealership, he said that he never heard of this before, and asked me if this was something new that GM was offering. I find it very hard to believe that the dealership has no knowledge of getting their customers with factory warranties a rental vehicle through Enterprises when their fleet of loaners are already taken. Furthermore, I have two new needing services messages that are popping up on my console, and the soonest that this dealership can get my truck in (and provide one of their loaners) is 10 days out. They never offered to get me a rental through enterprise, if I schedule the service to be done any sooner than 10 days out. This is my 3rd new purchase, and first GMC purchase. So far Im very disappointed in the vehicle and customer services that GM provides.

I guess it was the luck of the draw to connect with Aaron Siedschlag as our Sales professional on the first purchase. It was because of Aarons professionalism and knowledge that I always search Superiors inventory first now when shopping for a personal car or another fleet vehicle for my wifes Health Care business. At 53 years of age I had come to dread dealerships and the car buying process. Aaron and the Superior group has turned that on its head. Weve bought a fair number of cars over the years, and this was the first time in years Ive attempted to trade in our car after a couple horrible experiences many years back. Its always proved easier to simply write a check for the new car, and have a friend sell our old one off his small car lot. However, having worked with Aaron previously and having much confidence in him and Superior, I thought Id give it a shot.They had a fair, straight to the point, evaluation done in a matter of minutes. No waiting around the showroom as your valuable time is wasted. They are patient, professional, no pressure, no waiting around, and no games. The entire process was incredibly fast and easy. No back and forth. Aaron was clear and to the point in closing out the paperwork. I will always shop with Aaron and Superior first. Why buy a car on the internet sight unseen, or spend half a day sitting in a dealership. Simply choose Superior. Great job Aaron and Superior!

Went to Superior on 12/29/2020 had appointment with Cole to check out a 2020 GMC Terrain.. Drove 45 minutes to get up there and never took it off the parking lot.. Cole couldn’t even get the remote to interact with the SUV.. We was asking questions about the vehicle he couldn’t even answer.. What’s the bad part he passed it off to another salesman and he didn’t even say well is there anything else on the parking lot might interest you.. Didn’t call and say sorry I couldn’t help you today.. Drove back home another 45 minutes went straight to Orr Cheverolet and got a 2021 Chevy Equinox and yes the remote works and no you don’t have to be atleast 20 feet away from it like they try to say @Superior..And like we showed them up there the remote shuts the vehicle off you don’t have to be on the inside of it.. Bad customer service 🤦🏾‍♀️

Starting, I was told back in June they were going to order parts for a recall on my vehicle. Approximately three to almost four months went by with no word on said parts. The day I called to inquire about them, I was placed on hold for 25 minutes before I finally ended the call. Later in the week, Maria reached out to schedule a visit. I did reschedule due to scheduling conflicts. Come Monday, I had my husband to take me in and drop my vehicle off. We were told it would be finished in a few hours. Come 6:20 there was still no call which was very frustrating, as my husband works overnight. He was waiting up when he could have been asleep. Therefore, I called to get status and was told the service part had already closed. Grrr! At that point, I asked for a supervisor, and again was placed on a long hold.I ended up having to pay someone to take my kids to school yesterday because my husband was still at work. Additionally, I paid 23.00 for an uber to get my vehicle because I had a 12:00 pm dentist appointment. No one apologized nor addressed the late return of my vehicle.I swear, customer service isnt what it used to be. No one seems to have any idea of what basic common courtesy or empathy is nowadays.

Hunter McCall, their service specialist is quick, professional, and matter of fact.I had a catastrophic transmission failure on my Silverado within 19 miles of my powertrain expiring. I was pretty distraught to say the least.Hunter got me in as quickly as possible, had my transmission fixed, and even loaned me a courtesy vehicle to boot on the interim. He was professional, understanding, and extremely informative every step of the way.Is this what you would expect of warranty work? Yes, it is.What you wouldn’t expect is to pull into the parking lot to retrieve your vehicle to find it cleaned, running, and waiting for you with the radio tuned to Christmas music. Talk about finishing touches. These guys thought of it all.I can’t express how thankful I am to have my Silverado back in my possession, shifting better than ever.
