I think the sales associates name that helped us was Bailey - she was so nice. My brother was last minute shopping for his girlfriends b-day and she helped us find the perfect gift. Thank you Bailey! Well be back 😊

I bought the michael kors smart watch from Macys and I came to this store to see the price difference and it was cheaper, the sales lady also was telling me how buying it from the store had a better warrenty, so I went ahead and returned the Macys watch and came back to buy the same watch at this location however the second rep I bought the watch from was the issue. I asked about the warranty and she just told me who covers it and then I told her how I returned the watch to buy here because it was a better deal to which she said it wasnt I was just buying the one without the extra stones on it, totally just ruined my experience, I mean cmon your in sales sell your brand! Dont just sit there ring up $400 item and be robotic through your transaction, there was only one other customer there and the other two sales reps where behind the counter playing on their phones. Wheres the manager? Is the behavior thats allowed? Slaes reps being dismissive ? Not selling their brand or the benefits of buying from that store? Dec 15th at 7pm is not the time to buy from these 3 ladies as they are more preoccupied with playing on their phones earning what must be a high hourly wage to do nothing.
