Took an iPad for a screen replacement and they somehow disabled the iPad. Apple couldnt fix it. They ruined a perfectly good (except for the screen) iPad. They also said they dont keep cash to give a refund. It cost over a $140 and they ruined it

A new guy name tolga who seems bit unprofessional who added more damage to my iphone. Its been 5.days since I went to just change the battery of my iphone but instead there was other damages to my iphone where camera and screen display werent working properly. I hope to get my phone fixed properly and get respond soon.

I am so glad I found this Cell Doc. They have all types of cases, screen protectors, and accessories. I cracked my phone screen and they replaced it quickly and guided me through the process. The employees there are extremely nice and knowledgeable. They also have multiple locations throughout the mall so it is very easy to find the accessories you need.

Exceptional service! Replaced a cracked iPhone X screen in 20 minutes. Exact same repair quality as Apple but about half the cost. Located right outside the Sprint store inside Fair oaks mall. Highly recommend for anyone who has a cracked device screen.

They replaced the back of my phone (including the back camera) and a little bit later my phone was having issues due to incorrect instillation. Specifically, the back camera stopped working, the control between vibrate and silent stopped working (stuck on vibrate/sound), and the phone stopped connecting to the cellular network. When I took it back and pointed out these issues they said it was an issue with the antenna, but when I took my phone to a different cell fixer and also the Apple Store they both said it was an installation issue. I had hoped (foolishly, I suppose) that they would reimburse me for the $100+ I spent on the back replacement but they took no responsibility and tried to pass it off on to me. It’s unfortunate because I had been a repeat customer up until this point. I (now) will not return to Cell Doc due to their inconsistent quality/attention to detail/customer relations.

I gave 5 stars because I went to this store 1 week ago and there was a man who was so funny and smart. He told me he is boss. He fixed my phone’s battery and screen so quickly and it works very good.

They are the best. He fix my broken iPhone screen, replaced my old battery, and fix my son LG phone. My son phone screen was broken and the phone couldn’t be used. They ordered the parts. And it was a wrong part send to them .but he explained to me and we understand him. He didn’t just fix my son phone. He delivered the phone to my home. For free. I will go back to him anytime I have a problem with my phones. His THE BEST. THANK YOU SO MUCH AGAIN ....

When I was in a bind trying to find a place to replace my phone screen, most places were giving me a two day turn around. Not only were these guys able to do it same day but their price was almost half of what other places were quoting me. Hopefully they keep their prices that way!

They replaced a cracked screen. GPS was not working after repair. I tried every conceivable software repair, resets, etc. Brought it in ... first response was not their problem. After a few mins of discussion, they “looked at it”.... they said give them 30 mins.... they walked around mall with it ... said it’s working fine. Still no gps ... Sigh.... obviously I had my “born last night” t-shirt on ... Waste of my time.Update. Decided to replace gps antenna on my own. 1st thing found was 1 of the case screws that need to be removed was stripped and could not remove. Had to drill the head off to remove screen. Found broken parts and a loose screw near the gps antenna. Replaced antenna and wow ... I have gps again.Phone was only opened once before by this company. Ohhh and they do make 2 different screens. OLED which is oem. And a LED. LED us cheaper .. wonder which one they put in... I suggest, just go to Apple !

I stumbled upon Cell Doc by accident while looking for another cell phone kiosk. I decided to repair the camera on my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 with them. Aman was very courteous and repaired my phone while I waited. He is very pleasant, funny and did a great job. I highly recommend them!
