I had e.m. service repair my septic tank aerator and it came with a one year warranty. A month shy of the one year warranty the motor had locked up. they would not honor the aerator and wanted me to spend another 180 dollars on top of the 450.00 I had spent 11 months prior to rebuild it. Totally unsatisfactory and would recommend to everyone that they do bad work and more importantly bad business. They can rip me off once but not twice.edited July 31st. the only reason I did not purchase a used one is they offered a one year warranty . is that the same warranty as the new ones or do the used ones you sell last longer than 8 months?where my septic tank is there is no way could ever flood. I live on a hill with over 15 feet of fall and its all sandy soil. poor excuse to void a warranty.
