Consistently disappointing...Just order what you want online. They have extremely limited stock, and only 1 person working at a time .

I have yet to get anyone to pick up the phone. The sign on the door says the lobby is closed and it’s locked but there are people inside who are obviously not employees. I can’t put in an online order to pick up in person because I will likely not be able to reach anyone to pick it up in person. Oh well I guess. Back to amazon.

Store is ok. They dont have much in stock when it comes to PC stuff, although the store is mainly geared towards console players. Grabbed the box for a webcam.i wanted. Didnt have any in stock. Clerk offered to order it to store, couldnt order it to store unavailable. Clerk then put the box back on the shelf and said it was company policy. Why put it on the shelf if its unavailable in store or to order online?

I wish someone would pick up the phone. Guess ill call or look for what I need at another place that wants my familys business

I typically feel a lot of pressure from the employees in order to purchase things I dont need. The last time I went I decided I likely wont be going back as without asking they put insurance on all the pre-owned games I purchased. While it was only about 1-2$ a game I had bought ten games and the insurance is basically useless as I keep all my games well stored.

One of the managers verbally assaulted my wife. As some with law enforcement background I contacted this person and he would not apologize. I will be bringing him up on charges.

Old guy who works here tries to sell you everything except the game I want every time I see him, some people dont want to preorder every upcoming game and just want to come in and get a game without all the hassle.

Good store, but it gets old when the older guy with grey hair, tries to sell you the entire store, everytime. It gets annoying man come on.

Im a big fan of these guys real personal and understanding. One guy BOUGHT me an HDMI cord that was missing with a ps4. Nice guy

Some of the hardest working retail people in Elko are right here, servicing the gaming needs of Elko and its surrounding half-dozen or so townships. While corporate ideas dont usually serve well to appeal to smaller town customer sensibilities in the almost intimately confined storefront, the long-standing employees do their best to shoulder the burdens of requirements for membership card subscriptions while trying to send you home with a game youll genuinely enjoy.

I love the store when u walk in u feel good u feel chill I dont shop here anymore as I use to because Im unhappy not with this store but with that way game stop as a hole works I get messages all the time but there not worth looking at like today pro members sale really are thay really on sale look close all the games that just went on sale have been that price for months at Walmart some are even cheaper just because u charge full price all year round and u take 2 to 3 $ off is not a sale and the only thing u have a sale one is the games that just came out that no ones sold back to u and u sell cheaper but a couple $ off and call it a sale 😂 makes me laugh

Mike is one of the most helpful and nice people youll ever meet and he his is very knowledgeable in games on any station. I highly recommend this game stop for you gaming needs

Well for one couldnt get them to answer the phone. Then when I went in they gave me the same excuse they gave me a week ago that their tech guy was two days late. Seems to me he would be a week and 2 days late. They just make excuses

If I could give negative stars I would, this place is horrible, not a fan at all, bad experience Everytime Ive been in there.

Everyone is very nice and helpful but I can never get them on the phone it takes about8 phone calls but when at store great

They sell games that don’t work and have no way of testing them so make sure you keep that receipt. Always a long line because they talk and talk and talk.
