Let me start by saying I never write reviews. However, my experience at this Edible Arrangement location in Evanston IL, was so awful, I just had to let the public know.You would think after finally starting to come out of a pandemic where well over 500,000 Americans died, that people might want to put away the neck rolling, disrespectful, customer is always wrong attitude and consider extending some grace and some respect. Remember, no customers, no paycheck! Clearly, that was way too much to expect from the Ms. Smarty Pants who answers the phone. Here is the real kicker. I have only had perfect fruit from other Edible Arrangements in the past. However, this is my first time using this location. STAY AWAY!!!! The cantaloupe and honey dew were hard as a brick and not sweet at all. Can you believe the pineapple was also hard and not sweet at all? To their credit and grapes and strawberries were ripe and sweet. Thanks for that. When I called to inform them about the basket, after the VERY LONG sigh of annoyance, from the staff person who answered the phone, in the most nasty tone possible, she says she cannot control how fruit grows. Clearly, I was not asking that she control how the fruit grows, but for a $75.00 basket, I do expect them to use ripe fruit only.Note, to the owner, if you want to stay in business, you must stop this bitter young woman from being the voice of your business. It is clear she does not like her job and I can assure you, the customers don’t like her being there either. I bet she would be perfect behind the scenes. She is making you lose business. I can assure you, I will never have my money stolen by THIS Edible Arrangement again. It’s funny because I would think a job working around fruit all day might make you happy. I mean it’s not like you are battling COVID-19 on the front line, risking your life, like my fellow nurses and healthcare professionals and hospital staff.Try to find something to be happy about, lady on the phone. Smile and let that smile permeate thru the phone.This place is the worse. Period.

Worst customer service ever. I have been ordering from edible arrangements for years and there are many different locations to choose from. Do not order from here. Order from the next one within your area. They take no responsibility for their errors. I ordered an $80 arrangement for Mother’s Day and after it didn’t arrive had to search for them to ask what happened. No call letting me know and when I did speak to someone, was yelled at and given basically the excuse Oh well, we are busy! There are just way too many other options and places to give my money too. I will never make them that mistake again with the Evanston location !

Paid $100 For an arrangement. A month later with several calls on my end and my recipients end... They Did not deliver the arrangement as promised had many excuses. If you want a delivery this is not your store. I should have listened to the reviews. This was a FIRST birthday with a long lost 80 yo biological brother. VERY DISSAPOINTED!

Do not order from this store. They will take your money without refunding you. This place is a scam and they do not care about there customers at all. Please save your money. Do not waste your time and spend your money somewhere else.

Delivered product 2 days late, arrived at 9pm, they lost the card, and the order was incomplete. Called to have missing items replaced, was told they would arrive the next day, but they never came. Called again to see when missing items would be delivered and was told the next day - it is now two days later and I am still waiting on those items.

Payed alot of money to have them drop off gifts to my Girlfriend for our anniversary and called twice and they assured me it would be there by 5 pm, she left work and they got there 2 hours after with food thats now going to go bad, i put this order in weeks ago. Horrible service ! Please dont waste your time at the Evanston location or the Niles one they dont know what customer service is but theyll still take your money ofcourse.

Great customer service. Our giftee wasnt at home when she was supposed to be. Edible Arrang. in Evanston (on Maple) called her and worked with her to receive her gift within a relatively short time. The store person also called me to let me know giftee wasnt at home as expected. That allowed us to verify with giftee that she had been contacted by delivery person. I recommend them for their excellent customer service.
