Chuck Van Note is the best in the biz! I had bought a 2020 Jeep Wrangler in July of 2020 and then I was involved in a horrible car accident in July of 2021. My Jeep saved me from what could’ve been horrific injuries. Once I was better from my injuries Chuck helped me get into the same Jeep with some new upgrades. Given COVID and lead times on everything being an issue, we were able to get me feeling safe again in my new 2021 Jeep Wrangler in October of 2021! 3 months with these crazy times was amazing. Me and My wife recently purchased a vehicle from Centennial Leasing & Sales. They were prompt to respond, and I was appointed to Aimee Ferris as my consultant. Aimee was awesome, quick to respond to any question I had and made the whole experience 100% better than going to a dealership and dealing with that rhetoric of hassle. This was the first time I have ever really had a great experience without hassle of buying a vehicle, and Aimee was a big part of that. This was our very first time working with a broker for a car purchase and Kurt Schlaefer came recommended to us by a trusted friend. Now I know why! We had previously thought brokers were only used when leasing, but ours was a new car purchase with trade in. So glad we went this route! Granted, we knew the make and model of the car we wanted, but Kurt saved us heaps of time being able to scour the vast car market for exactly what we were looking for, with quick turnaround, and then secured an exceptional trade in on our existing car. In the end, we saved several thousand between car price (not a lot of negotiating there at the moment, for ANYONE!), superior trade in value, and securing pricing on our desired extras/add-ons better than what the dealer offers. Not to mention he drove our new car to our house, drove our trade-in away, and all in the PM to accommodate my husbands work schedule. Pretty sure well never do this without a broker again, and will absolutely reach out to Kurt when were in the market again!

Valerie was a gem to work with. I knew exactly the make, model, color, engine, interior, features, etc that I was looking for in a new vehicle. Val searched the country looking for the truck I wanted and presented options. Ultimately, I was not able to find the exact truck, so Val assisted me in the process of having my exact truck built and submitted to the manufacturer. I contacted Jamie that our lease was ending and that we would like to have her help us transition to another lease. We gave Jamie a list of cars that we wanted to test drive and she set it up so they were all at one location at the same time. This allowed us to compare them side by side. We told her which car we liked and gave her a list of colors and options we wanted. She took care of the financing and the existing lease termination. Jamie drove the new car to our house, had us sign the new car paperwork for 10 minutes and the drove off with our old car. Every step of the process was easy and Jamie took care of everything! I will never go to a car dealership again!

I had the best car leasing experience with Jamie Seger from Centennial Leasing & Sales!!! I had been working with two different car dealerships over the weekend who were giving me the run around. I emailed Jamie Monday morning and she quickly called me within the hour. I told her exactly what car I wanted and with which features I wanted and that I needed to get a car pronto. Not only did she get my exact car in an hour, she was $5000 less than the dealerships “best offer”!!! There was no back and forth, just an amazing offer the first time!!! Jamie had my beautiful new car ready for me to pick up in less that 27 hours from our phone call! I’d probably still be dealing with the car dealerships salesmen. I cannot recommend Jamie enough! Not all sales people are created equal, but we would highly recommend Jarrett Kirkwood. He was accommodating to our schedule, made the buying process easy and convenient, and followed through with everything he said would do even after the sales was complete.
