What an easy, stress free car buying experience! I will never go back to buying cars at a dealership. No price haggling with scribbles on a paper and secret back room guys that have to approve everything. I found my car on the Enterprise Car Sales website (had to have it transferred from Florida to the location in my area), but there are plenty of cars on their lot as well.I would encourage everyone to start with Enterprise Car Sales when looking to buy a car - we will be going back in a few years when my son starts driving.

I had to take the time to thank Josef and Amir who took care of some paperwork for me when Josef was out.While on a search for my next vehicle, I spoke to several salespeople and visited one car lot. As I drove away from that lot, annoyed and disappointed by the service I went on the Enterprise website. I noted my interest in 3 vehicles was called shortly after by Josef who explained to me that the cars were not on the lot and explained how the transfer fees worked. We then agreed to talk on the Monday. I went to several other dealerships that weekend to get the feel of the vehicles I was interested in, not at one of those dealerships were the salespeople engaging, helpful or interested in helping.I made a decision by Monday on which vehicle I wanted and reached back out to Enterprise. Again the process for transferring a vehicle to our state was explained to me, we then made the payment for the transfer and waited. I was told the vehicle would be delivered in 2 weeks but it came a week early.At that time I was called in to test drive and make my final decision. Josef was like a knowledgeable friend during this process, not once did I feel like I was dealing with a car salesperson. On the day to pick up my vehicle, with all safety measures in place we closed the sale.The red carpet and bow is a great touch.I cant thank Enterprise enough for treating their customers with dignity and respect. Had an overall great experience at the Elmwood Park location. Our salesman, Liam was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were not sure what we wanted and Liam did not rush us. He actually encouraged us to take multiple SUVs out for a test drive to be sure we were happy with our purchase. We spent a total of 3.5 hours at the dealership and left with a 2020 GMC Terrain. Several years ago, we decided that we would never again buy a new car. I had seen a sign at an Enterprise Car Rental place that said they also sold cars. I checked it out. Long story short, I just bought my third car from Enterprise Car Sales. The first two were bought in Iselin, NJ and this last one in Elmwood Park, NJ.They take the top 10% of their cars, ones that have low mileage, never been in an accident, and basically sell them for half-price. Its a wonderful deal and the people are very, very friendly. This time, actually, it was even better. The guy who sold us our car, Peter, is the father of a little girl who is the same class as our granddaughter. All in all, it was a wonderful experience.Also, I actually bought the car for my daughter, but last night, for the first time, I got to drive it. It drives like a dream. When I came back to the house, I jokingly asked her if she wanted to swap cars.

Let me just say GO HERE! Im serious i was at a nissan dealership before i came here and it was such a burden. The nissan dealership basically told me they could sell 4 cars within the time it would take them to process my application through my credit union. Except they only finally said that to me the second day i went in, wasting even more of my time. HOWEVER that was not the case here at all. I was treated with respect my time was valued and i got a car that i loved! ENTERPRISE is definitely the way to go! I mean this guy is just a genuinely great salesman which isnt easy to come by nowadays. All the way through from start to finish you could see the willingness and determination he had to get us in the car we wanted the very same day we wanted it - and he succeeded. At first, I was very happy with my experience at Enterprise. From the salesman, bank process, etc. However, took car to a authorize repair shop next day, found it had numerous problems including a recall never addressed before sold. Took it back (as promised 7day money back guaranteed). They got me into something else and I love my car. Suppose to refund the money I spent on a diagnostic test for the initial car. I say this time and time again Do Your Research!!! OH....STILLL WAITING FOR MY REFUND LOL

I recommend to get a car from Enterprise if you dont have credit they will find you a bank because they work with many banks and you will be qualify

Had an appointment with Michael, he was very professional and explained the entire process very well. He offered many car financing options and was very polite and professional. Unfortunately, the car price that I had in mind and the price the car was listed for were irreconcilable. Other than this one issue the experience was very positive. I recommend his customer service.
