I love It’s 5! A great place to find crazy good deals on anything from new clothes, household, electronics and misc items! Everyday of the week the prices drop and the final day before restock is 10 for $5! You really will be amazed by how awesome this store is! I even found an Apple Watch last month!!! Omg this store is so fun! If you’re a lover of hunting bargains and finding random, fun stuff, It’s $5 is the place for you! Every week there’s a new shipment of Amazon returns for you to sift through. Everything is $5 or less, no matter the face value! My husband likes to go look and then sell items online to make his money back! It’s his fav thing to do! This store is clean and well managed.

The sign does say Diggers so you wouldnt know its Its 5 until you go inside. The only thing I wasnt fond of was when I was wanting to check out I counted all my items and one of the workers saw me doing this. After it was counted out I was ignored for probably 10 mins and noticed this worker checking someone else out on the other side of the counter. When she was done I asked her of she could check me out and if I was needing to move my stuff, she said yes that the computer she was at was the only one they used except Saturdays. How was I supposed to know I never been there before. She could if been more helpful with some kind of important info and not made me feel ignored and uniformed about how they do things.

Could have been a little more organized and needed to have the pricing guide clearly posted somewhere.

Fun place, great people, good bargains. Please stay open! We drive quite a distance to come in and spend some cash. Love the surprises we find!

I always find something neat. Got 12 mask for $2.50. Sat & Sun are best days. Testing station lets you make sure things work. I got a 20 to 30 dollar 24 piece glass spice container set. Sunday is 2 for 5 day. Clothes and swinsuits also. I have found tents, blankets, black out curtains, dog supplies, dypers (For those who still have babies), led lights, hats, down blankets, toys, dishes, pictures, phone accessories, kitchen wear, and so much more. Every week new stuff. If you can do crowds go sat at open when all 5. I go sun after 12. When i have a few bucks.

I love this Franchise! Saved $60 for a brand new laptop charger. It only cost me $.50. the owner was very nice and even gave a couple items free at checkout. Purchased about $25 worth which is 50 items! Thats $.50/item. So amazing! Will definitely be back.

You got to have a open mind at first I despised going there but really they have things a little organizes they do great with there resources and prices love there fabric and they always have great books

What a fun store! You need to take your time, but we found some neat items.

I didnt know these stores existed until a couple months ago. I wasnt sure what to expect, but what I can say is I was impressed! I love finding bargains and this is just the place to do that. Some tubs have a theme, some are more odds and ends. Digging through is almost a must do, or you may miss a quality item! The first time I went I got a mini hair straightener, an over the shoulder bag to carry a small dog, an exercise ball, resistance band, a cute pig mug with a little ceramic pig spoon. All the items I just listed are valued on Amazon for over $15 each, and I spent $2.50 or less on each item! The straightener I got on a day when everything was 10 for $5! If you are a bargain shopper you have to check it out!

I love this store! Very nice staff. Always cleaning the bins of any empty boxes that might exist. Ive always been greeted with a hello when walking in the front door. This store is worth the trip!

This store is much smaller than the Claycomo one but still has great inventory. They did not have anything to bag up your purchase (except a few odd shaped boxes) so definitely remember to bring your reusable bags!

We actually live 3 minutes away from another Its $5 but the extra 52 mins driving is worth the effort. They dont tear the boxes open and you actually feel like your shopping and not digging through trash as the one closer to me. I love how this one is managed!! The environment is different and I dont think I saw a single broken item the whole time I was there! 🥰

Ive been several times. This place has got friendly staff, clean bins, and you can find some real treasures here. Ive found amazing coffee cups, facial products, statuary, books, phone accessories, and many other great things, and all for the amazing low prices, much lower than what the items are aftually worth. Its a great shop and a great experience.

I like the idea, especially on Fridays with the 10 for $5. However, Ive never really came across anything big. Theres alot of the same stuff and lots of broken or missing parts to items. There are some cool finds if you dig through everything. The staff seem pretty friendly too.

Great place and staff. I wish the customers would be a little neater at not tearing open the boxes. Staff tries to keep stuff placed back in boxes. Other than that I love it.

I like it cuz they give you gloves to put on when you go through the bends you have to keep going back daily to get the great bargains but they have a wide variety of stuff. I personally bought a curtain 2 divided my rooms. And a few other items the employees were very nice I had a coupon to get a free gift and that was nice.

An interesting place. Ive only been there late in the week when inventory is picked over. Mostly Whats This and What Would I Do With This?For those who dont know, price starts at $5 per item on weekends, then decreases to 2 items for $5 on Monday, 3 for $5 Tuesday, and so on till 10 items for $5 on Friday.

This is a great place to shop. It is like a treasure hunt. New deals all the time. Never know what you will find but can always find something.

