All four of my wheels needed refinishing due to some curb rash created by the previous owner. I found RGX through Google and read their reviews. Convinced by their positive reviews, I drove to their shop for an estimate. I was greeted by Harper and she went outside with me to do an estimate. She was very knowledgeable and gave several recommendations. I had some specific questions that was best answered by her technician. So she brought out Jeff and between the two of them, they gave me a detailed explanation including how the process works, turn around time and cost. I was very pleased by them. They also moved my appointment a few days earlier since they had a cancellation. Jeff pointed out during my appointment that one of my rims was bent while the other three rims needed rebalancing in which he remedied. Jeff also painted my wheels and his work is phenomenal. The rims came out amazing! My car is magazine cover worthy and there is no more vibration when driving at high speeds. I highly recommend RGX for rim refinishing. Excellent customer service, super quick turn around time, military-friendly with discount and impeccable work!!

This place is top notch. Not only is the staff friendly and super helpful but the quality of work is superb. I made an appointment to get one of my vehicles rim fixed (bent from a pot hole) and within a few days I was good to go. On the day of drop off, I asked about getting a scratch fixed for my second vehicle and was informed they could have it fixed the same day. Overall, prices are great and workmanship is top notch. One thing Im really watchful for is how my vehicles are treated when taken to any shop. My vehicle was returned excatly how it went in - no hidden scratches, dents, marks, etc.....and was returned clean.Would highly recommend this shop.

I truly had a great experience at RGX Rim Repair. I had to get my tire fixed very last minute to travel to a family funeral, and in an extremely stressful week RGX took the stress of getting my car issues fixed off my plate. Their employee Harper was super understanding of my circumstances and also just the huge stress I was under, and she helped fit me in so that I could get my car fixed in time to travel. I am extremely appreciative of Harper, and she deserves commended, as does the rest of the RGX crew. They did a great job, I was able to sit comfortably inside while I got my tires replaced and my rim fixed, and my car is driving great now. I had Miguel come out to me and fix a few rock chips on my wheels. Looks much better than before, unless you knew it was there before you’d never know.

I was surprised to have been treated so poorly by the female who identified herself as a manager. I often read reviews prior to selecting a business for a job. My experience was the polar opposite of so many which has me questioning the review process. After such a poor experience, I decided to take my business elsewhere. When I’m treated with disrespect, I will not even accept the service for free. This manager does not listen to customers. She is too busy formulating a response and trying to be right. Customers need to be heard even when you don’t agree.

I’m came in with a one rim that was bent and a crack. I already had my rim off the rim size is 24s.The stuff was nice I didn’t have no problem with them or the shop. I didn’t have a appointment and the stuff fit me in and took care of me.The shop was clean. I would recommend this shop to anybody that I come cross that need rim work. I didn’t have to wait long for them to fix my rim if I have any other rim that give me problems I’m coming back to them. The best place to have your rims repaired by far. It was a while ago, I damage two rims on the inside. It took less than 24 hrs to get my rims back saving me hundreds of dollars. But more recent, I have always wanted to paint my rims black on my VW Passat. I went to RGX and Crystal and Harper really are the best. Then answered all my questions, were nice about it and helped me decide on which paint job was for me. TJ removed all the scratches and dings from my rims. Let me tell you they were bad. When I picked up my car I could not believe the fantastic job he did on my rims. I am extremely satisfied with my experience at RGX.

Our insurance sent us here, and they were fantastic. They plugged one of two tires for $35 and didn’t charge us their flat $50, rate because my wheel had a center bend and wasn’t repairable. They are an honest, trustworthy company. The waiting room was very nice as well.

Miguel is the man. He is always professional and up front. I have had a working relationship with him for years now and we have always been able to count on him to get us fixed up. Hard working and dependable does not remotely describe this man. I would give 10 stars if there was an option.

I had a really great experience today. I spoke with Jasmine who coordinated my appointment, and had me scheduled right away. Later in the day, I brought a tire in to be mounted upon the rim that was to be repaired. When I arrived I asked to speak to the technician who was working on my particular rim. They kindly enough let me speak to Rene. I was greeted with an informed perspective and a reassurance that made me feel good about my experience. Upon receipt of the finished product, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality that I was given. Based on my personal experience, I would recommend them not only for customer service but also the willingness to provide insight on what you’re actually paying for. Took quite a few visits to get my wheels fixed properly, worst off when they were done the finish had dirt particles and brake dust under the clear coat.

I was helped by Crystal and Jeff this morning. The staff was very helpful and professional. They were able to get my rim repaired within the same day. I am a very happy customer and I would recommend the company to others.

These folks are miracle workers. We brought a rim in from our sons 2017 Kia Soul. We were convinced that it was a lost cause. When we came to back, we could not believe our eyes. Worth every penny. We had to come back because we found another of his rims was dented. They fixed it in no time.

