Anything car wise you need they can do. Took my vw to get new tires and 3yr alignment. Turned out perfect... explained the whole process and was very informative. Just drop off your car and they will call you to come pick up so you dont have to wait there long.

When I walked into Just Tires, I only planned on getting a couple vital things done due to my budget. However, what I really needed was a new tire due to a flat, an oil change, new TPMS in one tire, and I also had a valve cap that was essentially welded onto a pressure gauge that needed to be removed. Atheer ensured that my experience at Just Tires was seamless from the very beginning. He was thorough in giving me my options and worked his hardest to give me every possible deal he could. It’s rare to walk into a tire shop and not feel like they’re trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge, but this shop focused on fixing what they needed to instead of trying to oversell me. They were absolutely amazing and I can finally say that I’ve found a place that I trust. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you for everything!!

Though recommended by friends, I was very disappointed. I came for a tire change and instead the first options they gave me were in total $800! I then insisted I didn’t need the extra and then they lowered the costs to $400. They were not willing talk through the details and charges and tell me the only the basics I needed. They took advantage of a young car owner and thankfully I had others to tell me to go elsewhere. The set up and office area is nice and that is all. I do not recommend.

I complained originally but they reached out to me to fix balancing issues. Determined it was bent rim. So far, theyve gone out of their way to make me happy.

***UPDATED*** So after having our vehicle serviced and looked at 4 different times! They were still unable to align our truck. We ended up calling Goodyear directly to dispute the service with them. Goodyear offered for us to go to a nearby dealership to have the alignment completed to manufacturers specs. They would then cut a check to us for the cost of the alignment. This of course was after the staff at Just Tires did everything they could think of including looking up on YouTube how to clear an alignment alert that came up on our dash.Not bad, they had to look at our vehicle a few different times, but they were committed to making sure things were taken care of.

I got 4 new tires and they were quite a bit cheaper than many of the other places in the area that I got quotes from. I ordered the cheapest ones, but when they were about to start, they came out and told me they realized there was a promotion and goodyear tires would actually be cheaper. I was really grateful they brought it up to me. The place is decent enough, nice big space to work on your laptop if needed while wait, and pretty quick service. Id go back. pl

These guys are great. I brought my car in for a brake replacement, an oil change, and to diagnose (and possibly repair) my broken horn. The price for the brakes and oil change were well below what Ive paid at other places, and they were able to get it done quickly. Unfortunately, they forgot to look at the horn. But the manager was super apologetic and asked me to bring it back so they could fix it, which they did--and they didnt charge me for the horn repair! Great customer service, honest mechanics, and great prices. I will be using them for all of my future car maintenance.

One of the managers or the owner is a family friend he is a great guy and really loves working with cars. Atheer is his name. I dont trust in anyone more than him when it comes to working on my car. He also fixed my brothers front bumper when it had a little indent in it and it looked almost as good as new. Other than that I trust all of the employees there too

Guy at counter was rude as soon as I entered the door. Needed tires mounted and balanced (I bought my own). He said 40 dollars a tire. I was like what?!?! I called Mr. Tire and they stated it would be 15 dollars a tire. (Everybody else was booked for the day) I asked him if he would price match and he stated no.

The manager at this Just Tires is your go to guy. He’s honest and trustworthy and won’t try to up-sell you on things you don’t need. I got awesome customer service the last time I went in to get an oil change done on my car. As a woman especially it’s very important to me that I trust who is working on my car that they will be honest in their recommendations on what is done and what is needed. I felt confident in these guys, and I will revisit.

Quoted one price but got a completely different one when I came in and it was just to mount and balance tires. Service was very subpar. Won’t go here again

Took my 2016 Nissan to get an alignment done, service was done properly, the guy even took me to the back and showed me the results. He gave me a printout at the end, pretty nice people actually. I would definitely not wait for service because it did take longer than expected. Overall the work was done right, but once again, I would recommend not to wait around for your car to be done, it might take longer than expected.

EXCELLENT experience we had at Just Tires. Recently needed new tires for my daughters car. My daughter is in VA at school so we were trying to find a trustworthy place to have her tires replaced and not have someone take advantage of a young girl. Unfortunately, the first two places she went into (keep in mind we are very educated on what we actually need done as far as whats included in cost and what is being added to make more money) unfortunately the first two places she went to ignored what she said she needed and added many many additional inflated costs that were not even needed. I called just tires (I am in New Jersey) and Julio from Just Tires answered and listened to what was happening and was EXTREMELY helpful with getting the tires done and at the proper costs etc.... I scheduled the apt. Sent my daughter over to see him, and everything went just as planned as it should be! I couldnt be more happy. They were quick and professional. Thank you Julio!!

