Excellent small independent bookstore. Good selection of fiction, nonfiction, and kids books. Also great cards, gift wrap, and some nice gift items. Very easy to order books that they dont stock; they arrive quickly, prices are the same as from larger retailers, and it gives you an excuse to go into the store and browse.

Its very nice to still find small book stores serving their local community of readers. Book Review is very small but has a good curated selection of both hard and soft cover books, gifts, and cards.The staff is attentive to customer questions and will do what they can to help direct the readers query. They may not have what you want, but they can get you what you need.

Had to stop in here to see if they had my queen book yet yes they do this is a great little place you can order things and then pick them up later

This place calls themselves a local Maine bookstore on the coast of Maine, but when I asked them to consider stocking a well reviewed self published book set in a local setting that any local would recognize, they refused. No local homegrown grassroots support here mate.

I have only been to the shop one time, while on vacation. They had a good selection of books, which I had not previously seen at any of the large box bookstores.It’s small, so no Cafe.

Beautiful store and great selection of cards and gifts. However, the employee behind the counter was very unfriendly and seemed annoyed by my child who was quite well behaved. Did not feel welcome in the shop at all.

This was a wonderful experience and am amazed at some of the negative comments in other reviews .quaint, well laid out, very helpful associates and great selections of cards and books.

It was OK, not like the normal meal I enjoy here, and I eat at Dennys very often. To be fair, it was also 2 am on New Years Eve, and extremely busy.
