I arrived in the morning and the business was quite involved with other customers when they opened.. Checked in at the front door entrance and was greeted nicely.. They took my name and ask me to find a comfortable place to wait for my name to be called.. So I view their products they in the room to view.. My name was called in less than 5 minutes and greeted by Kris for connecting my services.. She was very helpful and happy to help me.. After I was done getting services I inquired about some of their products they had in the showroom.. She was more than helpful and knowledgeable about all of phones, tablets and home security systems.. She answered all of my questions that was refreshing.. I am gonna go back for some more inquiries on their products every soon.. All in all I was treated well.. truly, H,

Is it possible to rate NEGATIVE??THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE AND THEY LIED TO US.we had a trailer stolen, had xfinity security system......from 30ft away I have footage of the thing stealing the trailer. When I send to the cops, they said the cameras were such poor quality they couldnt get definitve descriptions of the suspect or license plate.We were with this company for 14 years, since 2007.The tech guy heard my story and promised us he had sent out a new updated security camera. It was supposed to be mailed to us.IT NEVER SHOWED UP. COMCAST TECH SUPPORT LIED TO ME ABD MY FAMILY DURING A TIME OF CRISIS WHEN WE NEEDED SECURITY IN CASE THIEVES CAME BACK.on top of this, my wife and I, from Oregon, find out the hard way that we cannot watch out Portland trailblazers on Comcast anymore.....they just pulled the plug on the channel during Blazers games, and since NBAtv and league pass black out when local providers carry the game, we were unable to watch the game.AS OF NOW, PEOPLE IN OREGON CANNOT WATCH YOUR PORTLAND TRAILBLAZERS IN OREGON.wifi never works, 2 of 4 bars after numerous tech support visits.Do yourself a favor and drop these chumps from your life.They cost us almost 50,000 over 14 years.......complete waste of money in hindsight. The integrity and the lieing from the tech department employee was the last straw Ill be making a complaint to better business bureau.

It doesnt have a door assist to open the door for me. My elbows are replaced and I cant lift their weight. They did take me seriously when I mentioned this by several pathways. Stand up tables. Courteous.

Every time I visit this store its clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and Im instantly greeted at the door. Theres always a great selection of merchandise and plenty of options for smart home devices, home security and other wifi options. Theyve got dividers at every station so when youre being helped youve got the feeling of safety. Theres hand sanitizer available everywhere, and theres staff doing down stations between every customer. I feel comfortable giving my business to Xfinity when I come to this particular store.

Went in to exchange equipment. It was pleasant inside as was the staff. It was crowded but its large inside with plenty of seating. It was a simple process in and out in 10 minutes. Make sure to MAKE AN APPOINTMENT it is a very busy in place

Im not excusing my mom from her unpaid bills of $189 however her phone has been paid off since August of 2020 and asked to have her phone unlocked so she can get phone service from another company... mind u her phone was a $1100 phone... and they refused to unlock the phone (she only had internet through xfinity after she had paid it off)

Customer service is generally good, though often it comes with thick accents (most recently southern) that make it hard to work together.My biggest complaint is that my internet drops 2 to 3 times most days, usually just for about 15 minutes each time. Customer service claims that nothing is wrong and they dont see am outage but they often admit they cant find the modem. Usually by the end of the call its working again, but not any faster than if I didnt call.

They often try to talk you out of getting new equipment even when you have been told by an online agent to get it. Dont listen to them, insist on new gear if you feel yours is not working. That is what you are paying for every month. Other than that, they are fast and friendly.

The customer support in computer is overwhelming. So frustrated. Had to make a trip in and talk to a person. The problem could have been solved if their system was any good.After waiting a little while the associate told me financially to make no change until end of contract. Bummer.

Got 5 phones for free, 5g at $30 or less per line unlimited!! Great phones and really fast. If you want to switch, see Dana at the Xfinity store! You get to keep your current phone number too!

Update: After being tired and frustrated by the service, I moved to Verizon even though the cost is significantly more. With that move, it took 4 days for Xfinity to release my phone number to be transferred!Mobile phone service drops calls often and then gets Not Registered on Network errors, even in my home. They advertise they use Verizon lines. I suspect in a very very limited capacity, if at all.

I showed up right before closing so I understand why they didnt want to spend much time helping me. The one associate tried to tell me that my girlfriends iPhone SE was actually an iPhone 8 (they use the same shell so look the same) and thats why the SIM card that Comcast sent wouldnt work in it, even though when I signed up for service the online rep said it would work. Not impressed with Comcast Xfinity mobile service so far.

