Came in to the Escondido location right before closing time and the sales associate Shawn greeted us kindly. Tested out some mattresses and when the best fit was found asked for the best deal. A great deal was quickly found for not only the mattress but an adjustable base and a set of pillows. Even without the best credit we were able to get financed for two years 0% interest. The best part is it’s getting delivered in two days. 10/10 would recommend to family and friends.

Called for a bunkie board, lady was super helpful, even finding me a discounted return. Payment was easy with a link she sent. Delivery was FREE and within a day or two. Could not be happier with entire experience, will be back next time I need bedparts.

The staff was very helpful, not pushy in any way. They even gave me a break, because the item I wanted was discontinued so I had to upgrade. But they honored the old item price (which was amazing!). I recommend Mattress Firm to anyone but the location on 9th is a cut above.

I had chosen the wrong mattress on my first visit to Mattress Firm. After 2 months I went back to arrange to return it and pick a different one. I stayed about an hour laying on several mattresses and found the one for me. The whole process went without a hitch and the sales man was very pleasant and helpful,

I was at Costco, trying to order a bed but they only sold the one I wanted online. The online link wasn’t working, so I called the Mattress Firm store in my area and asked if they had this particular bed in stock and the price. I asked if they could price match Costco. Josh said yes plus an additional 10% off. Josh made the purchase process so easy. I asked him a million questions about beds. He was expert at explaining everything, helping me find the best mattress to fit my requirements. Great customer service. Josh even had my order quote ready and emailed to me before I left Costco!!

Pretty good selection with various purchase options. Delivery was quick and easy for only $50, which included mattress take away. We got to try all of the beds at the store. Prices where competitive and pretty much as expected.

We needed a bed for our guest bedroom. We were not looking to spend a lot on a bed that would only see occasional use. The salesperson was extremely helpful in guiding us to a bed that was comfortable, but reasonably priced. I have a truck, so I went to their distribution center to pick it up right away. It was set up in the quest room within 1.5 hours of paying for it. Very happy!

Experience: I tried Amazon for a foundation, couldnt get it delivered because USPS said it weighed too much, cancelled that order, tried Jeromes, no one ever responded, ordered through Bobs Discount, told the day before delivery that it would be an additional month wait, cancelled that order, and in absolute frustration called Mattress Firm. Marco in Escondido informed me that my new foundation would be delivered within two days and I saved $50! I should have called them first! Easy, great customer service, and sufficient inventory. Learn from my experience and go to Mattress Firm first!

Andy helped us with our purchase. This is our first time moving in together and buying a mattress together, and he helped us by only showing us what we were looking for and keeping everything honest and simple. There was an error where our mattress was accidentally sent to will call pickup rather than our apartment, but Andy was sincerely apologetic and helped us get our mattress on our move in date so we didn’t have to sleep on the floor. The mattress is comfortable and has helped my husband’s back pain greatly decrease. Great experience, and would highly recommend!