Not a good experience. They cannot repair an alloy rim which has a slight deformed section, only curb scratches. Prices approach a new wheel. They offered a new Mercedes replacement wheel, which had to be ordered and paid in advance. On arrival it was a remanufactured wheel and had a dent. They then suggested repairing the dent at standard repair costs added to the already high price of the remanufactured wheel. It would have cost the same as a new factory wheel from the Mercedes dealer. Crazy! The service lady had little to no experience dealing with people. Two new similar wheels from Autozone would have cost the same as the repair bill.

I walked in thinking I would need an appointment and instead was told to bring my bent rim right on in. The rim was fixed in a couple of hours. Jasmine was very knowledgeable and helpful. The technician Jeff did a good job can’t even tell the rim was bent in the first place!

They repaired a rim on my Porsche Carrera S and I was HIGHLY satisfied. You literally would have get right up on the wheel to notice it at all. Excellent work! $150.00 (around) was cheaper than $2,000.00 to replaced the one rear wheel at Porsche!

Went in for corrosion damage they did a great job! Even had my headlights restored, VERY IMPRESSIVE they look like new- I had done them myself and paid others to do it before this is good Jeff did a great job!! Wanda has great customer skills! :) They also do military discount. I am goin back for some other stiff and car products for detailing .

My husband and I came in their office for a rim repair. The lady at the front desk was really nice and explained everything to us. The workers were very professional and got us in there at our time we were appointed. They offer a warranty on anything that they would repair if it was something at their fault. About 2 weeks into the repair I noticed the tire pressure light was coming on at a fast rate after my husband had put air in the tire. We took it back and they looked at it and most companies would have made all the excuses in the world and blamed it on the customer. They made no hesitation and admitted it was their fault and they repaired the problem with NO problem. They are a company of their word. Took my 22 inch rim in to welded it had a small inner bead leak . After the the job it held air for about 6 hrs then slowly again started leaking it’s been 5 days and it’s all the way under 20 psi already.(update) The management recently reached out to me and showed Concern and interest with the problem that I had and asked me to come in for them to check it one more time free of charge I’m really appreciative of the fact they took the time to reach out to a customer thank you!!! I went here a few weeks ago. I was referred by Black Tire. The customer service and overall service was just awful. I had a small crack in my rim they fix the crack. Then proceeded to tell me that could put the rim and tire back on my truck. I went back and forth with the lady at the counter. She told me how my lug nuts were to big and my lock kit didn’t fix the lug nuts for them to even get the tire and rim back on. I left there and went back to Black Tire and they put my rim and tire back on my truck and no charge and with no problem. That is the laziest service I’ve ever had at a rim and tire place. They were just to lazy to put the rim and tire back on. I’ll never go back to this place the lady at the front desk is just as ghetto and ignorant as you can imagine here in Fayetteville.

I went to Fayetteville to Visit some family members, and happened to stop by the RimGuard Xtreme shop. The 2 people in the front were very helpful and the prices they gave me were definitely reasonable. I will gladly come back and get my repairs done when I am back in town. I would recommend this to all my friends and family.

I went in to get a wheel fixed and met Heather and Brian. Great service and pretty quick too! Heather is awesome always smiling and have a great attitude Brian is not so bad either. I do have one complaint though. Its a shame Heather is taken. We used to go to lunch every once in a while cant even get her to show up anymore. LMAO if you need wheels repaired this really is the only place worth going to!

Had some minor damage on one wheel, but asked if I could do a color change along with the repair. I was extremely happy with the work, and it gave my stock wheels a custom look that really stood out. I would recommend RGX to anyone looking for repairs, but even more for someone thinking about investing in expensive new wheels.

I looked all over the internet to find a business that re-chromes rims. I have a 2004 Thunderbird that was in desperate need of rim redo, and RGX did a superb job! They try to charge me over $200 jus to take off my wheels n put factory ones on. No balancing or anything. Just wheels off and wheels on. Ridiculously over priced for a 10 min job. And laughed about the price when I asked about it and asked what I expected to get paid if I didn’t it( with an attitude). Take your business elsewhere. Franks tire down the street on reaford is a good honest and cheaper place.

So when we removed the sun visors and headliner, the headliner broke in half because it is so old and was not in good condition. We knew we would either have to find and buy an aftermarket headliner or find one in a junkyard and have it recovered. So I went to Joe Barnett at S.E.A.T. and told him what happened and asked if he could order a new one for us. To my surprise, Joe said let me see the broken one first. Once he saw the broken headliner, he said there is no need to buy a replacement headliner that he could restore that one to be as good as new. To be honest, I was a little doubtful about his comments. Well, he showed me!!!! Yeah, Joe knows his craft and has skills. The headliner looks great as well as the visors and they look like a new car. His turn around time was impressive as well.
