I got to the dealership at 7:50 for an 8:05 appointment. I didnt get into the driveway to talk to the first guy at 8:20; he tells my appointment is useless, more of a drop off time. Around 9:30 (and after cars that came after me got to speak with a service person) I was told it would be another 3 hours. Im was pend in by other cars but they did more a car for me and I was able to leave. Their excuse was that its a Saturday; so the plan is to frustrate customers every Saturday.

Terrible service department, clearly just lazy and very unprofessional. Went in after waiting a month to have my Jeep looked at, requested a rental a month in advance, I get there and the service advisor looks at my truck, sees that’s it’s modified and immediately tells me that they are super busy and his tech that is the best is not in town and he doesn’t want anyone else to work on it blah blah blah. Nothing but excuses on why he doesn’t want to take my Jeep that is under warranty and to rip it off there are no rentals. He says he would like to refer me to a dealership 50 MILES away I politely tell him I want to leave my truck there as Jeep Corporate told me to go there. He then tells me he’ll call me back later that day so he can sort out the rental situation…a week later still nothing. GARBAGE SERVICE CENTER!

So I had originally written a better review that seems to have disappeared. I am not sure why it would have been removed, but it has. Anyway, that review stated that the sales manager basically will tell fibs to get you to finance through institutions with higher interest rates even though you have already been approved for lower interest rates. That being said, I have had other issues since I purchased the vehicle. When you call and leave messages, they seem to go into black holes. No one ever calls you back. I cannot in good faith recommend this place. The customer service is very poor on the sales and administration side. I will say the service department has been pretty good.

Horrible Service Department experience.The service manager needs to get his stuff together and get his information straight.Laura Jimenez just has zero people skills and treats people as if they are less than human. Treats one like if one is the enemy not courteous whatsoever.👎👎👎👎👎
