No sizes, biggest size they have is 10. Desk told me to buy them online, so whats the point of the store? You walk in, they ask if you wear a 10, you say no, they say buy online then. Dont waste your time going to this store unless you have dainty baby feet..

I take my kids here for shoes love the Nike brand they are always a reliable shoe and foot locker always has some for a good sale price . My experience was not too great this time the employee was rude and treated us poorly acting as if he really didnt want to help us. I cant stand when Im a paying customer and I get treated like I did today I mean I spend 200-300 each visit around 3-4 times a yr. I think I deserve to be treated like a customer not like Im a problem .

Hayden has the best customer service out of all the sales reps in the store hands down. He went above and beyond to make another employees error right for me. My family and I have been shopping at this footlocker location at least 2 times a month for the past year and out of everyone he has been recently the most attentive and friendly associate there so far.

This foot locker is a great location to test out your invisibility cloak. It works nearly 100% of the time. Its amazing how in a store as slow as this one, none of the three workers can see you. Buy online.

I tried on 4-5 pairs of shoes until I found the perfect one. Sure I paid retail, but I didnt go through the hassle of buying an ill fitting shoe off the internet. Then going through the process of returning and yadayadayada.

Good honest service! The salesman new a lot about Jordans and how the different shoes ran different sizes. In a nonpushy way he let me try on at least 4 pairs until I landed on the winner. Im happy with my purchase.

Returned a pair of shoes and it took them a week to get my money back to me. If you can take money from someone immediately, you should be able to return it immediately. Will not be shopping at Foot Locker again, because of poor, outdated business practices.

The 2 guys working did not even ask if I needed help, I had to walk over to them to ask for help, there was no other customers in the store, 100.00 shoes and no good service, I wont be back to that store

The people aka kids working there have absolutely no idea what good customer service means. They dont know their products or sales procedures very well. I wish Footlocker would actually take the time and train their employees better. Only a happy customer is a returning customer and I can say I highly doubt Ill be a returning customer. Most of the store associates A) Ignore you when you walk in. B) Act like they doing you a favor she you ask them to do their kob by helping you find the right size of shoe etc and C) They tend to pay more attention to their friends shopping in store then other customers. Overall this store could definitely use a huge makeover when it comes to staff along with training and management. Given the fact thay footlocker is on the higher price point then other shoe stores, as a paying customer I believe you could expect better service!

I was unsure of my childs size. Bought a size I thought might fit him. It didnt. I tried to return it and they told me the shoes were worn. I said they were tried on and put back in the box. They told me I was lying. I had to buy another pair after that, even though I didnt want to do business there because of the way the manager was speaking to me. So much for customer service. Who calls their customer a liar? Foot Lockers so called manager does! Will not go back there.