11/7/17Needed air in my tires because cold weather causes a drop in the psi in your tires. Tricolor hair guy tells me I have to wait 30 minutes TO HAVE AIR ADDED. There were 2 open bays, and 4 other employees in the shop. I repeat 30 minutes and he responds its raining, I can see your tires you dont need air, its just the cold weather. A) you CANT see my tires from the counter if my car is parked in from of the bay furthest from the door, plus ITS RAINING B) my light has been on for a week+, and I assumed it was the cold air until we had 2 nights of it being warmer. C) if I felt safe driving my car, why would i come to you all to get air added? D) You assume because Im a woman that Im not going to know what Im talking about? No need to attempt to (terribly) man-splain my situation.There was a lovely gentleman last night (11/6/17) who was more than eager to assist. If hes not there, dont waste your time. The tricolor hair guy is lazy and was more interested in the election than my safety.

I had to stop for oil light on, i wasnt sure what was this light for, but i explained it to the front counter guy, he asked the technician to check it out and told me the car required oil change. They finish the service quickly, it was priceless compare to dealer. I recommend there service.

Wow. I see the bad reviews and do not understand. Carlos in their office understands customer service and makes sure you are well served. I had been going to a shop down the street. The new person there convinced me to find these guys (not directly but do to a customer service issue). Showed me my options, explained the rebate and ensured the product I purchased was what was needed most. Great Job Carlos!

Great prices, great service, honest. Not much else to say. I initially picked up two tires that turned out to be cheaper than their online price. Just recently had a flat on a tire not purchased from them. They fixed it on a crowded Saturday within 40 minutes and did not charge me anything. A nice change from most other tire experiences Ive had. I will be giving them more of my business.Note-Google maps has Just Tires at the wrong location. As of 01-20-13, it is NOT at the intersection of Main St and Lee Hwy in Fairfax. It is actually on Lee, just across from the Wegmans.

I got in at 9 am Sunday opening hour. I just needed a tire patch. It took more than 1.5 hours and the patch costed $50. Had I known this before I would’ve gone somewhere else. They will loose business by employing people that just doesn’t care for customer service. Take your money, time and business elsewhere. Btw, I’m one of those that hardly complain but this experience was terrible.

If you are a female STAY AWAY. I went in to get ONE new tire cause I had a flat and the guy was trying to tell me that I needed new brakes and some other stuff totally over $800. He even tried to convince me that if I didnt have a ride back home he would Personally drop me off and pick me up when my car was ready 😒. had the tow truck not already left, I would have ran for my life. After calling my brother and told the rep my brother would bring me a tire and Id go else where the story changed real quick and I got a discount for a new tire and alignment for close to $200. Ive been going here for yeeeears! Service is good, they do what they need to. That being said they have lied several times about my car needing services it doesnt need and over charging. The last visit they told me I needed two front wheel bearings replaced (ironically they told the guy behind me he also needed a new bearing). Took my car to the dealer and the bearings were fine.Ill go for oil and tires only. Dont buy into what else they say you need without a second opinion.

Toke my care in for Service on 8/4/18 I dropped of my car at 8am did not pick it up till 4pm the car was still not ready when I got there. I expressed to them that my car was making a funny noise and that is what needed to be fixed. They told me three things that needed to be fixed that would fix the noise. When I picked the car up and asked them did the noise stop as well as how was the car running. The mechanic told me he did not hear the noise anymore and that the car drove smooth. When I left the shop I can say that the car did drive fine but as soon as I got half way home the check engine light came back on as well as the noise started back up louder then before. I was extremely upset that I paid all that money for the car to get fixed and they did not even fix the main thing needed fixing

I went in for a free alignment check that was scheduled online beforehand. Here are the points I disliked about the place:1) Despite scheduling my free alignment check in advance and arriving 10 minutes early, there was another car being checked that took a very long time to complete. They did not get started on my car until 1:30pm. My scheduled time slot was 1pm. They dont value your time.2) The people working on the cars were horse playing around. It didnt seem like they took their jobs seriously. Lack of professionalism.3) When they had finished and I got my car back (I waited the whole time), my steering was off center by a good 45 degrees. They left my car in WORSE condition than how I brought it in.I immediately took it back and they were hassling me that my car needed an alignment done. While that may have been true, my steering wheel was not off center when I brought it in and they did something to completely mess that up. Complete disregard for customer service.On top of that, the guy who worked on my car (Sayeed was his name), seemed to take pride in the fact that he convinced his boss to fix his mistake for free because he didnt want the customer to be unhappy. Why would you have to convince your boss to correct an error you made on your customers vehicle in the first place?My steering wheel was corrected, but not entirely. It is still off center by a bit.Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Customer service is atrocious and the people dont take ownership of their mistakes.

Told me I was low on brake fluids and all this other fluids etc. Youre a tire place! You shouldnt even be doing an inspection that intensive. Tried to rip me off so bad like another 300 dollars for brake fluid and alignment, lol, obviously didnt get it done with them. I went into the dealership for my vehicle the next day for my oil change. They said every fluid was fine, my alignment is obviously perfect. I just bought the car a month ago how is my alignment off?! A bunch of snakes and crooks at this place.

