I am so grateful to have found this repair shop - they did a fantastic, thorough, and honest inspection and oil change for me and provided me with photos and details of everything. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and I will be back for a brake fluid flush next week! Definitely will refer others here and will be a repeat customer!

The staff were professional and kind. Everything they worked on is working good. I gave a list of things that we needed & wanted done and some we werent sure if they could do like the trunk lock. They were able to fix it for a reasonable cost and we got our car back before the weekend when I needed to my wheels again. It was also nice to know that they could take me home and pick me up if needed. We didnt need it since my husband was available. The inside of the headlamps got cleaned up to remove the cloudy surface. Now our headlights will shine like they should and it cost much less than replacing them each. I was talking to a very good friend of mine and she said they have taken their vehicles there for a long time. Good to know. I just responded to a mailing.

I love this place. They are always so friendly and welcoming. Not only that but they have great customer care and service. They saved my life when my head gasket blew on my car and then after it was paid for and fixed found a crack on the bottom of the engine as well a few days later. Any other place would have charged me for both but M&N covered the price of a whole new engine and put it in there at no extra cost. Thanks again!

M&N Absolute Auto Repair was recommended to me, so I thought I would give it a go. Everyone there was so friendly and I loved seeing Duke keeping the place safe. They did a full inspection of my issues and fixed the problem I was experiencing really fast and it ended up being cheaper than what was quoted.So happy to have found a great, professional and trust worthy place to take my car from here on out.Shuttle service was a HUGE plus!!!

I have come here for routine maintenance on my Lexus ES 350 a few times, and I will be going back for future repairs.The staff is very friendly. I appreciate their honesty, & they do not overcharge. This is a trustworthy local auto shop.

I made an 8:30 am appointment for a compression and leak down test because I recently had a new oil pan gasket installed and found plastic pieces from a timing chain guide in the oil pan. Having heard nothing by 4:00 pm I called in and was told they elected not to run the tests because they listened to the engine and could hear the timing chain. They recommended either repairing this engine (~ $5k) or installing a used engine with 140k miles (mine has 176k). I needed the data from those tests to determine whether to get this engine repaired or risk another, used engine. I appreciate that they were trying to save me the costs of the tests but I really need the results to make my decision. They should have communicated with me instead of waiting for me to call in at the end of the day.

I ended up being late n really upset as I pulled up n I was meet by a lady named Christina at the front desk n I guess the look I had in my eye gave me away as my viechle was being towed into her shop. Her 1st words were its okay things will be okay we here to help n it was the most amazing words I needed to hear at that moment. Very warm hearted n very professional called me every so often to let me know updates on what was going on n what my options were. When I came to pick up my vehicle even thou I couldnt afford to fix it. once again Christina went up n above to help me get information about how I might be able to get my vehicle fixed. Thank you for all you kind words in this stressful situation I had. Thank you to the tech who took the time looking at my vehicle to let me know exactly what was wrong with with. An exceptionally good car place. I took my F-250 to have the front end seals on the front-wheel drive unit fixed they got me in real quick. I am an out-of-towner so they did it in a timely manner. There is a lot of benefits to having them fix your car. And a nationwide guarantee to have it fixed anywhere should their work fail. If I had to come back to this town I would take it to them again.

From the moment I called Christina was on top of our needs. We were kept abreast of what was happening and Vicky and Jordan backed her up with any answers I needed. I had a transmission replaced. I also had A/C rebuilt. I am very happy.

My fiance and I are new to the area and needed some repair work done on our Honda. M&N Auto Repair was incredible! Great customer service, fair prices, and a quick turn around time. One of the employees even gave my fiance a ride home since we only have one vehicle! Overall, it was a fantastic experience. We will definitely be going back to M&N for all of our auto needs.

I brought 2 rigs in for work over 2 days. They did a great job on the vehicles. Both vehicles took all day to get finished. I had appointments for both vehicles.. 2nd vehicle was there to check an ABS light. Took 45 minutes to do the work but took all day to get it done. On the first vehicle, i caught an overcharge from my original estimate which they quickly and easily fixed.Again, super nice people, quality work and accommodating except for the time it took. I would be very clear with them about timelines if you have them do work for you. I may not have been as clear on my expectations as maybe I should have been.

