Was at the store this past weekend. Everything about my experience was excellent. After realizing that I was riding on a bald rear tire, and spending several hours online trying to find it I called Parkway. Not only did they have it in stock, but they were able to mount it for me the next morning.Everyone in the store was friendly and informative. From the guy at the service desk (I think his name was Jay) to the tech (Dan) that actually did my tire and brakes.I was never hounded or hassled by the sales staff as I browsed the store and yet they were always available to answer my many questions.I showed up a little before opening Saturday morning, my bike was immediately taken into service and I was back on the road before 11.Thanks for everything Parkway, I would definitely recommend you to my friends and wouldnt hesitate to bring my bike there again.

I have been in to visit about 8 different shops this year for various reasons and I had my tires installed and bike inspected in under 3 hours without breaking my wallet. Some other shops service prices are obscene, one place quoted me over $600 for 2 tires installed.The store was open on time, employees all ready to go at opening, (some places are still working on finishing their coffee 10 minutes after doors opened) and everyone seemed happy to be at work which was nice to see.The parking lot was kept up with and bikes were set up outside, first impressions of the store were impressive, very clean and presentation to product lines was good (helmets, jackets and gloves of the same manufacturer were together, not mixed), also the work bay was well kept and bike lifts were clean. It was nice to see that parts received werent piled up at the entrance like Ive seen at other shops.When I got back to the store my bike was outside ready to go and billing was ready to cash me out, it was nice to hear that they wanted to know if I had any concerns before taking it in, most places will do what is ordered and thats it. This place understands that you are on two wheels and the totality of the service is the overall safety when you ride away. Hopefully other shops take a few pointers from Parkway Cycle.Thank you for the great service and Ill be back.

Ive been inspired by another review here to post my experience. The parts department is awesome. There is a Brazilian dude there that is awesome. Always a pleasure buying from him. The service department... just horrendous. Arrogant, condescending and disrespectful. I had a warranty issue. Tried to get them to resolve. First the service manager couldnt detect the problem, never called to speak with me. I had to show up, and tell him in person. Then he just kept recommending parts without fixing the issue. Didnt bother with warranty claim. Eventually, he flat out told me I cant help you. Incompetent, just wants to make you waste money.

I bought a motorcycle, two years ego it happens that I lost the key, they told me that I need a new ignition which it was a lied I have the key code so Honda can make me a copy. I call Honda and I was told that they should helpmeet fill a form, so went I went back I was told by the manager that they only make a copy if the key has a chip, so I call Honda again and was told that that was a lied, they send me to a different dealership (greater Boston motor sports) and my problem was resolved in lest than a week.

I bought two motorcycles here both brand new Yamaha r1’s. Customer service in sales was phenomenal. The service department was by far the most condescending, arrogant, and rude people I’ve dealt with in such a long time. I actually ended up hanging up on what I believe was the service manager for for lack of better words belittling me. They just lost a customer.

They sold me a scooter last April and it’s been great. My 600-mile tune up went smooth too. They let me drop it off 15 minutes before opening on a Monday and had it ready 2 hours later. The gentleman who wheeled it out even took an extra few minutes to teach me how to empty the carburetor and winterize the fuel tank. Wish you had a satellite office in Southie!

Came here to have some work done and could not have been more satisfied. Excellent staff who seemed to know their stuff and will talk bikes with you all day long. Free coffee while you wait if you choose to and a very convenient location if you live in the Boston area. Would highly recommend.

Mike the parts manager was great, he took his time and was very patient on helping me find the right size motorcycle jacket for me. He was very knowledgeable on what they were selling. I recommend going to him if you need help for anything parts related.

I bought a snow blower for 1200 last January and used only twice. Now it is not working and i have to pay for pick up and delivery plus service. very disappointed.

Dont go there if youre a woman and first time rider!!! They judge you before even knowing you. So disappointed, I went over there after someone referred me. I was hopeful after checking out their website and some reviews. Well they never even gave me the chance, they instantly judged me. I told them I was a first time buyer and that my credit was a little challenged but it had improved a lot over time. Well right off the bat the sales guy says well to buy a motorcycle you have to put down usually about half the cost of the bike, sometimes maybe 30% but not likely. He also said motorcycles are extremely hard to finance. Thats interesting because I had called before and that was never said. Over the phone they didnt know I was a first time rider or what I looked like. He called me just a kid, banks bank like to give loans to kids. Umm Im 34 years old. I might look younger but damn way to judge me. Im so annoyed by this, and embarrassed. How can you just push someone out of the door like that, how so you know that I wasnt an actual sale. You should be ashamed of yourselves for letting your sales men treat people like that.

