We bought a very cute pant suit that looks like a tuxedo, a pair of cute shoes, and 3 Victorias Secret bras for a TOTAL of $36!!!

You can find some good stuff here for cheap. Alot of it isnt that great but you just have too keep looking.

Good deals and nice selection, especially on plus size clothes. BUT during my trip today I heard one of the dressing room girls making fun of plus size people with an older lady who was a customer. Totally rude, totally awful and made me feel like Im not a welcome customer here and like Im being judged. Its sad because the clothes here are really great and affordable.Edit: The way the have recently chosen to organize their pants is confusing and makes finding my size way harder than it needs to be. I would be SO happy if they went back to their regular layout. Same with their shirts, but DEFINITELY with the pants.

I been here three times now and have consistently found great items from higher end denim brands and pieces from online clothing rental services. Plus I always leave with some kind of household item from the back of the store. I’ve found the workers to be friendly to me. I’ll definitely be back!

Great deals but run down area

The place is clean and neat. the staff efficient, polite but very slow at registers. masks worn. I found quite a few clearance items with huge tears and snags in them which I thought would not appear on their racks. Benifiber was outdate from 2020 . otherwise all the shoes were neat and clean. foot pedis offered for customers to try on shoes. all womans tops were $5.99 and up that I saw for my size. clearance red tags for 2.00 but heavy winter stuff. lots of jewelry and off brand colognes.

One worker had clothing on that was very unacceptable for the work place.cutoff shorts bunching up in the private area.. Flip flops on.. Some products seemed used.. Long line in the dressing room area.. With workers just standing around..Will not return..

The prices were pretty good for the selection.The dressing rooms were open which is nice since some places are not. Only complaint is the organization of clothes trying to find sizes.

Today was my very first....and very last trip to shop at DFW. The selection of clothes was plentiful and prices are great. But, the customer service is a BIG thumbs down. There were 4 people in line, including myself. The customers ahead of me were greeted cordially and promptly, until it I was next in line. I also work in customer service, so I do understand and appreciate patience on both sides of the counter.however, when I was next in line, the cashier walked away. So, I proceeded to take my things to the counter.The cashier waited approximately 2 minutes before asking her co worker to please ring me our as it was time for her to leave. The coworker, with an attitude, states, sure, I have nothing else to do....COME ON!! I was ready at that point to just leave the merchandise and go somewhere else. Im not a judgmental person, but since WHEN do you allow females to roll their shirts up under their breasts, so ALL her flesh is hanging out?!? Very unprofessional.Sadly, I will go to Burlington in north Olmsted from now on, where customer service is fast, friendly, and the workers are dressed appropriately.I would like to give a big shout out to Carlos. I observed everything, and his positive attitude and professional mannerisms excelled far and above the females. Thank you Carlos,although you were not my cashier, I watched you and wanted to thank you personally, but didnt want to get more upset than I already was. I hope yall heard me as I left, but if not thats the reason for this review.

First visit. Plan to spend some time if you visit. Overall it could have been a little cleaner, but clothes were sorted by size and offered at a deep discount. Staff was very friendly & helpful as I was looking for a specific garment. Supposedly they get stuff all week long and are constantly rotating items. Ill definately go back. Worth the visit.

Top end cloths! Some of the items have defects but just make sure to check for that. Amazing prices. Like burlington quality cloths and prices.

Love this store because I can always find something for someone and not break the bank. You need time and patience to dig through all the racks of clothing. Youll definitely want to try every item on for size prior to purchase as all sales are final, meaning no returns and no exchanges! Thats why I couldnt give 5 stars. Ladies, you can literally find complete outfits for $20! I bought several casual dresses for $5 each. I paired one $5 dress with a $2 wrap belt and a pair of trendy sandals for $6. Then I found a gold, layered necklace for $7. Entire outfit was $20! I suggest leaving the kids at home to allow yourself the time to find all that you are looking for and then youll need to hit the fitting room. Kids get bored quick so you may feel rushed. Also, no shopping carts. They have bags you can fill to carry your items and the very nice employees will let you hang your items near the fitting room so you can continue shopping without the hassle of hauling around your filled bag! I only shopped for womens clothes while I was there but I saw many baby clothes as well as mend clothes. Not sure about bid kids clothes, didnt look.

