Goldfinch replaced the glass in 37 of our windows, a skylight, and a door. Their employees were the best! On-time, courteous, hard working and always cleaned up. True professionals! My wife is ecstatic!

I had an estimate done on a piece of glass for a table. Rick came to my home, measured and made a template. A few days later I received the quote which on a fixed income was a bit more than I could afford. I reached out to Rick and he worked with me, saying that if I could bring the table in he would see about a lesser charge. I made the arrangements and he managed to get a substantial reduction in the price. I dropped the table off around noon and was told it could be done as soon as end of the day... very happy so far, cant wait to see the table with the glass in it, and it be usable again. The new showroom looked great as well.

The customer service Kim provided was bar none. She spent hours with me on my relatively small order and made me feel like a major client. Any hiccup or correction I needed was quickly accommodated with care and prompt service. Actually sad my project is complete and really look forward to my next order with her ! I recently ordered a new sliding door from Goldfinch Bros and everything was great up until delivery. When it came time to schedule the delivery of the door, I was given a two hour time window and told that someone would need to be available to help as the delivery driver travels alone. To me, it’s slightly frustrating to pay a $150 delivery fee to have an expensive and heavy item be left in the front yard being sprayed by the neighbors sprinkler. After e-mailing every e-mail address I could find at Goldfinch Bros and telling them this, I received zero in response. Great customer service! I thought it would be nice to support a local company, but next time it’s likely back to the big box store.

We had 12 front windows replaced on our house recently.We went for the Milgard Style Line Series vinyl windows with Low E 270 glass to help with heat gain and UV rays.We took several estimates and ultimately decided to go with Goldfinch. They have been around 125 years.Rich Bryant our salesman was very thorough and took the time to explain windows 101. lolThe crew was very meticulous and paid attention to little details. They took pride in their work and it showed.We definitely recommend them for any window replacement needs.

This company is even less than ONE star!.First of all their price is THE worst experience price. They did not provide me estimates and they send technician and fix it.They have worked only 1 hr max charged me $1200 for fixing 2 panel store front door.If they informed me before their typical highway robbery service, I would have different option.After I had a meeting w them at site, I recognized there are bad communication between their technician and supervisor which false reported amount works has been done.Someone make a big hiding......They offer me only $200 off WHICH COULD BE THE SAME AMOUNT THEY SUPPORT CHARGE ME FOR THEIR POOR SERVICE.PLEASE BE AWARE OF THEM ON THEIR HIDDEN SERVICE CHARGE.MY MISTAKE WAS CALL THEM AND GET SERVICE FROM THEM

I recently had all new windows and a sliding deck door installed by Goldfinch Brothers. Price matters in construction projects but expertise matters even more! Windows are a long term investment and a poor install of windows can cost you plenty. The crew at Goldfinch is trained and very professional in every way possible. My living space is now much quieter, more energy efficient and with the new tinting, I can enjoy the view more. I highly recommend Goldfinch Brothers.

Three weeks ago I visited Goldfinch Bros and requested a budgetary quote to replace thirteen windows and a French Door in my home in Snohomish. Since my requirements were not run of the mill I understood that I probably would need to purchase something akin to Marvin Ultimate windows which are quite expensive. The assistant stated that I would need to discuss these requirements with a member of their staff who was experienced in these special requirements and stated that they would need to come onsite to assess the needs. She promised together back to me. I left her with details of the specific sizes and photographs of the type of windows that we needed quotations for. After a week I had not received a reply and called to see what was causing the delay. I was told that the information had been passed to the appropriate department and was then transferred to another lady who initially had no idea what I was talking about, could not find the information I had left, and treated me initially in a very offhand manner. Eventually she found the information and was a little more customer oriented and after a brief discussion she stated that we needed to establish a time for the representative to visit onsite. This we did for Friday October 11th from 10:00a.m. until noon. The time is now 11:30 a.m. on Friday October 11th and I have not received a telephone call nor have I seen or heard from any representative of the company. The question is Is this the way to treat a customer? I will call them one more time to give them a chance to ameliorate the current situation.

Unresponsive, wasting peoples time - I called Goldfinch Brothers to get a quote for replacing 6 double-paned glass doors in my houses sunroom. The estimator, Shane Green, showed up and mentioned he would provide a quote within a few days. Two weeks has passed, and despite several emails and voice messages, he is yet to get back to me. I have not heard ANYTHING from him yet. I dont understand why they wasted my time if they had no interest in doing the job. Just an upfront we are not interested in this job would have sufficed.

I wanted to write what a wonderful experience I had with Goldfinch brothers when I had to replace a kitchen windowEvery aspect of my experience was 5 stars beginning when I walked in the showroom on Rucker in downtown Everett through the follow up and communication scheduling the appointment, explaining any processes, timelines and charges and ultimately with the final installation of the window.I would definitely use them again and if anyone were to ask me I would have no problem in refering them to Goldfinch Brothers

I originally placed a less than stellar review but now want to say that this company has gone above & beyond to make things right with me. Id paid for a custom piece of tempered glass but when attempting to install it found it was much thicker than the original. Their employee charged me for the correct replacement but when the owner learned of the situation he immediately refunded me. People make mistakes, but its how one deals with a mistake that defines you. Very pleased with the outcome. R.Long