Came in to buy a 300. Then fees happened. $330 dealer prep, $600 dealer bank fee, $ 129 paperwork fee, etc etc. Add that up and consider the fact that the bike was being sold for $3750. Over a grand in fees. Then when I said, fine Ill buy cash, the original offer was 3750, with rider school thrown in and $150 in store gear credit. A $475 value. When I said Ill pay $3500 and you guys keep the gift card and the rider school ($250 off, not 475) they countered with 3700 and a 50 dollar credit, no rider school. So wait a minute, 3750 I was gonna get 150 in credit and free rider school, but for 50 dollars less I lose 100 in credit and the rider school? What a joke.Brad in the back is great.

These guys are fantastic. I saw a bike on their used listings online that I had to check out. I called, left a message, and Jim got back to me the very next day. We scheduled an appointment for the following tuesday and TWO DAYS later I was riding off on my new bike. Both Jim and Rick were extremely professional, polite and friendly. They helped me navigate a trade in, changing banks for financing, insurance, and registration/inspection in a blindingly fast period of time. I had a TON of questions but every time I called in they answered with a smile. I cant say enough good things about the customer service experience I had with them.

I see a lot of terrible reviews, and all I can say is that everyone that I dealt with were very professional, and helpful. I had never ridden a bike before in my life, and Im 51. I actually tried shopping at another dealership for a better deal, and they couldnt match it. I do think they upsold a bit while doing the paperwork, but nothing ridiculous. You have to keep it in perspective, and I really have nothing bad to say. Frank was my salesperson, and I have no complaints.

I bought my first bike from Parkway Motorcycle and it was a great experience. I also bot all my gears from there and I got all the help I needed in addition to a good price.I did my research and I even went to a different dealer to identify the Bike I wanted, I decided I want the Honda Rebel 500 ABS which wasnt available in almost every close by dealer. Some other dealership even tried to sell me the non ABS model but I said No.I then received an email from Rick Lopez at Parkway Circle, he was able to give a very good deal (price for the bike and a first time customer package), and he was able to match the best offer I have, the offer I got from Parkway Cycle was the best if I count the package that came with it.Rick was clear and honest during the sale process, and he was able to find me the bike I want in a different state and went and get for me.Delivery of the bike was extremely quick: I decided to go register the bike myself, and when I came back with the registration and plates, I got my bike ready in an hour maximum.Every time I visited the dealership I stopped by the store to get more information about the items they offer and what I should get, the staff were very patient and explained to me everything I needed to know; I really appreciate that they didnt push me to buy the most expensive things just to get their commission, instead they explained the details and the differences and it was really up to me to decide on what I want to buy.I had to visit the dealership multiple times (just because I wanted to) and everyone who works there was very friendly and helpful.I definitely recommend this dealership, and I know it will be the first place I will go to if I need a new bike :)

Went yesterday to check out some scooters, met with one of the salesmen, and they are very helpful. No pressure to purchase anything, and if you are indecisive on bikes, they can help you figure out whats best.

This place has been around for quite some time and looks likes it growing too. Not sure hows giving them business because they are rude and unprofessional people there. I guess people like to be treated like dirt. Bike are outrageously expensive. Used bikes are almost as much as new ones and they are beat up. I was waiting for a bike I put a down payment on at another place and I went there to see how much their prices were. Didnt take long until I had a sales person breathing down my next. Asked him for pricing on the exact same bike and it was over $2500 more. I must say, I rudely laughed at him and told him good luck and left. My extend of my business there is to get an inspection sticker and to purchase a few minor odd stuff like chain lube or bulbs because it just not worth the gas in traffic to go to a good place for such little money because it a mile from my house. I would never have any work done there or even think about purchasing a bike there. Everyone I know or I come across looking for a bike or bike work gets the same exact story Im telling now. some people have money to burn and dont mind getting ripped off. Thats not me.

$100 dollars for an oil change?.. does that sound right?.. I am new to motorcycling and first time doing an oil change.. was checking other dealers(after doing the oil change here of course).. and they advertise the oil changes for $ 50.00.. here they charged me $57.00 for labor and $35.00 for parts.. I think is too much for an oil change .. good service but overpriced.. thanks anyway but my next one is going to be somewhere else

My husband and I walked in to see several employees just standing around or on their phone. No one greeted us. We walked around for a bit and asked if there was a bathroom. It was out of order. Walked around and saw a bike we were interested in. No one came over to give us information and as we looked around for help no one was was interested. We left. Do not recommend.

