I had an arrangement delivered yesterday. The rose is the most beautiful rose I have ever seen! It just keeps opening more and more. Thank you for this gorgeous floral arrangement!

Linda is such a fun lady!! She was able to completely understand what we wanted and show us exactly what the bouquets and boutonnieres would look like. We had checked out a few places before meeting with her and she became an instant and obviously choice. All the flowers were excellent! Each bouquet was assembled beautifully! We also had flowers on our cake, they were perfect! Linda and her team could not havedone a better job or been easier to work with ! Id give 10 stars if it was an option!

I called ahead a week early to get a dozen roses for Valentines Day. I was to pick them up on the Saturday before Valentines day. I paid in advance. When I arrived to pick up the flowers nobody seemed to know what I was talking about. I had to repeat the order to them. They put it together with the wrong flowers and I had to ask them to do it again the right way. Then they wanted me to pay for them again. Thank god I had the receipt still. I look at the box and they had torn it while trying to rush it together and it would not fit together properly so they just taped it, which also looked bad. They should have just grabbed another lid. The flowers themselves looked terrible. Most were in pretty bad shape and there were only 11 roses, not the dozen I paid for. Never going back to this place again. All around a bad experience.

First time ordering and quite an enjoyable experience the staff was professional and helpful, everything l asked for and was given helpful suggestions on the arrangement it arrived at its destination and the picture of it was fabulous! Thank you 😊

Linda is truly amazing! The first holy communion in our Church has been a blessed experience for all the communicants and the whole community! The fragrance and freshness of her beautiful flowers brought life to the whole Service and the event followed. She went above and beyond to help us out.

I just received the most beautiful bouquet Ive ever received in life! I explained that I was sending flowers to myself after surgery. I told one of the ladies the color combination I preferred and left the rest up to them. What an amazing delivery. Im so glad I did this and will make Farmington Center Florist my go to florist. Did I mention they sent an additional get well bouquet? They are awesome!!

I order flowers for my mother and mother in law for Mother’s Day, they were never delivered! I called the shop two days in a row and emailed and never got a response to neither. I did receive a confirmation email when I order and My order was even on the website! Please be care.. I will never order from them again.

We ordered a plant to be delivered the following day for a funeral. It was for a girl at works father. We had collected money from the people at work. When some of us went to the visitation the next night after work, the plant wasnt there and the credit card hadnt been charged. When we called to find out what happened, we were told the order was misplaced. They offered to still do the order, but just have it go to the persons home, but beef it up some. I asked for it to just be delivered and not be charged since it was error and this was such poor service. The woman said shed check with her manager and call me back. This was was last week and Ive never heard back. Dont use this place! Their main job is to deliver flowers for the day you order them and they cant even get it right, nor do they want to do anything to make it up to you! Terrible customer service!!!

After our florist of twenty-three years retired, we searched tirelessly for a replacement florist online. And after being repeatedly dissatisfied with other area florist. This florist does outstanding work! They were out of a potted funeral arrangement plant and they suggested mixing fresh flowers with greens and live plants. The arrangement exceeded my expectations, it was gorgeous! Better than what I would have selected from their website. Much better than Vivianos, in my opinion (and more reasonably priced). Will definitely use Farmington Center Florist in future!

Ordered flowers for delivery on a specific day (my sister’s birthday) and though the email confirmation I received stated that they were delivered as promised, they were not. Have tried contacting the florist multiple times and in multiple ways but zero response.

The heather looked beautiful with the pink and lavender roses. We received many compliments on the arrangements. I was especially happy with the all-white arrangement I requested. Just a really great place! The owners are good, wholesome people who consistently remember customer names. And their selection of flowers vary from elegantly traditional to bright and colorful. Ive been very impressed and plan to share more beautiful arrangements with their help.

