Sometimes life happens and puts you in situations that you would have never thought youd be in! After an unfortunate chain of seemingly unavoidable events that happened happened in myself and my husbands life we found ourselves needing a new vehicle and unfortunately were not in the position we were once in and our options were limited. People wasted our time give us the runaround and essentially made us feel like we werent worth their time that was until we stumbled across Karz Plus in Escondido and had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Freddy! I told my husband before we went down there this was going to be the last place because I couldnt take the humiliation and rejection of being treated like we werent worth the car dealerships time! When speaking with Freddy for the first time we were extremely transparent and told him everything he would be dealing with as far as our situation was concerned and asked him flat out if he would be able to assist us in purchasing a new vehicle. He was very understanding not your typical used car salesman at all he was affable friendly empathetic and understanding to our situation and insured us that by the time we were done we would be leaving there in a new car! Freddy spent hours and hours with us back and forth genuinely going that extra mile really making us feel like we mattered and that our business was important to him! That night we drove away from Karz Plus in our new SUV, all because one person decided that his word mattered to him and helping us was important! Good place to buy used car, bought a 2016 Ford Fiesta from this place. Got a real good deal on it, but I did have a few problems, but the people at Karz Plus helped me fix them right away. They have great customer service and friendly staff. I gave them this rating as I have had quite a few issues with this car. I purchased a 2012 Chrysler 300. These are very good vehicles so I did not worry about anything, When I drove the vehicle off the lot there was a violent shaking of the steering wheel. Come to find out that the front brakes and rotors were bad. Karz plus did have them replaced so I felt good about that. Then I noticed that the front window was leaking, and they had to fixed that. Then when I went to use the window washer it was not spraying. I had filled up the washer fluid to see if that was the issue, come to find out that the lines to the window washer had fallen apart, and the sprayers were not hooked up as they had rotted away. Then a week later I found that there we 2 recalls, the alternator and an airbag sensor issue. The Chrysler dealer fixed these items, but I feel this should have been fixed before the selling of the car, and just 2 days ago the airbag light came on. Again they are nice folks and have great customer service. But buyer beware. Had I known all these issues I would have passed on this beautiful car.

I went in as a first time buyer, with NO credit and walked out with the exact car I had my eye on. 2014 Nissan Altima with low mileage and in such good condition you wouldve thought it was brand new! I had the pleasure of visiting Karz Plus and meeting Alex, he was an absolute professional from the introduction to the contract signing. He said hello with a smile and asked what I was looking for rather than selling me something. I went there pre-approved, I initially wanted the Chevy Equinox in the lot but he was upfront with me about the quality and what other prospective buyers have said about what seemed to be a loose engine bracket. After sitting down and starting the engine I realized he was right! He directed me toward a Ford Edge that I had taken a look at, to which he mentioned his family member had driven the car and stated how smooth it felt. I chose to drive the Edge and by the time I got back from a pleasing drive he was waiting outside. He knocked off some money for my status as a veteran as well, pretty awesome. Ryan, the owner of the dealership was also very polite. We had gone to Karz Plus in National City and they directed us up, the salesman at that dealership tried to claim the commission. We were quick to snuff out such claims, Alex did all the legwork and was a complete gentleman in the process. Ask for Alex, hell make you feel like family!

Bought my first ever, a 2016 Ford Focus from Karz Plus Escondido. When speaking to the sales person I specifically said I was looking for something reliable that will last me because I’m paying a lot of money for it. 1 month and 26 days into ownership the car won’t go past 11mph and my 2nd 4th 6th and Reverse gears all no longer work. Got it towed to Ford of Escondido and was told it needs a whole new 6 thousand dollar transmission. I payed $10,000 BEFORE interest and this car already needs 6 thousand dollars haha. STAY AWAY FROM CARZ PLUS IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR TO LAST YOU!!!Update: had the owner Ryan contact me and apologize for the inconvenience. I ended up towing my car from ford Escondido to bens auto in Escondido. Car was at shop for about 3 days. Got my car back and it fortunately runs and drives again but still feel problems with the used transmission that was put in. I plan on buying an extended warranty and hoping it’ll last me as long as possible. Maybe it was just the car I decided to get. Atleast management is somewhat caring, thanks Ryan !
