I dont make it up to the Everett store that often, but this trip was to pickup some clamps that they had on hold for me. Killer deal btw if you or someone you know uses them. I would suggest getting there soon before they are all gone. I had some other things to look at as well, pricing materials, and got the same excellent service that I always get at the Lynnwood store. Great lumber yard! Excellent selection of premium lumber you wont find at the big box stores. No need wasting time sorting through the whole stack to find a few straight pieces, most all are good and straight. Bob C., salesman, is a wealth of knowledge and always willing to share his experience and expertise . I love driving my truck right to the materials and watching the eager yard help load my truck for me. Great employees!

Knowledgeable, helpful staff and quality supplies. I always buy my penetrating oil stain there. No where else has the good Penofin. It is worth the price! When I need a high quality item or one that is hard to find, they have it or will order it for me.

In no time short my situation was handled quickly and efficiently by Dunn Lumber and their proffesional staff. They cut my 10 6x8 beam from a 20 and greyson brought both halves out letting me pick. His suggestion was the front one . I then asked him if it was actually 10 ft he replied with yes. I allowed it loaded in the truck knowing I needed 9 foot 9 however once measured it came up short.

These people are amazing! They are doing all the right things! Emailed them about my project and some lumber I needed and some cuts I needed them to make since I dont have a saw at home. Kyle responded with suggestions and pricing. I had a certain time frame in which I needed the material. They had the lumber pulled and cut to my specifications within that time frame. Kirsten took my order over the phone and was very courteous and professional. I can honestly say that this is the best customer service experience Ive had in a very long time. They have things the big box stores dont stock. Need some clear, vertical-grain 2x4s for a project? They have some on hand. The good stuff isnt cheap, but they are competitive. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful, able to do standard millwork at low or no cost.

Be careful! Today I visited Dunn Lumber and made a purchase for about $ 3. When I came to pay for the goods, the cashier Richard spent 5 minutes on the computer how much to take from me and eventually took from me $ 6. $ 3 more. When I returned, that they would return me the incorrectly taken money, he knocked over the buttons of his computer for more than 10 minutes and it is unknown how much I would have waited, but I left the goods I wanted to buy and asked to return all my money. Be careful not to be cheated !! I will not come to this store again. April 16, 2018.

This is the place to buy your lumber. The wood is much higher quality then the stuff you find at the big box stores and the staff knows what they are talking about. They will sleeve your wood for you to keep it dry in the rain too. They carry the full line of penofin products which are tough to find anywhere else. I recently bought a laminated beam from them and the support I got from Rod making calls to the staff engineer at Weyerhaeuser were very helpful. Great place.

Found what we were looking for at Dunn Lumber. It was far from where we live but was worth it. Very clean, smelled like cider wood all in building. Fast check out.

Had to pick up materials and supplies to replace damaged siding and fascia. Not in construction so had to tell them in laymens terms what I thought I needed. They translated, explained options and got me squared up loaded and on my way.

Went In to buy hardwood to lathe and some white haired old dude was super disrespectful towards me. I would rather shop at home depot then here and that is saying something. They may not have what I need but at least they are not disrespecful.

Updated from one star to 4 after company reply. Charged my card for clear cedar tongue and groove. Went back to grab it and it was not in stock. Refunded my card and wasted my time. Especially considering I called and traveled over an hour to get this material in which they said was there.
