I had a great experience at Pearle vision. Dr. Anderson who completed my exam was very professional and informative. Daniela, the staff member who waited on me was very nice and patient. She was very professional and was willing to answer all of my questions. She was great to work with. All of the staff was friendly and courteous. My visit there was pleasant and painless. Visits have been amazing due to my eye doctor!Just upset due to the fact I had to call pearl vision to know the status of my contacts. Mind you all I had my appointment April 23, 2021 I called May 21, 2021.Almost a whole month later I had to take the time out to call to know what happen?!I came to the office and explain it to the lady that was handing me my contacts and no apologies or nothing just a quiet blank stare.An explanation and an apology is what I was looking for, but In the end I guess I just had to apologize to myself.

Very professional, helpful and understanding. I went there this past Thursday 1/28 and a rep named Bobby was very awesome in repairing my glasses and made them nearly brand new. I am glad Pearle Vision has someone like Bobby who was very thorough as I am grateful to him. My visit at Pearle Vision on February 9th 2021 was great. The atmosphere, my optometrist and staff were very friendly and professional. Daniela was very nice and helpful. She was very patient while I tried on several frames, explained and repaired my paperwork. I felt very comfortable with her. She made my visit awesome 😁

I scheduled appointments based off the availability of the online appt. I called to confirm and the receptionist called me back to ask if I can arrive 15 minutes earlier in case of paperwork. I already provided insurance information and stated I will try. I made the appt based off online and I have one other appt and I know I can make it at appt time. She sarcastically stated, if I’m a minute late for my appt I will be cancelled. Even after I asked for managers name she was unmoved. I don’t anticipate being late but I time myself accordingly. If they post on website that you need to come earlier find! I provided insurance info and can email any documents needed. But EVERY call from the confirmation to me calling back resulted in them stating we will have to cancel. That’s unprofessional!!! Some abuse late policy but not every one!

I had always had good experiences at Pearl Vision (Evergreen) but with Daniela assistance it went to another level. I didnt have a simple situation like before. Foxy my dog chewed up my one and only glasses so this was an emergency. This time I purchased three frames and I love all three. Daniela was more than helpful and I truly appreciate her assistance. She made sure I understood what my eye care plan paid for and what I was responsible for. Plus my glasses came back well before stated. Thanks Daniela the glasses fit great! I rate you 10-Stars!

The entire staff is AMAZING!

The Evergreen Park Perle Vision staff hospitality at the was second to none! They were very patient with me from the time of my entry through my exit. The gentleman (regretfully I dont remember his name) who greeted me at the door, the Optometrist (Dr. Stacy Angelopoulos) and the Optician (Kiah) all took me step by step in everything I needed to know with safety, exams, eyewear selections, pricing, etc. The atmosphere was professional, clean, safe and enjoyable....Absolutely satisfied!🙂

My experience with this location was so excellent. Daniela who helped me was so patient and understanding. Even though I change my frame after all was done, she was so happy to do the exchange for me. I would like to let people know, this is the place to go if you want to change your eye proscription. Ive always have a good experience when coming to this location. Given the circumstances with COVID, they have taken precautions to keep their customers safe. I brought my 5 year old here for her vision exam and Dr. Todd was very helpful and patient with her. We also had help from Jennifer and Daniela in picking out our frames! Im very pleased with the service from this location!

Very good service by the staff, and the optometrist is excellent. The contacts were shipped to me promptly as well. In this time of Covid, the staff did an excellent job of following safety precautions and keeping the store and equipment clean.

Best eye exam experience ever. I needed an exam for glasses, but I have been terrified to get one because of Covid. Right when we walked in they took our temperature and gave us sanitizer. My biggest fear was trying on different frames, but they assured me they clean every pair after someone tries them on and showed me the process. Everyone was super nice and understanding. They also explained how they stagger appointments to make sure the lobby is not crowded. I cant wait to pick up my glasses! Definitely our new go to for contact/glasses exams :)

My prescription expires in the next couple months and I’ve been dying to get new glasses! Young lady named Jennifer, took care of me right away!! I explained how I wanted to come in to take a look at the glasses since I was due for an exam in the next upcoming months. She took the time to look up my insurance and explained my benefits. I have never been so happy!! Since I work for CPS, she made me aware of my benefits and how to use them towards glasses and contacts. Best part was when she told me Transitional lenses were covered in my plan! WHICH I LOVE!! She was so sweet and very informative. Can’t wait to make my appointment!!!!

My wife had her glasses damaged and needed a new set. We got there 20 minutes before close and didnt want to be those people that come in right before closing time, but we were. I didnt expect to get the service that we received but Marcelino was fantastic! Not only was he patient with us while navigating through our insurance change, but he also helped my wife get a new pair within 15 minutes. My experience was great and it reassured my wife and I that we picked the right place to get our glasses!

This place has great selection of glasses and reasonable pricing. The staff is so kind and friendly! I came in the other day just to look around and was right away greeted by some lovely ladies. They didnt hesitate in helping. Will definitely go back!

