Having a new dishwasher installed was great, but it stopped working twice within the first two weeks, which was quite frustrating. Both times Judd and Black responded to my concern about the new unit and sent technicians out quickly. I appreciate Ariel, the service manager, for prioritizing our new product, and Luke, the technician, for fixing the problem and assuring me that Judd and Black will make it right if it happens a third time because sometimes you get a lemon. We’ve purchased virtually all of our products through Judd and Black over the last 20 years, and their care to rectify our situation proves why we come back.

The refrigerator I bought from them was ok but a little rough for the price. Dents and scratches that could have been covered with a little paint and touch up work. But I guess 1/2 the price of a new fridge wasnt bad.

Recently we had a problem with our Bosch dishwasher. Kris from Judd & Black found the issue was caused by an issue which was not directly related to the function of the dish washer, but was in the drain line. Although it was now a plumbing problem, Kris cheerfully reengineered the drain line. The dish washer is now functioning properly.

Had the pleasure of encountering Matt Beck at the Everett store in our search for a quality replacement for our ailing oven/range at home. Matt was very friendly and patient with our hem-hawing around, overwhelmed with choices and prices. Matt was very knowledgeble of the products and guided us perfectly to the right stove for us. After assisting us in obtaining the perfect pricing, we couldnt be happier with our experience at judd&black.

I recently had Judd & Black repair my aging Jenn Air downdraft range. First they asked for my model and serial number to insure replacement parts would be available to avoid the expense of a service call on something they may not be able to fix. When (Chris the service tech arrived), he quickly diagnosed and resolved the primary problem by replacing the thermostat. After we asked for help with a couple other concerns. We had an intermittent high pitched sound while the gas was on, which was hard to isolate. He ended up going to his next appointing and then returned to work on it. He didnt want to start replacing expensive parts when he wasnt sure if it would fix the problem. In the end he took apart the burner assembly several times, check the gas valves, and in the end simply adjusted the airflow to resolve the problem without needing any new parts. We were very happy and impressed with the quality of service we received.

Absolutely disgusting service.Judd & Black smashed our new refrigerator into our wall, lied about the extent of damage to it after previously dropping it on the cement outside, and forced my disabled mother to sign the bill of landing without disclosing the damage done to our rental property.Needless to say, I will be approaching our landlord so they can demand compensation, if not litigation on the aforementioned damages.

My Kitchenaid dishwasher stopped working so I called Kitchenaid and they us Judd and Black to do warranty service work in our area. I took the day off work to have them come and troubleshoot and the tech decided it was the pump that had failed and would order one and be back out in a few days. I took a day off, the tech returned with new limp and it was not manufactured correctly and is leaking water, he said he would order another pump and be back in a few days. I took a day off and the tech had the new pump and installed it, the dishwasher still did not work and he said the wrong pump came in the box and would need to order another. I called Judd and Black and they told me I would have to take another day off because they couldnt drive to Tukwila where their parts supplier is and finish my job today. Totally dissatisfied with their commitment to customer service.

Since there is no longer a Sears parts around. This is the place to go. Very knowledgeable and most appliances parts are in stock or available next day.

Needed a bake element for my oven and spent 8-10 minutes on hold waiting for someone in the correct department to pick up. Apparently they did not want the sale. Next time, PICK UP THE PHONE! FAIL