Great service and you could tell they really enjoyed their work. I rode in and they took me the same day, did my 600 mile service and installed some accessories I purchased all in the same day, done by 6pm. Couldnt have been happier.

Their website claims they have a bike in stock when they dont. Turns out they arent even a Kawasaki dealer. They have another store that is and they just pull inventory as needed to cover customer requests. So they wont have new Kawasaki motorcycles if thats what youre looking for. Sales guy was really pushy trying to get me on a Honda (because they are authorized Honda dealers and have them on hand. ) despite the fact I explicitly told them I was really more interested in a z125 pro. Just had to try and make the sale today.They dont do test rides at all either. First dealership Ive ever been to that doesnt just have you sign a liability waiver and let you try it and make sure its the right bike for you.I wouldnt recommend them to anyone, unless they were legitimately the only place around that has what you wanted.

Great deals, very busy, all you want to see from a dealership, great to buy a bike, however very unprofessional. Went there to look at a bike for my girlfriend and I, during this time some confusion arrived and the salesman decided to discuss this business with other clients. During our visit, this salesman instead of discussing details of bikes he was taking phone calls and smoking cigarettes... best to check out M.O.M’s or cycles 128. Will not be buying here sadly enough

His give some tips how to keep my battery in good condition so I also get a battery tender, oil filter and oil, spark plug, air filter brake fluid,chain lube,chain clean and brush,anti-freezer I am so glad they have a guy like him in the parts department. I went in to check out the price on a Honda Ruckus for my husband as he had been talking about wanting it for months. I figured if it was reasonable i would try and finance for an xmas present . When i walked in right away I was greeted by Chris. From the moment i walked in to the moment I walked out I was highly satisfied. Chris made me feel comfortable and also made me laugh. Dave explained all the finances to me in depth but in terms i understood and in a timely manner. Chris also went above and beyond and helped me break the surprise to my husband which literally made my year. When we came to pick it up i acted like id never been and we were just checking prices. Chris played along and gave the plates and keys to him with a card I brought in before hand. My husband is so happy hes got the gift he wants and Im happy hes happy . Incredible experience. Good repair shop, and all related to motorcycles.

Took about SIX months to fix a moped. They didnt even start working on it for the first three months, and every time I called there was a new excuse about how something that had been ordered did not come in, or was the wrong part, or etc. I am a fairly tolerant and patient person, understanding that sometimes things happen out of ones control, but this ineptitude bordered intentional misfeasance.Absolutely no communication on their part. They never ONCE called me with an update, and RARELY answered the phone (they also NEVER returned a voicemail). Hands down the worst experience I have ever had with a mechanic. They did waive my deductible, but seriously, way too little too late.

Super pushy salesmen, I did not feel comfortable buying a bike from them. When they started pressuring me to put down a deposit right then and there, I had to leave. They got very defensive when I said I was visiting other dealers to shop around for quotes, and kept throwing out shady excuses for why I should just buy from them. I was ready to pay full in cash but their quote wasnt even competitive and the customer service was just awful.

Son bought a used scooter from them advertised with 3000 miles. He drove it off the lot and immediately found speedometer not working, therefore neither was odometer. So mileage was not accurate. He turned right around and just asked to have it fixed. They said it would cost him to fix it since he drove it off the lot. Unethical? Criminal? Needless to say we will not be returning. My 1 star recommends you dont either.

I bought my Yamaha zuma in July 4. As you can see I put 1000 miles on it already. As a scooter it functions very well. It is quiet compared with many I see on the road. I was a complete novice. I stay safe, and I now feel very comfortable taking it anywhere. Great for urban exploring and commuting.The purchase process was just fine. I pre paid for shop service as I will definitely choose them to maintain it. That offers a 25% discount. I had full service at 600 miles. Very easy to schedule.I’ve bumped into lots of scooter people. They all give the Yamaha zuma very high marks. I’ve met two people who also purchased from parkway cycle. They gave it high marks.I am definitely getting 110 miles to the gallon. I have precisely measured. I weigh 200 pounds.If you have been thinking about a scooter....STOP. Just get one. And get one at Parkway.Thanks guys. I’ll see you when it time to put it to bed for winter.

Yamaha bolt R.Problem: front end wobbling at 40mphParkway services haf the bike for 3 days. They said they see the problem and fixed it by balanced the wheel. They charged me $105.When i tested it, the problem persist .Service manager did not refund the money, and asked for even more money for keep looking for the solution .They are maybe certified by Yamaha but they surely cannot service the BoltRd
