Ive gone a few times this week and its nice being able to walk around the store without avoiding someone ever two feet. Very easy to find what you need with their giant signs.

Smaller store, good customer service

Selection isnt what it used to be, but that may be due to Coivid and such. But they still have a good selection. Clearance area was a total wreck. Zero organization. Things were all over the floor as well. Item I took to checkout didnt ring up that it was on clearance and there were multiple of that item in there, soi did not buy it. The Fort Smith stores clearance area is very well kept, so I know it can be better maintained. Employees were nice.

Its a wonderful place for everybody

I had ordered candles and 1 was delivered broken. I got online and printed an authorization for local in store replacement. It was very easy and convenient. The store had a replacement in stock and the staff was very attentive and helpful.

Terrible customer service.. never got spoke to the whole time I was there even while I stood in line and the cashier looked at me numerous times never smiled or anything. I wont go back

Didnt have very many silicone molds as I thought they would. The associate tried to see if they could order the half dome silicone mold I was looking for but there wasnt one she could order. With cocoa bombs being so popular i was sure they would carry the molds. But i was wrong. It does have a lot of other kitchen items though.

Nicely organized. Low on bedding inventory. Liked curtain selection. Very pleasant & friendly cashiers.

We like Bed Bath and Beyond. I often find things that I like that I havent even been looking for. Like towels and some kitchenware. Their greeting cards are quality and not the usual. The artwork and words are delightful. I can always find an appropriate card for the occasion.

I love the selection of items but their prices are generally too high. Thank goodness for the coupons!

Easy to get whI needed

Great products!!

Bought a platter online, when it arrived it was chipped. Drove 20 miles for an exchange with them showing 3 in stock. They confirmed when we couldnt find it that they should have 3. 30 minutes searching and not 1 in the store. So 1 1/2 hours and 2 gallons of gas wasted, and no resolution other than a refund.

This place has a wonderful atmosphere, and the employees are very nice, except the store manager. She is rude.

I could spend all day at BBB because there is so much to see! I love the selection in all departments. On this particular day we were looking at Ninja products and we appreciated all of the help from a sales associate. She was very knowledgeable about the products and was able to answer our questions.

I had to have this remote control outlets for my Christmas tree. A life saver, worth every penny.

The used to have so much more in their clearance area. Now its one little shelf set.

Clean and well organized store. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend and would return.

Huge selection! Get on their mailing list and get regular coupons in the mail. Also love getting gift certificates for friends and family in other states, since BBB is nation wide. I was able to order a specialty mattress in Arkansas and my daughter pick up in Virginia where she was in college. Their customer service is great. They act like they care and want you to be happy and return to shop again.

Hard to find some of the items I was looking for due to people clearing the shelves the previous week

Bathrooms are so dirty, no hand soap, no paper towels, or hand dryer!!! Jaynae helped me that day and she was great!! So helpful and patient! There was a few girls that were not as helpful and seemed bothered by everything. The store has a great selection of everything!

Always interesting new gadgets

Soaps, candles, lotions. If you are looking for something that smells good or skin care this is the place. It is kind of overwhelming when all the smells blend together.

We found everything we were looking for in a short period of time thanks to the helpful staff. Every employee we came I contact with was very friendly and welcoming. Checkout was a breeze. We had a very good shopping experience and even found a couple of items on sale at great prices!

Just discovered they no longer accept expired coupons as they have done for years. This is a game changer when deciding to shop with them. They are definitely more expensive for same items than other stores. But, with the coupon it was worth it. Now I dont see any difference from At Home, Home Goods, Penneys, etc. I think they have made a huge mistake.

Great price and in stock. Love looking at everything. They have a huge variety. It is a little hard to move around in store though as it is packed with tight walkways.

Most of shelves empty and same as online..items unavailable. Question: will the stores as BB&B ever going to reorder and restock. Very disappointed.

The store layout is nice and is usually fairly stocked up. The employees are also very helpful.

As a college student shopping for essentials, this place had everything I needed. The lighting is perhaps a tad depressing though.

I love the selection, but a staff member met us at the door 30 minutes before closing and rudely told us that we had to hurry because they were getting ready to close. I needed one item near the entrance. I was in and out in about 6 minutes. Ruined the place for me. Rude!

A bit crowded with stuff in the aisles, kinda of forces you to give up on the concept of social distancing.

Alex is always quick to greet you as you walk in the door, when she is not in tge middle of another customer, and the other employees are helpful as well. I always find great sales on pillows and bedding. I hope one-day Ill stumble into the Beyond section and see behind the scenes.

A little pricey

I had an Ionic Fitbit that I purchased from Bed Bath and Beyond here in Fayetteville. It quit working Christmas eve.When I first called, I was told Fayetteville was out and the Fitbit Ionics were out of stock.Then I spoke with Rachel one of the managers.She went above and Beyond.Yes they were out in Fayetteville and they were out of stock, But Rachel persisted and found one in Edmond Oklahoma and reserved it for me.I Brought in my Broken Fitbit Ionic, she completed the return paper work, and within 3 days I have my New Ionic Fitbit.It was like another Christmas and New Years Gift.Thank you Rachel for going the Extra Mile. :-)Great Customer Service.Dr. James Myshka

Everything you would expect from bbb! The prices are higher than Walmart but your paying for quality 9/10 times. I had a set of their sheets I just had to replace recently last over 8 years. I am satisfied with their products.

Quick easy and painless

I didnt purchase today, but the store was clean and organized with a great selection. I will say I was not approached by any one asking if I needed help with anything, which is kind of nice when just browsing, but would have been irritating had I needed help.

Unfortunately this is a good store to window shop if you dont mind saving a few bucks purchasing online. There seems to always be some sort of coupon to get at least 20% off one item.

Every employee is wonderful and helpful the Manger does an excellent job of educating her team of what smells are needed for an issue or a gift! This is one of the best places in the mall and best deal!

Super rude manager, Brenda! I spoke to customer service who informed me I could take my very old purchase in for a return, since I had my receipt. I then took it to the store and she told me that they wouldn’t return it and they weren’t “a rental company”. So embarrassing and un-called for. Thankfully, customer service is sending me a label and taking care of the issue.

Bought a food torch and the sign stated to ask for butane at front. Checker had no clue what was needed but she did call for person over housewares. That person stated that they didnt carry butane. While I took her to the sign and suggested that if they didnt carry propane, they should remove them signage, my daughter looked around all of the checkout stands and found the small propane bottles. Staff needs more education regarding what they carry, specifically if they are in charge of an area.

Its a good place to go shopping if you got the money