I took my car In because it was having mechanical issues. A friend of mine suggested it may be a transmission issue so I took it in with the expectation of that being a possibility. They had it for about a week and I had to keep calling them to get updates on my car. Eventually they told me that I needed a new transmission, a new radiator & some frame work. This came to a total of almost $10k. The Kelly blue book value of my car was only $8k so it wasn’t worth the repairs. Instead I opted to take it to a Ford dealership with hopes of trading it and just getting a new car. Well they decided to do their own diagnostics and turns out the gear shift was the problem and my entire transmission didn’t need to be replaced nor did any of the other work need to necessarily be done. The fix was $1,200 total. And Ford was going to pay for it because it was a known recalled part on the vehicle. I was happy that Ford found the problem and presented a reasonably priced solution but I’m disappointed that M&N Autos quoted me for unnecessary work. And I was charged for the diagnostics tests they did which obviously wasn’t even accurate enough to identify the real problem. I’m not sure if they just weren’t familiar with the specific issue I had with my car or if they just wanted to upcharge but I’m not pleased with the service I received.

The starter went out on my car. After calling around to a number of shops that all told me they were booked out two weeks in advance, I called M&N Absolute Auto. They were able to take my car the same day I called. I had my car back by the next day. Additionally, they offered a free shuttle, taking the headache out of having your car in the shop. The high level of customer service and the speed in which they were able to fix my car exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend M&N Absolute Auto.

I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for the first time at this shop and had a great experience.The ladies at the front are so friendly and professional, and they have 2 previous shop dogs there! They quoted me accurate pricing and time for the repairs, shuttled me to work and we made arrangements for me to pick up the key after work in a convenient lockbox situation they offer. The Jeep runs well, and they did a 42-point inspection at no cost that prioritizes the remaining maintenance that’s needed. The cost was lower than the shop I’d been going to— I’m very happy with M&N and will be a returning customer.

My car wouldn’t start and called M&N first thing in the morning. They were able to receive my towed vehicle and work on it right away.I was able to get my car back the same day. Mike, the owner, even came to my house and gave me a ride back to the shop.I received a very thorough inspection with pictures of my car and all the different components mentioned for service in the report.I felt like they were extremely thorough, detailed, and transparent.They earned my trust, and all my future car repair and maintenance business.Highly recommend!

I really appreciated that they had a shuttle to take my daughter and I back to our house, this isn’t a fast food oil change shop where they do a quick job and then send you on your way. While I do appreciate speedy service, I also really appreciate how thorough they were and the full service inspection they gave my car. The Report was sent to my email immediately with pictures and great detail. Although there was no pressure to address anything on the report, which I also really appreciate. I’ll definitely be using these guys again.

I brought my truck in because my gas gauge wasnt reading properly after I had changed my fuel pump and also my front tire had locked up on me. Everything was great at first, they got me an appointment same day and even though I was an hour late (due to issues with locked tire) they were still really nice about it and it was no hassle to get in. Upon returning to get my truck, I now have a flat tire that I didnt have when I dropped the truck off and was told it was because the mechanic supposedly found a nail in my tire, which I find unlikely. Then I get into my truck to see that the gas gauge wasnt fixed at all and I was charged $239.36 to be told information I already knew prior to going into the shop. I am extremely disappointed and feel like I was taken advantage of and like I wasted hundreds of dollars. Unless they make it right, I wouldnt recommend this shop.

My first time at this shop--I was greeted right away by the friendly staff and they were able to look at my car the same day. A few hours later I was provided with a comprehensive vehicle report and information concerning my repair. The price was fair and they completed the job quickly and thoroughly. I highly recommend this shop!

Very nice, quick, and easy. Installed my new headlight and gave me a very detailed list of anything they found during inspection. Also not the most expensive, they did offer me a shuttle due to covid you cannot wait in the waiting room. They also dont do body repairs but my headlight had to have some bumps fixed to install so I dont really need anymore body repairs.

Went in with a need for a new alternator and left with a new water pump too as well as an oil change. They did a complete inspection and delivered their findings by email and text including photos. People who work there are friendly and professional. They provide a ride back home and pickup when the job is done. Work was done promptly.

A while back I started to hear noises when steering and braking, so I took it to Les Schwab. They said my brakes were fine but that I needed to replace 7 tie rod ends and with a total of nearly $3K. I went to get a second opinion on it and I only needed two, and it cost me under $700. I would definitely recommend these people as they know what they’re doing and aren’t in it to scam you.

Dropped off for diagnostic with a battery light and check engine light. I thought alternator and wanted them to confirm. They told me the alternator and battery were fine and that they had to check the wiring harness . 3 hours in labor and $500+ later.... they came back and said no, it’s a “diode in the alternator “ at which point I should of said I’ll come get it and do it myself. Long story short, I paid almost $1000 for an alternator (3 days in the shop) for something I could have done in an hour or so and a couple hundred dollars at auto zone! Live and learn I guess. I’ve had 2 different cars here over the last year and all other experiences have been great. So I’m not sure what has changed.

This place is very good. Honest and does good work. Took my truck in thats been sitting for a bit and they found the problems and only charged me 200 bucks to fix. I noticed they even cleaned the white mold growing in my cabin. Big props to this place and I highly recommend. Plus the staff is very nice and takes time tonexplain things. the short black haired woman is very cute.

