Love ace buyers they are always friendly kind and understanding of everyones situations and give you the best they can. Once or twice a year I use them and always get my items back before 60 days is up. Highly recommend them at this store thank you for always being respectful and kind.

I called all locations asking for a specific game cube game. All but location one had it, and all but one of the locations that did have game cube games in general told me their selection. However, the albany location said they did have it, but when I asked what game they had, he said No, I cant do that, you can come down here and see for yourself. I live an hour away, and he said it in a very aggressive tone.Edit: Eugene location was respectful and helpful. This was meant for the albany location

My family and myself have been shopping here for about 8 years, I had never had a problem with these lovely place, stuff is good and respectful Vicky is my favorite she always goes above and beyond in her customer service, she looks for opportunities to say yes to customers, the Onwer is a great person even when my son return a .22 rifle that was having problems with, he didnt even have a problem to look at it find the problem offer a to take back give it a try or have a refund, I have bought lots of stuff here with no problems, over all A+ A+ highly recommended

These people are truly the BEST! I am obviously not using my real name, but I have been a longtime customer of theirs and they have always treated me very fairly- I have had to take out both short term and long term loans or pawns on items- not only were their rates very fair but they always take great care of my items, they remember my name and who I am, and are always very friendly and happy to see their customers.There are a lot of dirty, low-end pawn shops in town with nothing but junk but Ace Buyers always has the best stuff to buy, great selection of jewelry and musical instruments, DVDs and electronics, guns, etc. The place is also always really clean inside. They have pride and I like that when Im letting them hold my items.If youre looking to buy something for yourself or as a gift, or if you need to sell an item or you need a loan, I highly recommend Ace Buyers!

I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE NO STARS....AS IN ZERO!We have all seen Pawn Shop reality shows with cool honest people ...well this place is just the opposite. They will lie to your face...cheat you if they think they can ...and steal when all else fails. They sold accessories off my AR15 and sold all of the ammo that went with the gun during my redemption period and when I redeemed it they tried to tell me that a 30 day grace period didnt apply ..when they had just told me the week before that it did... RUN AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS AS FAST AS YOU CAN !!!! AND GET A HOLD OF ME IF YOU HAVE BEEN A VICTIM OF THEIRS...ITS TIME FOR THE STATE TO PUNCH THEIR TICKET !!!

Went in to check out gun stuff. I always enjoy checking the different shops around for deals. I will never do business with these clowns. Im certainly young but I do know a fair bit about firearms as Ive been around them for just about all of my 19 years on this earth and own a few myself. While I was at Ace Buyers I was greeted by the old man in the back of the store. I asked to see an AR-15 barrel in the case. The man obliged, and handed it to me. I saw the marking on the barrel and instantly knew it was made by Ballistic Advantage. For fun, I asked who it was made by to see what the guy would say. He looked it over, and when he couldnt find any words on it to say who made it, he blurted out Its made by Daniel Defense. This was simply a lie to trick me onto being interested in the product. I didnt look so believing so he had an employee look it up in their system. The employee confirmed what I had originally believed, that it was a Ballistic Advantage made barrel. I asked how much use it had seen and the old man replied that it had never been mounted on a rifle and it was therefore never fired. That was another lie, because the gas block set screws from the rifle it had been mounted on had left marks where they were tightened down, and there was a very light film of carbon around the gas port on the top side of the barrel. I pointed these details out to the man, who at this point violently snatched the barrel out of my hands and said aggressively GIVE ME THE BARREL. He put it back in the case, and I left in a hurry. Disgusting business and disgusting lying scum working there.

They said the amount I asked for was too little, and they gave me a little more. They are very fair and dont seem shady like other places.

I have been here many times, usually to purchase ammo. Prices are fair if not amazing. Good knowledge from staff, I recommend looking here first!

Ive been in here a few times now. Most of the staff is always incredibly friendly and ready to help, except for the gentleman who handles the firearms. His know it all attitude is very off putting. When I asked to look at their .22s he simply said they only had one and went right back to tinkering around. I was very much interested in buying said .22 but given his attitude I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Called to ask about what iPhones this store has in stock and Vicky answers the phone. Before I finished asking if they have any iPhones at all she hung up on me. I get that its annoying to have people call and ask instead of just coming in, but welcome to the world of customer service.

I know the Springfield store isnt knowledgable on guns. Ill try the Eugene one next time. Ace buyers isnt so bad. But could treat people who are not regulars a little better and friendlier. Just a little advice.

Absolutely awful. Called to see if they took what I was selling a pair of good headphones not beats but comparable. Was told to hurry in as they are closing at 6 and it was 5:15. Came in and asked a fair price for the headphones the woman hemmed and hawed in her disgusting smoker voice while she found the cheapest pair the Internet could provide. She then asked the other guy and he said they wouldnt take them. So, when I called on the phone a direct no we arent taking those would have been just fine. But instead I wasted my time driving into this horrible store with hopes of getting a little cash. I will never ever bother with them again.

I am in the process of dealing with a HORRIBLE issue with Ace Buyers Pawn right now. A little over a month ago i put a shotgun and a necklace out on pawn with this Ace Buyers. I turned in the items with a Washington I.D. The address on my I.D. is my primary residence. I also have an address that we were renting in Eugene, Oregon as my husband was going to school. I gave them both addresses. When i went to go and get them out however, they tell me that i can not get my stuff out until after i provide an Oregon I.D. because that is State Law. I call and talk to someone who seems very understanding when i tell them that if they were to not give the gun to me because of my I.D. he should not have taken the gun with it either and says he agrees and assures me that if I come in and talk to the owner he is sure that he would straighten everything out. Relieved, because I at the time was packing up my last things in our rental and move them back to our address that is on my Washington I.D. before Christmas to see family. We decided since the next day we were leaving back to Spokane, we would stop at the Pawn on the way out of town and get my things. Boy, was I wrong. The second I walked into that store and said my first sentence, the owner rudely interrupts me and tells me my I.D. is apparently invalid because the address they have in their system is an Oregon address. I ask for reprint of my ticket so that I can have someone else pick it up for me and he must have thought i was stupid when he said that it was illegal to reprint tickets. I made sure with the City Police Department and ATF, there are no laws against it. Whats funny is when I mentioned what Pawn Shop it was they werent surprised and said they have had problems with them in the past. I hope the owner of this reads this, although from the way he handled himself in front of me the other day i doubt he even cares what is being said on reviews.On another note, when my husband called and told him our lawyer will be contacting him very soon for theft of an firearm, he replied with vulgar language and yelling saying he doesnt have time for this bullshit. Well as a wife of a 12 year Army Veteran who did 5 tours to Iraq totaling 6 years in deployment as an Airborne Ranger and 4 kids all on top of having Endometriosis, I sir do not have time for your BULLSHIT. Hope for your sake the judge likes that kind of attitude... doubt it though.
