I love the prices and its a plus when you can use coupons.The only thing is the lady with black hair and the guy thats works in makeup area are so rude,they just look at you,no smile, nothing and dont even greet you. What happened to customer service,I know the manager and the other coworkers are very nice but its just this two.May you please speak two individuals or give them more training in customer service.Other than that I this store overall and great prices thats why I gave it 4 stars.

They have cute clothes in okay prices but like everywhere else you have to watch the sizes; depending on the maker they can vary drastically.

Expensive even with the Huge savings and mega discounts.... although I needed a business suit and slacks what I had was a far cry from business like or suit I think the quality could be compared to Fallas TJ Maxx Ross and the like I had to buy there but it truly is not something to wear over one special occasion I bought a cheap Blazer MSRP $140 I spent $84 on it single stitched matching dress slacks they were 78 I got them on sale for 40....cheaply stitched as well.

They need new workers here!!! Very rude workers here! The store is okay but they need to get new workers here be professional people!! Stop acting like you want to argue with the customers. Respect people even though if they are being rude being in customer service you gotta kill customers with kindness and I was not being rude or nothing I came in the store to ask the workers a simple question to help me find a simple thing and instead I get two workers who tell me they are to busy to help??? Like are you serious that is your job to help customers if you cant work in customer service then dont work. Have someone who is willing to work and be nice and professional and offers there assistance to help the customer and not tell the customer that there to busy. Again store is great but very poor customer service!

This store spends alot to advertise their coupons, yet, when you go to use them, there is always a loophole as to why the coupon will not work. If it ends in dise or duct, coupon wont work ( merchandise, product). Also, customer service is lacking. The saleswomen are rude and not helpful.
