Its my neighborhood store. Everything is convenient with great pricing. You can expect fresh produce and a clean atmosphere. I love it 😍

Can get busy at times especially in. Deli area. Be prepared to wait. Staff is helpful and polite. Only grocery store in area unless you drive 2 miles away.

Lady in green talking more than making sandwiches in the deli area. Gotta keep the line moving. I got in line at 7:36pm, it’s now 8:18pm and I’m leaving. Two people behind me already left cuz the wait was so long. This Publix is good and all but this one particular area needs to do better. Poor wait times every time I come to get a sub.

I like Publix in General and will continue to shop there I just notice this location especially in Fairburn has limited stocked items and importantly and disappointingly, Sometimes no stocked items in there already prepared cold food area. Then they never have the breaded Cod fish on friday as promised in their hot food area

This is the worst sub area I’ve been to at Publix period. When you order online they mess up your order. When you come inside they have 2-3 ppl working in online orders and 1 maki my subs. So idk why they Messing up on online orders with that many ppl working on them.But this is like everytime. So this make me wonder if corporate even cares! This is ridiculous. I’ve give them 2 star cause atleast my sandwich was made correct after about 15mins of waiting with 1 customer in front of me. Publix please get this under control.

If you love Publix then this one might irk you. While the customer service is great, always someone to help and front staff is ALWAYS friendly. The produce department SUCKS. Produce is always browning or just doesn’t look apprising. Strawberries/ Rainer cherries look bad MOST of the time. it’s usually packed which is whatever, they usually do a good job of getting the lines down. Store is good, produce sucks.

The prices arent a pleasure (unless you shop on buy 1 get one free day). But nice layout and shopping experience. Negative points for paper bags, but thats a City of South Fulton stupidity not Publix. And at least the paper bags were strong and the bagx (?) person certainly knew what they were doing!!

Great prices and high quality foods. Once you find a parking spot its a joy to shop here.

We stopped to do an instacart order. We had not shopped there since probably April of 2020, when the shells were pretty bare. Today we actually breezed through the order probably the quickest weve ever done an order with over 30 total pieces. Shocked it and delivered it in an area that we dont know in about 45 minutes total. So love this Publix everything just seems so well organized not going you dont have to go back and forth and back and forth to get items like in some.

I can usually get in and out quickly. There are usually sufficient registers open even during busy times. The store is always clean and the associates helpful.

This is my go to bakery. All birthday cakes come from here. Love the bogos and I dont see any empty shelves. It feels like back to normal shopping here. Fast, effective and friendly.

I like this Publix a lot. It caters to its clients and customers even down to the fresh food they offer. What I dont like: their parking lot. The drivers dont obey the parking row rules at all and it is as accident waiting to happen. PEOPLE PLEASE follow the arrows, before you become an at fault driver. 😩😳🛑⬆️⬇️. How hard is it to realize all the cars pointing up means you cant drive down that way 🤦🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️.

Visiting Atlanta (GA) and needed a grocery run. Publix had everything I needed! Friendly staff, well-lit aisles that were very clean. Room to shop without running into others doing the same.

I love Publix because the employees dont pretend that you dont exist. Instead theyre friendly and they offer assistance. And the deli or bakery is off the hook delicious.

Its always super crowded and never has enough lines open. Today wasnt as bad as other trips. Flies on the sweets in the bakery.

I visit this Publix often as its very close to me. I always receive great service from most of the staff. Would like to see corporate get started on sprucing it up like the newer stores. Overall its nice.

Deli. Hot wings. I requested drummets only. NO flats. The young man that waited on me was irritated that I questioned him on his customer service attitude. When I arrived home I found flats in my order😡😡. Store Manager Gregory Washington might want to speak with this young man. 07/02/2021 13:09. This Publix went above and beyond something was out of stock when I say they went in the back and made a fresh pack for me and brought it out to me while I was shopping great Publix

The deli subs are really good all I go there for

IHOP. Cakes were awesome. My grandson loved his Spiderman cake. My husband loved his cake also.

Publix was wonderful as usual I have a severe case arthritis and I am always in need of a motorized cart they are always available thank you so much for making it possible

This Publix is ok. I think they can do better with the cleanliness of the store. I dont understand why srores in the Black Communities cant stay clean. It saddens me that we are so carefree about how well kept our businesses are. The staff is friendly and the customer service is good.

Always out of stock on items. Even served salad with walnuts last week and said it was not available for purchase because no one there to make it. Really? So we teasing the customers now?

