Made appointment online for Tuesday morning at 7 am so I could go to work right after.. was confirmed I arrive to my appointment they tell me oh you did it on line they didnt have me down I was told you should of call..then why have appointments on line and confirm them ...So rescheduled with her for Saturday @10am My husband gets there said it should be about 30 to 60 mintues he ended up being there over to hours this is ridiculous...never go there again

Had best prices for my tires and something was broken on my car hood latch and they fixed it at no cost to me because when they called and asked me about it.... I didnt know if it was already broken or not.... Exceptional service will def be taking my other vehicle there when we need service. Great job, great staff, great service! Cannot recommend enough.

The staff doesn’t know the first thing about customer service. Each one of them I’ve encountered speaks to me in a rude and condescending manner. I only come back here because of the warranty on my tires but it’s almost not worth the crappy treatment. Very disappointed. I originally came here to get a set of 4 new tires. I waited 6 hours for them to tell me that they don’t even have my tires in stock. It was past closing before I got my tires put on my car. They offered to give me the service free of charge as well as an alignment at a later date. I called to schedule the appointment for the alignment (Spoke to “Sue”) she assured me the alignment would be free of charge. I show up for the appointment and she’s questioning why I waited so long to get the alignment and implying any alignment issue is my fault. She explains that I haven’t gotten the required tire rotations. I told her I get them every 5,000 miles with oil changes. I explain to her the situation and all she has to say is that the store is under new management will all new employees and that anything that happened in the past she has nothing to do with because they didn’t keep accurate notes. At the end of my visit I needed an alignment and two new tires. They couldn’t accommodate me and give me the full service I needed today. This will be the last time I give this location any business after today.

Check what you pay for. In general Ive always had great results with service and with customer service. This time after getting my oil change and service was finished I went to clean my windshield and noticed the wiper fluid was still empty. It had just become empty a couple days before and I decided not to refill it knowing that they would. I was kind of bummed thinking possibly they no longer did that service until I saw that on my service report it showed they had done it and stated it was fine. So as Petty as it may sound I did go back to question this. My concern was if they claimed to do this service and very obviously did not was there another service they did not do as well. As true to form their customer service was fantastic and they resolved the situation. I will just warn all to make sure you are getting what you pay for

My appointment was for 10am. I came in and dropped it off and then returned an hour and 15 minutes later to find out that they hadnt started. 30 minutes after that they tell me that they suggest I get new tires, when I ask how long everything should take I find out that they STILL havent started the work I made the appointment for.Go elsewhere, even Walmart is better than this place.

I had an appointment for an engine diagnostic and due to the pandemic i had no choice but to wait. I was told 30-90 mins wait and i waited outside the store, with my child, in a pandemic, for 80 mins and my car never moved from the place that i parked it so i got my keys back and am taking my business somewhere else. What a waste of my time, especially considering the risk of going out into public right now.

AVOID THIS PLACE, i brought my car in for a bad wheel bearing and they told me my struts were blown as well. My struts were not blown and during the bearing repair they did not replace my hub so my bearing went bad again in a few months. They then told me they wouldnt fix the bad repair for free, they changed their minds once i told them not to touch it if they were going to charge me and id assume thats because id have a pretty good lawsuit against them for safety issues. After they replace my bearing again and hub my brakes started rubbing on the disk. So they didnt even torque down my brake disk correctly.

I give them a 4 stars for their service and prices. They are probably the best place in the area to get an oil change. They do not try to constantly upsell you on everything, like other places that shall remain nameless. I go here at least once every three months for oil changes and they are very consistent in what they charge and the quality of the work done. I would recommend them to others.

They have have bad customer service. I made an appointment the day before told the man down to the T of what happened I asked if they do calibrations and can tell me if there is something wrong like a censor needs to be replaced he said yes I said how much and he said we can do it for free. I said there’s no charge he said yes Just come in tomorrow. I came in today n the man at the front desk immediately turned me around after I said I have an appointment and said take it where ur tire was fixed because I’m going to charge you 40$. He said he could not honor what I was told. 🤬😡. I hate my time being wasted

They were reasonable with prices and great customer service. The first time. Then they changed a price quote on my trucks brakes by 100$. I called Midas and they said they would do the same work for the original quote.

One person was nice looked like the store manager. The rest looked like they hated their job very rude very frustrated and the customers appear to be getting the wrath of it all including myself. The service of this place is terrible they told me about an hour maybe a hour half for 4 tires being replaced. Iv been the only person in the lobby for over an hour now. Its been 2 hours and they just got started on my tires. My 4 tires im getting switched out are barely reasonably priced but my quoted time is seriously the most annoying part. I would rather u tell me the truth that it will take 3 hours rather than lie for business.Should have gone to walmart for half the price and half the time. Im never coming back here.

It seems that both the general manager Joe and senior technician Carl have paired each other to form a fraud team. I was told things were wrong with my car, that in reality were not wrong. Also, based on others opinions, it appears that they share the same assumptions about this duo of shady people. I contacted the area manager and I am also in the process of filling out legal paperwork for a criminal investigation.

Horrible Chris was very unprofessional.....they broke a part (sensor) on my car claimed they fixed it but low and behold they didnt! Took car back 5 times and it still wasnt fixed. Light continues to come on.

This was my 2nd time having my van serviced there & they are very professional & the prices are competitive.

