Rada auto repair and elk grove village has been one of the best people to do business with in my entire life. they taken care of all the vehicles in my whole family for about 3 years or so. Not once have we had any issues with their services and they are always gone the extra mile to take care of us. The fact that the let me borrow a loaner car is a tremendous service Ive never seen anyone else do and it makes it much easier for me to get my car worked on. they are very honest and will always give you his best advice in regards to anything concerning your vehicle. These guys are great. Tom and his team ran a full diagnostic check on my car and didn’t even charge me a dime. While other shops tried to charge me $60-$250 just to look at my car. They let me know all the issues my car had and didn’t try any sleezy “your car is going to die tomorrow if you don’t fix it now” tricks. Thanks guys. I have recently discovered this establishment for some basic service. Awesome service and great people. They discover an issue with lugnuts. Sounds boring but if i got a flat on my front tires either me or my children would have been stranded and cost me a fortune. Went to several of my previous service places and zero help. Went back to Dada and asked for help. They got me fit in last minute on a Friday afternoon. Not only found a solution but a much better solution. They Went out found parts and fixed in 90 minutes. Been taking my car (Audi A6) in for oil changes for about a year now and have never had any issues. They’re certified German car techs and have a hi-tech operation in house. Tom and Ottavio (the owners) are always upfront about any issues encountered, and honestly I think this is the best repair shop in terms of customer satisfaction because they always go above and beyond to ensure that their customers are happy. I would highly recommend them.

Well first of all if it was not for my brother Tom that introduced me to your shop. I would of never known about tour place. Tom and Ottavio are honest and upfront about what they recommend and they let you know upfront what is wrong .They give you a professional estimate. I had my heater core done on my 2001 Highlander and they showed me pictures of what is involved. I never saw my dash that stripped before, I hope it never happens again. His shop is very clean and professional looking inside and out. I will be returning for future work and oil changes.

I was referred to this shop in an emergency on the side of the road. These guys took in my vehicle at 4 PM and put in 150% effort to get me back on the road the same day.. Tom, Peter, and Matt all took time to not only fix the vehicle but to explain the diagnosis and offer me options. There were a few different ways this could have ended up costly and stressful for me, but they took care of the situation and got me back to business. Very impressed across board. I went here after my 2013 bmw x5 vent in limp mode, they let me know after 3 days what is wrong with my car, keep it for 2 whole weeks to fix, charged me $5000 for a huge, 3pages of parts and problems they fixed most of them fictional, nonexistent just to get top dollar from me, if I had one problem they added 10 more, just 1 sensor cost me a ridiculous $800 no honesty, huge waiting time to get the car fixed they RIPPED ME OFF BIG TIME

My check engine light kept coming on and noone could figure it out. One place even wanted to replace the computer. Tom was able to diagnose the problem and find that the issue was a bad ground wire. I wish I wouldve found him sooner.