An employee named Felicia rudely confronted my family to inform us that we were blocking the testing station which were using to test items but more so she was salty about the fact we were going through our items in our cart, so she decides to tell us that we should only be putting items we plan to purchase in our carts and share with others in the store. Its to bad that this employee named Felicia that works for Its 5 has a problem with people who like to shop and fill their cart at Excelsior Springs, because non of the other Its 5 stores in the KC metro do. Overall this store is very clean and very organized, bins are the cleanest Ive seen out of the five metro stores. I was able to interact with every employee in the store all were friendly and helpful except Felicia!

Im hesitant to say how much I like this place. Then more people will find out about itCompared to the other 2 Ive been to, its way better. Their employees walk around and keep things clean and organized. Instead of just waking around looking at the broken glass and empty boxes in the bins. They actually THROW THEM AWAY

Its an.... Interesting experience. Like if the Wish app had a physical store, itd be Its $5. Definitely some good deals if you sort through bins thoroughly on a saturday. Got a 20 pack of Starbucks doubleshots and some decent k cups. Employees are always nice. No public restroom.

Great place to visit

I have been to most of the Its $5 stores and the Excelsior Springs store is by far my favorite one to shop at. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The store is always clean.

Sundays are mostly picked over even after 2:00 restock. Food bins are a mess & you cant tell how many items go in a case. The cashier made a fuss because there appeared to be 2 more items (of the same item) in my box when there was clearly no other case box they went in. When I got home, there was bubble wrap in the bottom of the box so naturally those extra 2 looked like they didnt fit. It was food for goodness sake, not an i-watch! So I payed $5 for 4 little packages of cookies instead of 6. I used to like to go here, but unless you get there early on a Saturday, things are a mess. They need to reinforce rules on opening things with customers & make them leave if they dont comply.

Compared to the its 5 in claycomo its a dumpster fire staff is not friendly there selection is crsp no matter what day you go stay far away or just go to claycomo or belton

Great deals! If you like the modern-day treasure hunt, youll love this store! You have to dig. You never know what youll get. The store is actually better than the others. The staff is great and they keep the bins as clean as they can. Most of the patrons are very friendly. We have never left empty-handed. Sometimes we found great stuff. Sometimes we have not. But if you like the dig and the hunt then youll like the store. The thrill of the hunt. Trying to figure out what something is. Trying to figure out what you can do with it. Or trying to figure out how many items you have. Its all fun. Ive never had a bad time. Well, until it came time to pay, because I had way too many items in my cart. LOL. Its worth a trip to check it out and spent five dollars. You never know you might just find the deal of the century!

The staff were friendly & the prices good, but the products were disappointing. A lot of mismatched/missing items and very low grade quality. Plus, its just all thrown in bins. Ive seen flea markets with better organization than here.

Great place to go for a rummage sale. Many rows of bins of any different items. Depending on the way is the price of the items. My person favorite is Thursday. You can get 10 items for $5 dollars.

This place has become my weekly guilty pleasure! Its a lot of fun to go see what all they have; its always such an eclectic mix of things! So far I have found Jim Shore collectibles, Willow Tree angels, lots of great skincare products (there are a lot of Korean and Japanese brands), phone replacement screens/digitizers, and 3D printer filaments for my husbands hobby printer. I dont always come out with a purchase, but its near impossible to go in without spending at least an hour looking through all the stuff. My only complaint is that other customers can be so rude about opening products and stringing things all over the place--I get wanting to open a box to see inside, but put it back in place! No need to break stuff you dont want, its ridiculous. The employees are always friendly, though, so that definitely helps!

Tried to stop in at 6:30 and they were already locked up and counting the till. We drove 45 minutes to get here. The guy inside still turned us away. We even called and they said they closed early because “the day was so dead”. Bit of a disappointment. But a heads up to y’all to try to arrive earlier rather than later because if it’s a slow day they’ll lock up shop early with no announcement!!

I really have found some amazing deals at its 5.I love that you always know the prices of items depending on what day of the week you go.Ive gotten everything, from a brand new blender, energy drinks, a weighted blanket and a back seat cover for my puppers for $5 or less.Saturday and Sunday are the best days for new inventory, but Ive still found a $230 item on Friday for 10 items for $5!And yes, seriously, you can find Chromebooks and Iphones too.

I was in this store at this location and I was just appolled from one of the employees I watched this worker single a gentleman out that wasnt doing nothing except teasing his wife/gf with these fake hand things and this worker came and singled him out and told him he needed to put them down and he asked why and she said ur getting him dirty the only reason she singled him out was because he was a black man I was just like omg I will not shop there again. It was so wrong its like she was racist or summin.