Poor customer service. I had a flat tire and wanted it fixed or replaced which is covered under my warranty. The staff told me that no such coverage existed and almost three hours latter they finally called the number I had given then when I first arriveld. Guess what, I was covered under my warranty. There was no communication between the staff, so I had to explain my situation every time I talked to someone. We were given no time estimate, and in an empty waiting room it was a big surprise that we spent 3 hours there instead of the usual 45 minutes it takes to change a tire.

Was nowhere near a fire stone would not recommend their service to anybody would not recommend Car-X service to anybody why car acts actually unscrew my caliper so it would need brake fluid so my car would actually feel the safety inspection way back home tighten up the nut that they unscrewed took the car back and its past with no problems I wouldnt recommend any of these shops around here

I was driving through from Chicago to Tucson and called to ask if they would be able to perform an oil change on my vehicle. 5 minutes later I arrived and was told that the earliest I could get it done was the next day. It was a complete waste of time coming here.

Always fix what needs repair and looks for potential problems. Do not try to oversell but provide service. They pretty much check everything everytime I am there.

The man behind the counter Mr.Suggs was very rude.We were told to have a seat we will be informed when the vehicle was finished of course that didnt happen, went to counter to ask when well be done he states youve been done for a little while now.So not one employee decided to tell us our vehicle was done rude and unprofessional

Hello my son recently had a front end alignment at the firestone in Fairview Heights 10 days later on way to work front tires start squealing when going around turn when he got to work he looked under truck and the adjustment sleeve was all loose . He called firestone they said would send tow truck to get and took it back to their shop. They later called him and said it was a defective part after work him and I went there to talk to them. The man walked out we looked at truck and he said that a piece was missing his technician told him that it was a defective part we showed him what was loose and he agreed yes that was not tightened when they done the alignment I told him that the two front tires were worn on the Inside he said they would fix it we told him we wanted somebody that knew what they were doing he said the technician that did the work was no longer with them now they want to bill us for a tow and said We would have to pay for repairs

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have never been so disgusted in my life. This was by the far one of the most dishonest, scamming people i have ever encountered. I brought my car in for oil change (which is advertised at 21.99 on the sign) and a break inspection. The service manager called me after the car had been “inspected” and advised me my rear pads neeeded replaced, both of my rotors need replaced and both rear calipers need replaced. I was metal to metal and it was dangerous to even be driving the car. Well of course I panicked because I drive my children in this car and we are suppose to be driving to Florida in a week. So I ask how much this would be to fix. I was quoted $932.00. Yes. Near a $1000 for rear brakes, rotors and calipers. I about had a heart attack. And as a woman I thought i should talk to a few other people before making a decision. After advice from several people I chose to take the car for a second opinion. And was I glad I did. The mechanic inspected the brakes and half of the issues I was told were issues ended up not at all even needing addressed. I was quoted $382.00 to replace the pads, turn the rotors(there was no metal to metal that was too dangerous to drive) and replace one caliper. After looking into this a little further, it was brought to my attention that this is not uncommon for this location. They are known for screwing people thanks to the new service manager. Cal or Carl? Anyway if I wouldn’t have been smart enough to get a second opinion the vacation we had planned would have had to been canceled because I would have had to spend $1,000 at Firestone for things that really did not even need. So thank you for the honest mechanic who fixed my car and allowed me and my family to be able to have the trip we have so desperately been waiting for. And to you Firestone, you should be ashamed of yourself. It’s sickening to think how many people have been taken by you. Shame on you.

Brought a set of tires and wheels from an online retailer, with no hassles whatsoever. They were extremely helpful, and swapped my TPMS sensors for no charge. The shop was clean, wi-fi speeds were good, and all of the staff were friendly and ready to answer any questions I had. They do offer Military discounts for Active Duty and Veterans as well.

I had an appointment for tire rotation and balance went in for the apointment and was told they are to busy to service me and that i needed to reschedule. Really? Whats the point of a schedule then.

Horrible service, went in at 7:15 for an oil change, they close at 8. Was told they dont have time to do my car, i asked why. The ladies response was that they had 3 cars ahead of me and wouldnt be done with them in time. How long does it take to change oil??? About 10 minutes. I always change my own oil because i dont trust anyone to work on my vehicles. But because of the weather i decided to go get it changed. I had heard good things about this facility, they were wrong. Horrible customer service and literally disregarded me in my little car. I wonder what would have happened if i pulled up in my Escalade with my work attire on. Ahhh, probably the same crappy service.

Went in on Saturday 8/17/13 with an internet quote, and it matched the quote they gave me (so no upcharges on people who dont know - a plus). They even gave me some advice recommending me to a cheaper tire that would better accomodate my car. Scheduled an appointment for 8/19/13. A little long on the time to install the tires, but they noticed a few TPMS hassles, and they inspected the brakes and alignment of the car. Excellent customer service. Clean facility. Knowledgable.I will be back for my rotations and the next set of tires for our other car.

I made an appointment but still took 2 hours to mount and balance 4 tires.

Took my truck in to have the oil changed and tires rotation I get back and they dont do the rotation but yet they say they did they tell me I Need a radiator flush.little do they no I had new water pump put on less than 5000 mile ago.been going there for two years last time I will find a better place that cares.....

Sat at this store for 3 hours for a headlight that I did not get fixed. Had to make appointment for another day because they looked at the wrong headlight. Honestly think they were trying to take advantage of me. Never going back to Fairview location
