Dean and his crew were an entire day late arriving for this nightmare-of-a-gig, which I worked on behalf of his company. They finally showed up around 5pm (most of us had been there since 8:30am....waiting). Multiple pieces of gear were missing. The main client rep (very nice guy) showed me these were paid for and present in the final quote, but they were never delivered. There was a fancy drum monitor that we discovered was missing its proprietary cabling. Lights were missing, pieces of the stage were missing, engineers/workers were not present, it was a complete mess. We stayed late into the night setting up a giant stage as our work day (which was supposed to start at 9am) didnt actually start until 5pm, when it was supposed to end.....and we were short workers (youll see why if you keep reading).....and we all had to be back bright and early in the morning for the start of the show.Besides horrible treatment of clients, as many, many others have stated, this company is notorious for not paying their employees. I was warned about how terrible they are before accepting this gig, but I naively thought they could possibly be THAT bad and THAT sleazy as long as proper procedure was follow. They are.The owner, Dean, will come up with every excuse in the book as to why all these people leaving horrible reviews arent getting paid. The paperwork was lost or filled out incorrectly, or someone else screwed up, or its a miscommunication with a subcontractor....or hell just claim outright (as hes done with many people here) that you NEVER worked for him and he has no idea who you are. Ill let you read through these reviews and judge for yourself how credible you think he is. Go ahead, give it a try. Check Facebook, Yelp and the BBB too.I spent weeks reaching out to multiple people, and despite several assurances by several people that my paperwork and hours had been submitted multiple times, I didnt receive a resolution until I texted the owner, Dean Saunders directly and threatened to take him to court if I did not receive payment. Like in every review here, he made excuses and blamed other people within his company and said he never got the paperwork, and became combative and aggressive towards me. I remained calm and polite and stood my ground and resubmitted paperwork and followed through on it for the 4th or 5th time, and I was FINALLY paid in full.Bottom line, this is a company that exploits hard-working, gig economy workers, lies to their clients, passes the blame to subcontractors and ultimately just makes a terrible experience for nearly everyone involved with anything they touch. Most of the positive reviews here are probably fake. The owner, Dean Saunders, is a selfish, greedy, smug, self-righteous con man. He is as incapable of taking responsibility for his deceit and thievery as he is of caring. He will lie and steal and make excuses and whine and complain and play victim until he is forced to live up to his obligations under threat of legal action. Honesty, integrity and moral virtue have absolutely no value to this sad, inhumane, money-grubbing little tyrant.Avoid this operation at all costs unless youd like your next event to become a living nightmare of broken promises and criminal wage theft.And now, Deans completely predictable and asinine excuse-laden deferral of responsibility in 5, 4, 3, 2....

Great service on time, good people to work with. We hired Live sound for 2 stages we did lights they provided quality sound, a new 40X42 Stage and a SL260. Audio crew was very cool to work with.

I would rate lower if I could. He does not pay his employees in a timely fashion... and instead of dealing with it like a professional he blames them for him not paying them. But I see he is finally, just now, responding to reviews left months ago about his lack of professionalism... and before you call me out Dean for not being an employee or a customer, like you have to so many here, I am neither, but my boyfriend did work for you and you did not pay him in a timely fashion. So its not just hearsay I witnessed you not paying your employees. It took MONTHS to get paid and only after we threatened to go to L&I about it.

Great place nice people to work with. Has lots of gear for events big and small. Prices are great.

Aside from the fact they dont pay their laborers or IT staff, they are a terribly run company and do not care about employees whatsoever.

Im taking the owner to court. He admitted to using my boyfriends social security number for someone elses employment and pay. Its caused hiccups in many aspects of our life and were paying for it instead of him. Ive filed a police report and an identity theft claim against him. Hopefully things resolve soon.

They make their money by lying to the employees and making them build the whole thing and then giving them a fraction of what was promised. This company owes me $3,000 and I only got a check for $500. They are literally just thieves with money that take advantage of people in the stage industry. I got over five people hired yet every single one of those people never got their money or they got way less than what was promised Dont recommend them for any event ever in life they are con artist that live for the scam then talk to you like they didnt do anything.

Great Company!!Staff is very passionate about their work and the company has a massive amount of amazing gear!! KV2 & Adamson Audio systems, huge video walls and massive portable stages!This company can provide for gigs for 100 people or 10,000!!

Multiple contractors have stated they were not paid for their labor after working for this company. I cant support a business that makes its money by swindling its employees.

You dont pay employees, I know many people that have worked for you and you basically lied to them. It looks really suspicious when you only reply to certain reviews when the ones you wont respond to are people who have worked for you just looking to get the money you owe them.

These slackers cant even pay employees on time. If you hire them you must be on a budget. Work with or hire @ your own risk