Good place for budget conscious fashion clothing

This place is awesome. Great deals on brand new, brand name clothing, I would say on average a quarter of the full price. Express tops are like $8-14 NWT, depending on the style. I would say about 50% of the clothes are express, they have dress pants, jeans, shirts, sweaters, shoes and more. They also carry a lot of Altard State clothing as well as other brands. Keep in mind they also carry mens clothes. It is arranged similar to a thrift store, where there is not much order besides by clothing type and size, but worth it to look through things.

ProsAlways great prices and they always have something new. You dont see the same products week after week. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. Its my go to place for new dresses. There is everything from bras and socks to dresses and shirts.ConsThe clearance is difficult to go through as its not a clear section for just clearance. There are no returns or exchanges. Some items will be damaged or previously worn/used. The mens section isnt very big and its mainly Express brand or button down shirts.

Update: Ive been to this store 3 times now that they have permanently moved in and their plus size selection has dwindled significantly.I ended up going to the plus size name brand store in the same plaza just for a pair of basic black work pants. I will not be making a fourth trip.Less of a choice for plus size clothing now that they are a permanent store. Prices cant be beat.

Horribel poor service

I come here all the time with my grandmother toni :)) we always head out of the store with a bag or two full of great things weve found. The staff here are so kind and helpful, there all very wonderful hard working people!! I will always continue to come here, this store is amazing.

Visited the store totally on a whim. Surprised to see a few selections of footwear in my size & from a brand I trust, but not anything I wanted. Their plus size section was decent as far as volume, but the selection was lacking. Note to DFW(Elyria): There is definitely a smell in the plus size dresses. In regards to the male worker on fitting room duty... 3 items in my hand + 1 item in your hand = 4, dear. What youre not about to do is have me out here looking like a thief looking for this fifth item you counted. (We got you together tho!) I did pick up two items; an Ashley Stewart dress & jumper; both very cute! Just keep in mind this is a discount warehouse so selection, condition, & volume may vary, but youre sure to find a deal.

Theres a lot of odds and ends and they really need somebody to go along the racks and adjust after people have made a mess of things to put items back in the correct size area.other than that they do seem to have a lot of clothes that you might not find it elsewhere and the prices seem good.

This was a decent experience for me. The store wasnt immaculate, but it wasnt dirty either. The sizes and prices were well signed. The isle ways were clean and orderly. I liked how they had everything put together. All jewelry with jewelry. Girls clothes together, mens clothes together, etc. Staff was friendly as well.

I recently discovered this gem and am so disappointed I didn’t find DFW sooner!! The selection, quality, price, cleanliness, organization, and friendly staff are what set them apart from any department store. I highly recommend giving them your business-you won’t be disappointed!!!

Pleasantly surprised on the cleanliness of the store. Sometime similar discount stores can be dirty, messy, and unorganized. The clothing racks and organized and maintained by the staff. My only advice to shoppers is to look carefully at the clothing you want. Some of the items are stained or just dirty, but thats common to discount stores. Its not meant to be, but sometimes they slide by!

Havent been there in awhile and there were lots of new things. A nice selection of jackets and coats. I got a Levis leather jacket for only $25.

Cheap- yes but you better go over whatever you plan to purchase very well. Most of what I touched was damaged to some degree. I did manage to find to undamaged sleep shirts for $4 each.

Dont bother coming here. All the clothes are used, some worse than others. Place is dirty with rude staff. Youre better off going to a Goodwill.

Love finding hot deals here. Youll need alot of time to really shop because theyre are alot of items. Racks are hard to get skim through because clothes are so backed together, youll get a good workout in your biceps while her. Staff is always helpful.

Prices are fair for discounted NEVER worn clothing. They tend to carry much newer trends compared to the other discount shops I have gone to. Everytime I come the employees are friendly and and insanely helpful.