They put together the most beautiful flowers with a ton of style. The staff was extremely helpful and brought some light to an otherwise dark time. The owner even came out and gave me a hug. I have to send out a huge thank you. I came to your shop in a state of panic this morning looking for lilac colored roses. I was in the middle of making a wedding cake and all my flowers had died overnight. You set me at ease and helped with foliage and babies breath. Because of Farmington Center Florist the wedding wasnt ruined and the cake turned out beautiful. I would highly recommend your shop to anyone who wants quality flowers with a top of the line staff. First thing they delivered the flowers to my girlfriends job 2 hours before she got in therefore she wasnt even there when they dropped off the letter when i had requested that they make sure to be there at a specific time or later anyway so after she got her flowers and a vase that was half as big as they told me it would be all the roses died with in 36 hours and I get her roses from Meijer every Friday that last over a week and a half if not even longer for $9.99 when i paid over $120.00 for these ones if i was to ever buy flowers again Im sorry but this place will not be it

Posting this review behalf of my family: We ordered 8 general occasion centerpieces and we were happy to have them done on time for the party. They offer unique pieces for every party and celebration, but with their spike of popularity and few staff members may have a delay in future orders.

Horrible costumer service! This is the second time I’ve been into this location and neither one of the women behind the counter greeted me while I wandered around the store aimlessly. Both times they didn’t even acknowledge my presence. I went back into the shop today giving this location the benefit of the doubt and the same thing happened, not even a “Hello how are you, or I’ll be right over “ . I stayed 15 mins just to see how long it would take and nothing. I literally walked out!

Would not recommend this florist. I ordered flowers to be sent and delivered while I was out of town. They never showed up. I have tried calling them several times and no answer. Also left messages and no return call. Now I have to drive 45 minutes to the store just to talk to a human.

My sister ordered a beautiful arrangement for me on mother’s day.. not only did they send the wrong one but had the wrong card on it with a different address and note for a different family. My husband and I felt they sent it to my home on accident so we delivered it to the address on the card, only to find out days later, it was my arrangement.. but they ran out of what was originally ordered and accidentally put the wrong card on! Very disappointing Mother’s Day event :(

Great people and good service. They can personalize your order as well. No doubt flowers are expensive but they are always worth it.

Excellent service found on the internet. Wanted to send flowers to the wife for her birthday. The address I got off the internet was the the old address. ( so I gave them the wrong address). And they were still able to find new address and get flowers to her. Great job! All within two hours of me placing the order. Great friendly service.

I had my beautiful bouquet delivered from my daughter the same day. I was not home (apt). It had to be dropped off at the office. I was not aware flowers were waiting for me. This was no ones fault but mine. When I got them 5 days later I was disappointed to see them already starting to look limp. I took them back to this florist and told them my story. They made me an entirly new gorgeous spray of flowers. That bouquet lasted 3 weeks! That means they did NOT just use old flowers to shut me up 😶......they didnt even argue with me. They simply said Were gonna take care of you. Dont worry. And They Did. I will always use this Florist and Im very grateful. Thank You.

Rey disappointing this place I ordered a flowers to be delivered on mother’s day and they didn’t when I called them same day to make sure that they deliver it same day she told me to not worry and they will send it same day but unfortunately they didn’t and I called the second day the girl has an attitude like if she gave me the money to order and she told me they have crushed system and she needs an hour to check my order and call me back but never did so I called again to cancel the order she told me she will see when the program gets back and she doesn’t know how does it goes I told her no you won’t see you will cancel it very disappointing this service and store

The florist here did an excellent job on a large bouquet for my fiance! I showed up with it near the end of her bridal shower and got a ton of Ooos and Ahhhhhs. It really impressed everyone there and more importantly, the future wifey LOVED it. Thanks again.

I am a horticulture and botany major currently attending school at MSU. I stopped in here to ask about a Camilla sinensis (green tea plant) that I saw they had. I ended up having a very lengthy and informed discussion about many different plants to my delight, and was even gifted one of the tea plants by the owner. While their building may be small, they have a caring staff, and a beautiful selection of pre-cut flowers and more.Many other florists and nurseries close by dont even sell pre-cut flowers, so if youre looking for a gift for someone special, this is your store.

Ordered flowers for Mothers Day. When I had me dad pick them up the flowers where just laying on the counter out of water. The flowers themselves looked old and partially dead. Bouquet looked like one of the cheap trader joes bouquets that are $3.99. Will never get flowers from here again