There is a reason this shop has a poor rating. Avoid this shop, there are a number of good tire shops close by.Took a tire in for repair, Ive had several tires repaired over the years, so I know what can and cannot be repaired. This tire had a drywall screw within center tread and was very repairable. First thing clerk said was you want to replace that right?, said no, screw is within repair area, he said well tire is worn out, this tire has about 10k miles on it with plenty of tread life. I guess he saw an expensive Mercedes wheel/tire and thought he had a $500 sale. I walked out, drove about a mile west on Rt. 50 and my tire is being repaired for $40 = $460 savings by going to another shop.

Cory and his crew here at Just Tires saved my life! My company rents an Enterprise car for me, and when the tire developed a leak while in Norther Va on business, I called Enterprise to see where I could take the care to be serviced under its warranty.The first place that was mentioned, a Goodyear tire shop on Rt. 236, was rude and wanted to make me wait for hours to check a small leak in the tire. They also told me that they didn’t service my type of Enterprise Rental. But they did suggest Just Tires.When I called Cory and his team, they were perfect gentlemen and they got right on the problem, which was repaired in less than an hour. Thanks, guys...you saved my bacon and were real princes while doing it. Ten stars!

Do not buy 3 year alignment, DoNT WASTE YOUR MONEY!first of all, they will not do right job on wheel balance + wheel alignmentwhat is point having 3 year alignment that does not do a good job?I may suggest just spend little more and take it to dealer.just get the tire done here and tkae to dealer for wheel alignment,o yeah and they will do wheel balance for first time, might as pay to dealer for ACCURATE service.this place is joke.

Around 8 AM this morning I went to this location to check air pressure on one my tires since I had the warning light on since I have purchased several tires from them in last couple of years..The guy inside the store was very rude, refused to have the tech. To add air to the low pressure tire which shouldnt take more than a couple of minutes.The guy demandedd me to leave the car to check the air pressure, explained that I cant leave the car as i hav to hit to a meeting,then in a very rude tone he said then you can leave...wont be able to do it as I have only one technician..I adviseed him that I have purchased many tires from them before then he replied that he does not care.. at this point I got very upset for this kind of poor service and attitude... I took a picture of the DM contact details where I heard him saying... I dont care, you can call him...I left to Mr. TIRE down the street....They had three cars being worked on but the Technician was happy to check the air pressure and in a couple of minutes I was out of there...Just Tires is a part of Good Year... and I will never give them a penny of my money going forward...Poor service with a nasty attitude.... stay away!!

Dropped my minivan off on Saturday Night (12/15/18) to replace the two front tires. Was told to expect to pick the car up Sunday at 9am. Arrived Sunday at 11am to find the store closed. Called another Just Tires and got them to get a hold of a manager from the store to open the store up so I could get my car. Had to wait an hour and a half. Installation appears OK.My wife happened to leave her personal cell in the minivan. It has been missing ever since. Watch your stuff.

Took my car there for a standard oil change and when I got the car back it was leaking oil. I took it back and they said it would $600 to fix. Spoke the manager and he had horrible customer service. I explained that it was not leaking before I brought it in. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Went to get an oil change and brakes checked out. They gave me an estimate of $300. Came back to pick up the car and was charged over $800. They have always been ridiculous and so rude. Dont understand how they are still in business. Dont even deserve one star.

I took my old baby Chrysler with knocking noise and the costumer service of Julio Melendez was wonderful, I shechuled an appointment last Saturday and took two hours to get my car fixed and now Im feel confident where I can take my car for future service

If they take too long that means they hate their job. Mechanics supposed to be fast and proficient in able to make money not just to up sale.

I would only recommend them if you can monitor them on video.

Worst experience ever. After spending 1500 here over the last few months, I will never be back after my experience on Sunday 6/26. I knew something was off when the counter person was rude to the customer in front of me, telling him straight out Im not willing to help you, sorry. Not having any context to make me suspicious, I dropped my car off to have 2 tires replaced and rotated.4 hours later, I had to call to find out what could possibly be taking so long as they werent busy and I had an appointment. He said they were just finishing up (riiiiight) and I could come now to pick my car up. I handed him 300 for a 248 bill, he said I cant help you, nothing I can do. I almost thought he was joking. Made no attempt to make it right, to get change for me especially since I asked if they took cash, nothing. Made me walk across the parking lot to Chipotle to get him exact change, made a fuss about the penny I was missing (because this suddenly became a business thats incapable of accepting cash). They didnt rotate my tires like they should have and said they would, as my front tires were being replaced (which is what they teach you to do in any community college car care course), and my rims now had grease all over them. Careless, sloppy work. When I told the counter guy I wouldnt be back after not making any effort to take my cash and the sloppy work, he said sorry, nothing I can do. Clearly thats the case. I wont be back.