To be completely honest there is not enough good things to say about M&N. This is the best mechanic service I have ever been to. They went out of their way to fix my vehicle even to come pick me up and take me back to my house absolutely a great place and would highly recommend any type of maintenance that needs done. Great place, people were very professional.

The shop is good, they are excellent at diagnostics and repair work and theyre warrant is excellent. The only draw back is the location. With the recent large population boom in the swarm of mostly peaceful crack heads that Everett has to offer, Your vehicle has a 50/50 chance of being broken into and valuables stolen. This makes the entire experience not worth the risk. If youre ok with that possibility then this is the shop for you!!!!

M&N went above and beyond helping me with my car. They were able to diagnose what was wrong with my engine for my car that I just recently bought from a dealer a few months ago.Amanda and Vicki were incredibly helpful with contacting the two warranty companies that were supposed to cover the engine damages. I don’t know how I would’ve been able to handle this whole situation without them. They also did a wonderful job explaining everything from what was wrong with the engine and every little thing that went into the quote, to explaining the reasoning for the back and forth they had to go through when contacting the warranty companies. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get my car fixed there since I had to tow it back to Bellingham to the dealer but with the several regular customers that came in during my short time in the lobby and the great customer service, I’ll be coming back here for any future car repairs without any hesitation.

I now own a van. It had its first visit a few days ago. Something was wrong with her cooling system. They did a diagnostic and found that my fans arent turning on and fixed a hose that was bad. I love that they take pictures of everything they look at and explain everything. They also gave us a ride home. When the van was ready to come home. Great company that delivers on its promises!

I recently brought my Pontiac Solstice GXP in to M&N to service the vehicles MAP sensors. Despite the make and model being unusual and the repair parts being difficult to find, M&N not only found the parts but expertly installed them and recommended a next step in restoring the vehicle to factory standard. They even drove me home when I brought the car in! Their customer service is excellent, and their technicians are hardworking and knowledgeable.

These guys are amazing! The whole online work up of everything that is going on with my car, so I can keep track and prioritize the order of what gets fixed first and the urgency of it. They said my washer fluid was low, although my car hadnt indicated that to me yet. I bought some more fluid without opening the hood to check for myself and they had topped it off. Other shops have charged me an inflated price for the same thing in the past and M & N did it as a courtesy! 😊. I have adopted them as my new place for repairs 😁

M&N is a great place to take your vehicle for repairs. They go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Vicki was very sweet and super hilarious and I very much appreciate the ride home and being picked up to get my vehicle. Which seems to running fine, but I havent driven it much yet. Thanks so much. Edit: M&N auto offers pick up and drop-off service for your vehicle. This is like a dream come true for me. They come get my vehicle, perform the work, and bring the rig back. Now theyre just spoiling me. Thanks again! Update: so my truck needed some other repairs and once again M&N did a fantastic job and provided excellent customer service. Also they gave me a ride home and a bunch of free wine which was also nice. The only thing Id like now is my truck to stop needing repairs.

This guys originally priced they do what they say theyre going to do they dont charge a try to charge your normal leg and theyre just the nicest people take your car or vehicle there if you need it fixed get an appointment first though :)

If I could give this place 0 stars I would.The customer service is horrible. I dropped my car off Friday morning because they said that they had that time available. I called before they closed because I haven’t heard back. They told me that I had some different issues with the car than what I had originally thought. Which is fine no problems there. So then they told me they would look more into it next week (closed on weekends) so I said that was fine. I don’t get any calls Monday or Tuesday. I then have to call them on Wednesday to find out what’s going on with my car. Then another week goes by and still haven’t heard anything (so now 2 weeks have gone by for just trying to get radiator parts, with virtually no updates unless I called them).Finally after ANOTHER week (3 weeks since the initial appointment) it’s finally done and I can get my car back! Thank god. Also side note about their customer service; as I’m picking up the car I’m in the middle of talking to her she picks up the phone and starts talking to another customer and scheduling them an appointment. Like excuse me I’m right here. The courteous thing to do was to place them on hold so I thought that was extremely rude since I was right there.But no, that’s not the end of it. Then an hour after I get my car I drive home and what do I see. More coolant leaking from my car. At this point I’m like “wtf is this they just fixed it.” So I call them and I schedule yet another appointment for them to look at it again.Then when they get it back into the shop on Thursday just to do a pressure test (which should only take an hour or so to do), they told me not to worry about the price at the bottom when I sign (since they need to find out what they did wrong). So I figure, let’s see if they call me for once. Nope. No phone call. I get a call Friday night saying there is another coolant leak that is not related to the work they performed. I don’t understand how they didn’t see it but whatever I didn’t have the money to pay for that repair so I said I will just pick it up Monday.So now I go to pick it up, and what do you know, they slap a bill in my face for the pressure test because they didn’t mess up so I have to pay for the pressure test. I’m completely over it at this point so I pay and leave. Then as I’m leaving I see one of my fuses just pulled from my fuse box!!! Like what the hell is that!!! Why is that there!! I’m 100% done with this company and am never going back there again.

