I wish I could give 6 stars to this business. The level of customer service is unparalleled. I needed an 8 x 8‘ banner printed for a wedding, and ColorMax Digital Imaging was able to quickly turn around the job to accommodate for the time constraint. They are one of very few vendors in Evansville that actually print onsite vs. outsourcing the job and keeping you on your toes for however many days and shipping delays that follow. I am really appreciative of the level of attention, effort, and flawless execution by the ColorMax family, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for print services. This company is phenomenal! Not kidding. Their work is fantastic, as is their product. They always get jobs done on time if not earlier than scheduled and have the best customer service of any company I have worked with.I HIGHLY recommend using them for your signage.

As a designer, I work with ColorMax all the time on various projects. They are great to work with, and they are my vendor of choice for custom signage fabrication and installation. Their optional rush turnaround has also saved me many times. I also appreciate that their location is convenient, close to the heart of the city.

I was promised by them to have my company van wrapped within my 2 1/2 week deadline knowing that the design process would take a little time. I went in a couple days later with the van so they could take pictures of it and to finalize the design that I already had done elsewhere. I spent an hour there accomplishing nothing. I was told they would work on the final tweaks after I left. Didnt hear anything for 2 days because the original person I met with was sick.Two more days go by and they produce the back of the vehicle. Monday comes along and a different designer makes the changes I asked for. Everything was on track but I wanted to see a final proof of the completed design before I signed off on it. I made arrangements to drop the van off Monday evening.Tuesday comes along and a 3rd person, Trevor, contacts me and wants to start the process over. I explained that everything was completed but just needed to be put in a final design. He sent me more drawings of what I didnt want, even completely changing it. Friday was the deadline to have it finished and it takes two days to complete. I was getting very frustrated that we were going backwards. He asked me to come back in so we could finalize it. My schedule was completely full, nevermind the fact that I already did that. So Trevor asked if I wanted to bag it. I told him I was about to cancel the job and go to a competitor and Trevors response was you should do that. Trevor is the owners son and apparently thinks hes the boss. Completely unprofessional outfit! I was screwed by this company since the van was not completed by the deadline.

Color max really got us out of a pinch, after ordering Banners for our booth at the Home Show from another company, and they didnt arrive, Color max jumped in and SAVED THE DAY!!!!