The associates are always helpful and polite. I enjoy shopping there.

Check all cooked foods prior to leaving. This store has terrible track record placing the wrong items in your food once ordered. Example, 12 piece chicken 🐔 8 drum sticks and the rest thighs broken wings etc. Customer service is on the level of family dollar.

My favorite Publix they make my sandwiches exactly the way I asked and everyone is always friendly.

Publix is one of my favorite places to shop at, they always got what i want or need and the service from the employees is great.

This location is not like the others. The variety of grB and go lunches is sparse in the morning. No one greets you and the 7am atmosphere is generally sad.

Funny, I drive by this location every once in a while and for some reason I never stop. Its Publix! Lot seeded full, but it wasnt crowded. Now its in the arsenal.

They had my 25 lb bag of carrots. No complaints from me!

Helpful and friendly employees. The 2 is for the paper bag policy! This should be a choice of the customer not a mandate. The city of south fulton should not be forcing PUBLIX customers to use paper bags if they choose not to do so. There are other more important issues(crime and road conditions) they should be focused on than if customers in Publix use paper or plastic. Everyone who shops in this store is NOT a citizen of this town. I will only shop here when I have to get one or two things and shop at other Publix that DO NoT have this mandate.

Every time I go in here to get a sub the line is long and there’s not enough people to help. Even when I order a head it’s never ready on time

This place may provide quality food but when you go to get sandwiches the service in that area of the store is always crowded there person thats making the subs are inconsiderate about the line and the long wait. But other than the sub sandwiches lane they are ok.

Well stocked with fresh fruit and vegetables always. Fresh fried chicken on the deli bar. Pharmacy offers reasonably priced prescriptions instead of expensive insurance co pays for each item.

The staff here is excellent! They are nice and courteous each time I am there. I have been there many times. Even through a holiday rush the employees were great and Extremely nice and helpful! The produce here is way better than Walmart! They put Walmart to shame!

I do like this but I wish the parking lot was bigger.

Purchased a $14 container of Sushi and have been very sick since eating it 3 days ago. The sushi was the first thing I ate that day and the last, I became ill almost an hour after consuming and have been since. As a contract worker I have no insurance, and cannot be seen, which is why I chose Publix to purchase the food from, due to previous standards, but it seems the standards have dropped severely. Customer service was distant, and the food was bad. Will never step foot in a Publix again. This isnt the first time I have had issues with Publix, my sandwiches are never correct when ordering from the deli (at other locations) and I have become ill from meat (ground beef) bought from the meat department (other locations).

Good service however, the parking lot should and could be cleaner.

I order sub sandwich online at around 7:25pm the sandwich was scheduled to be ready at 8pm. I got there at 8 there was a long line as usual but I wasnt worried because I order on line. I went to the area were online order were to be picked up and there was nothing there. I stood there waiting within eyesight of the workers. I stood there for about 10mins before any one addressed me. Once address I stood there for another 20 mins waiting for my food. There were other waiting for their orders as well. One of the guys went and got a manager. She asked my name, no apology. The guy who first addressed me brought me my sandwiches and said one of these are free for the wait. Still no apology. Horrible customer service...

Went to Publix today, and purchased some of the Bob Evans Mashed Potatoes. Put them on top of the stove to heat and the started curdling. Check the expiration date 1/5/21 and 1/10/22. When I called the store the manager was not at all apologetic. She gave off the energy that she could have cared less about my issue. She never asked my name, or gave me hers. She just told me okay well take care of you next time. 🤷🏾‍♀️ How will you know its me, and you dont have to worry about next time there wont be one. I kindly let her know that she just needs to let her team know to rotate the stock before someone gets sick..

They closed earlier. I just needed one the after I got off work and they closed 15 mins early. Low key annoyed.10 pm should mean 10pm not 945.

Seafood always fresh and the prices not 2bad

I really like this Publix. The employees are so friendly and helpful and inside the store is very clean. However, lately the parking lot is extremely dirty. Litter is everywhere. I know people should be responsible and not throw their trash out but it is also the responsibility of Publix to keep the store surroundings clean.

Tonight I was reminder of what I don’t come here to the deli. The lines are long and not because so many ppl but because the the team back there moves soooooooo slow. I mean there’s no sense of urgency. When you finally get to the line it’s “next”. No thanks for your patience or anything. No welcoming smiles or tones. Instead I feel like I’m interrupting them from working! It appears to be enough ppl back there but it’d be great if they could move faster and adapt friendlier tones. I heard another customer complaining in line also