The owners and the administrative staff were very friendly and considerate and provided a shuttle as needed. The inspection was thorough and the pricing was within my expectations for the services provided. I will definitely return for more work as needed!

I’m new in town, so after I moved, my Jeep engine would turn on then off immediately. I work at night and didn’t know anyone who can immediately help me. I had roadside assistance pick it up and take to M&N as they were the only ones in the area that would take it that day and do a diagnostics. Even though, they had my car for a week, they figured out the issue. Amanda was amazing at keeping in touch with me and is very knowledgeable. I just needed a new key bc my original key from Jeep, my car was not registering it. I was very happy with my service. The one thing I will have to say is that when I made a new friend that was helping me out with transportation, we were on the phone with Amanda. I understood the next steps, but my friend wanted to make sure he understood what she said by asking her some questions. Her tone changed with him; almost condescending and we thought bc it’s his accent. She repeated herself like, duh I just answered that (this is not what she said), but her tone never changed like that with me, maybe bc I don’t have an accent. Other than that, I would use them again and I recommend. That same friend came with me and they gladly assisted him putting on his spare tire...There was a nail in it and it was flat when we pulled in :P

They called lyft to take me home while my car was being serviced. So amazing! Amanda is a gem and the technicians are masters of their craft! Ill definitely be back. Im so relieved I found a safe place to bring my car....

Instead of pulling apart half the engine and performing unnecessary tests, this shop did the work that was needed to be done, guaranteed and very thorough. Not only did they fix what was wrong, they also pointed out areas that will or do need work in the future..money well spent..truck is running great!!@

Had a new clutch put in back in 2016. My first issue was that their initial quote was a few hundred dollars too high. I did not respond and waited a couple days, then they called again and said they made a mistake and quoted me a lower price. It was still a little high, but they were within walking distance, so I went with them (we only had 1 car at the time so it was convenient). The guy told me they only use top quality parts that come with a 2 year warranty. Part way into the 3rd year the clutch is slipping bad and squealing really loud. Ive had it parked since summer because I cannot drive it. The factory clutch lasted 12 years! How are your parts top quality when they only last a third as long as the original parts? Not happy at all with the quality.

Their 47-point inspection (free) is different from their diagnostic ($130) and I found that out the hard way.I went in saying I think my wheel bearing is shot. They confirmed this and I payed 130.It would have been ~400 on top of that for fixing it.I appreciate their business etiquette though I need way cheaper. $500 is half the price of my 88 Honda Civic itself. Great people and great reliability if you’ve got the extra dough to drop, which I’d suggest to anyone with a newer car.

They were just what the doctor ordered -- thorough, very well documented diagnostics, and a clear solution to my issue written up for my review. Straightforward owners, whom I dealt with directly. Having my repair done by them later this week. I have every confidence in their expertise. And honesty. Top notch place of business.Update: now that the repair is complete Im very pleased with the result. As a shade tree mechanic myself, I asked a lot of probing questions and got the expected answers I wanted to hear. Things would be done in the manner that covered all the bases for my particular problem.This was the very first repair that Ive had done on this vehicle, and Ill take it back to M & N Absolute Auto Repair when it needs maintenance or any service in the future. Second time using these guys, really pleased. Vicki was very friendly and made sure to update me on the status of my car. I loved the inspection information format, very clear and came with pictures and recommendations. I will definitely use them exclusively in the future!

Prompt, honest and thorough service. Vicki kept in touch with me about the status of my repair and always told me the cost including tax, keeping surprises to a minimum. They offered an inspection as well and went over the results in detail, most importantly, without being pushy. Ill be returning to this shop.

The only shop in Everett that I trust with my car! Ive been going to them since I moved here and theyve shown me nothing but love whenever I interact with the team. Most recently I had my RX7 rewired due to some shoddy modifications from the previous owner which led to me making a mistake when I went to hook up the battery and they were able to take care of me and maintain consistent communication despite being down to only 1 mechanic at the time (which was even more impressive!). Ill continue to get my vehicles serviced here for anything that Im not capable of doing myself, and theyre fully transparent and honest with their customers. It should go without saying but, treat the team and M&N Auto with dignity and respect, have a bit of patience, and I guarantee you that theyll give you the best service you could ever ask for, on time, every time!