My bill showed up $20+ more than usual. I called the number and, after many frustrating computer demands, codes, transfers, etc., I finally reached a human. He was difficult to understand; kept me on the phone 21 minutes, did not address the issue, did not contact supervisor as he said he was going to do, asked me about my plans for the weekend, lots of stalling and talk about nothing. I finally had to end the call due to obligations - issue not resolved. No local customer service?

After several years of being an X Finity customer, I must say they have come through in the end with everything I have asked for. In a dated complex with a degraded line they helped define the problem issue well enough so the building owners agreed to adding an outside line to serve our medical teleconferencing needs during the pandemic. They have replaced my modem, rebooted my system and walked me through many processes, successfully.

I came in looking to add mobile service to my internet package. After talking with the gentleman for nearly 20 minutes he gave me awesome answers and let me know that at this time it wouldnt be best for me to switch my mobile package because a few of my devices were not yet supported. He still took a look at my account and helped me save a few bucks while also hooking me up with the latest Network equipment and giving me advice on how to make my network stronger. Id much rather take the time out of my day and go visit these folks. They listened to my concerns and actually heard what I had to say, Ive had my struggles with Comcast online. but my local Xfinity store here provides a great customer service that I feel Xfinity as a whole should strive to follow.

I just signed up for Xfinity TV & Internet. The controllers they sent for the TV box were a updated version and wouldnt work at my location. So I went to the Xfinity store by Valley River Center with 2 controllers in hand. With the covid pandemic going on, I was met at the door, and told the young lady what had happened. BOOM! I had the two correct controllers in hand and didnt even have to go inside or anything else! And she was so pleasant, but I didnt catch her name. She put a great face on your company. So did the Tech who I called when setting up my system. AND he apologized for the company sending the wrong controllers. To me, it was a minor inconvenience but it is nice to hear someone say Im sorry that this occurred. So far, Im very impressed with Xfinity! Oh, the internet is working great and so are the controllers, they even control my Bose sound system!

Some staff needs to be re-evaluated. Ive needed help on my pymt in FEB 2021, and a staff member helped me send my pymt(check) via mail to Comcast in California. Fast fwd to today, May 2021, my pymt has not post. NO ONE at this store, or XFINITY online has any idea where this PAPER CHECK is. Im awaiting results from the agency, who issued this check, to help figure out where this check is and if it has been cashed or credited to an account.

Really friendly and helpful staff. They helped us get the best price possible on my internet and TV package and went through all the options with us. My parents were really against signing a contract or setting up autopay and the guy I talked with found us a good plan to avoid both and still get a good deal. There was a wait because of limited capacity, but it wasnt too long.

-Okay good customer service. +3-Check your account they tend to charge twice accidentally... many times over the year when you have auto payments set up. -4-Why then don’t have a phone number for the store instead of the 800 number, which it takes forever and can’t give you any info about the store itself? We’re going through a pandemic, as a multimillion business you should try to less expose your clients and employees. Update the number to each store location on google maps 🙄 -10

I worked with hunter at the valley river location. He was terribly sidetracked with the tv on site, paying attention to another customer service person and not the problem at hand.He failed to transfer my phone to a new one after 6 attempts.I told him to give my money back and cancel the new phone, which he said he would after the left.Here it is 5 days later and the charge is still on my checking account and the new phone (iPhone 11) is still on my mobile account.Something needs to happen with him and my accounts need to be fixedI have accessed a new phone through your site so don’t get it confused with the on hunter messed up on.Dennis

I was having a real problem with the Xfinity automated phone service that would not let me speak with a representative. I visited this store to discuss my bill and Hunter helped answer every question and resolve my issues. They were so nice and helpful! My experience is usually returning damaged, outdated or equipment no longer needed. Last visit was very brief, not exceptionally friendly, nor was it rude or unpleasant. Took the modem, scan, receipt, out the door. 🤣 I have had prior visits with great greetings and service. Different times.

This was the 1st time I have been in this new store at Valley River Center location. I went in at approximately 2:00pm and it was slightly busy. A nice gentleman greeted me and stated he would have a representative help me shortly.. About 2 minutes later a representative named Patrick walked over to help me with our Cable Account. Basically, I told Patrick we are looking to change up our cable package as what we have now does not meet our needs. Patrick was so nice, polite, respectful and helpful. He was NOT pushy, too talkative, did not try to rush me or talk me into something I didnt need or want. He gave me a couple options within our budget to work with. Then he called my better half and explained these options to him ! Talk about going the extra mile ! I left there very satisfied and so appreciated Patrick for his Excellent Customer Service/Support experience.Also I would like to add that the Comcast Office/Store itself is very nice- Fresh, clean lines, upscale design, seating available, model equipment to look over and even Cold Bottled Water to purchase if one desires. Thank you Patrick!