Worst experience I ever had!! Just went there on a Saturday morning where I was told from one of the customer service Representatives a day before that it would be okay to come in at 2:30 p.m. I was never told they had a Grace period. As to how long I can be late coming in I got in the parking lot at 2:35 and arrive in side of the door at 2:38pm. I was told to be turned away because dr. Todd would not accept anyone pass the 5 minute grace.. If that be the case I was only 3 minutes late behind the grace period. There was no one in the parking lot other than one of the car and there was no one in the store except for someone that was finished with their service and leaving. I had come all the way from the south suburbs to come there and I was scheduled there due to my job being close by as to why I ended up at this location in the first place. But no one had enough sympathy this to let me come in and get service. If the doctor had a 5 minute grace. Me and my appointment at 2:30 p.m. then the doctor should have still been in the store. I am very certain. The tide was still there and they were just following their orders not to let dr. Todd see a patient even three minutes after the grace. I will report this to corporate this is the worst service I ever had anywhere. And once again I was not told about the Grace period the day before.

The optometrist here is very friendly. The staff are very helpful and friendly. This Pearle Vision has been a part of my community for at least 30 years. I recommend this establishment for is family feel.

I enjoy my experience at this location. From the time I walked in to the time I left out the door I was treated well. Dr Todd, Daniela, and the other three staff members were very professional and helpful. I’m glad I decided to come to this location.

First time here. Very neat and professional. Dr. Todd was phenomenal! Only complaint was the one lady who came in the door and was rude to the employees. Ive been coming here since i was in 3rd grade. Love the staff everyone is so nice. The Dr is amazing and is very informative. Have a nice selection of my favorite brand name frames. All my family and friends comes here. If i could give 10 stars i would!

I had a horrible experience with this place, I will never return. The doctor was very nice and efficient. I really liked her, but the service outside of her sucks. I waited 3 weeks for my glasses to be delivered. I called every other day and I was told they were not in. Yet, when I called in requesting answers for why they were not in, they then tell me they had been there. Also, the person whom answered the phone hung up on me while I was asking a question, when I called back to find out why, her responds was very nonchalant (unapologetic). I will never return. Not to mention, they are extremely expensive. I have vision insurance yet I still paid $400 for my glasses (My co-pay was only $25).

Ive been going here for years, but the place has gone downhill. Sort of like having your eyes checked by a used car salesman, trying to pressure you to buy extras. I just wanted an annual eye exam--didnt need new glasses, which the doctor agreed with. But he still pushed me to buy a backup pair in a new style. Also to pay extra for them to pull up and analyze the photographs of the interior of my eyes they had already taken (similar to some museums and other attractions that take a photo of you when you arrive, then try to sell you expensive prints before you leave).Ill be looking for a more professional facility thats covered by my insurance for my exam next year.

If it wasnt for Dr. Todd, I would give zero stars!! The 3 robotic like women working on 7/28/17 had absolutely no personalities!!! They were not friendly and they all talk as if they are reading from a script. Dr. Todd was amazing and she would get 5 stars !!!

They charged my son for glasses that were not even his because he had the same name. Birthdays, insurance information, address, etc are different. They then told him they could not refund it, that they would have to give him a credit when he goes back tomorrow. I will definitely make sure he gets his money back tomorrow and will find him a new optometrist. They are careless and unprofessional!

Horrible service the past 5 years. I was given the wrong contacts twice. But the straw that broke the camel’s back was when I needed just 1 contact in an emergency situation and the employees were more worried about money aspect. Getting a new eye doctor was the best thing I’ve done! I am no longer stressed out about my vision and eye care.

This location is very unprofessional and incompetent. I spoke to Emma today (1/6/2018) to have her transfer my daughters eye script to Vision works. My daughter plays basketball and Vision works has a better selection of eyewear for physical activities. after I initially spoke with her, I waited for hours and made several attempts for her to fax in the script. but to no avail still no script. Due to Emmas incompetence I have to unnecessarily walk into their office next week to personally retrieve my daughters order which is a big inconvenience. Thanks for nothing Emma and Pearl Vision!!!!

Terrible customer service. If the order was wrong the appropriate response would be to apologize and ask how they could fix the problem. I was told by an associate;::: yeah well you told someone thats what you wanted :::Actively listening would benefit the staff.

Horrible experience, will never return. I purchase glasses on December 30th, paid in full. Still waiting to recieve my glasses. I fault myself for trying to spend money close to my neighborhood. Next time, I will visit Orland Park location, you receive better service and they keep there promise of servicing customers. I will make a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau.

Horrible experience. I had an appointment but was not even acknowledged until after I had been in the store for about 10 minutes. Then the office girl started taking care of customers that came in after me and took three phone calls while I was there. I became so frustrated that I left and went to Americas Best down the street.

They have the craziest policy on families visiting their store. They will only take two family members per day because of cancellations. So I can schedule an appointment online for my three children, but when we get there they will only see two of them and I have to bring my other child back. That the CRAZIEST policy I have ever heard! If you have multiple children stay away from this store unless you want to make multiple trips!
