I order a cheese danish and caramel macchiato and usually it’s good and the service is exceptional but when I got my danish it had a bunch of burnt pieces from I suppose previous stuff from the toaster. I bit into it on my way to work. Glad I stopped because I had not taken out to see it. They need to clean out their toaster or something and stir the coffee well all the sugar sits at the bottom.

Starbucks is always my go-to place for coffee ☕. The line/waiting is a bit long but manageable;).

I have started going to this location for close to a year now and not once have I gotten a wrong order and everything is always delicious. Reason why I felt a review was needed today was because of the excellent customer service I received from Joey when taking my order. The minute I gave my name in the drive thru he already knew what I planned to order. Thats very impressive!! (Not sure what that says about my starbucks addiction lol but thats besides the point). Everyone is always pleasant and always providing quick and excellent service.

I typically don’t leave reviews for Starbucks because the service is as expected but this location had a rude person taking my order and he didn’t even get the right order!

This location is one of the best ones Ive been to. The girls that work in the morning are super nice and great at making all the various drinks. And its crazy that they keep up with all the orders with the amount of people coming and going. And they always get it right. So check this location out!!

My power has been out since yesterday afternoon and the 1st Starbucks location near my home did not have open seating available. When I called this location they were cheerful and kind when I called and said to come on in!I have been here since 7:30 am working and each and everyone person (all women:) behind the counter have been singing, dancing, and working non-stop with smiles and kindness.With all going on this world right now and having no power at home, they have made my month!**Thank you for practicing social distancing and every single individual for wearing a mask - employees and customers!

I order the same thing every time with the same pumps of sauce and amount of espresso shots so it taste so bad that I just toss it. They were too busy and they just made a drink as fast as possible and it was nasty they didn’t take the time to correctly prep the drink

Ive been coming here for years. Plenty of outdoor seating. This location has the nicest and most friendliest Baristas and managers of all the Starbucks I ever visited. Some call me by name. Everyone here greets their regular customers when they enter the door and also say good bye if and when they see you leaving. Some Baristas are extremely quick to get drinks like Carly and Kristen. I highly recommend this Starbucks.

Manager by the name of Glen was a great host. Had no idea the different drinks he could make that were not shown on the menu and really took the time to make sure I really enjoyed what I was paying for!

Solid Starbucks. Drinks are made accurately and quickly. B the staff is friendly and engaging. The line for the drive through can get pretty long because its so popular.

Will not be coming here ever again. Twice I’ve bought Iced matcha lattes and they are disgusting. People pay to drive off and enjoy a GOOD drink! So disappointed 👎🏼 Don’t recommend this location.

Always go to this one. Good atmosphere. Plus, it isnt acoustically challenged like some, so you can actually have a conversation where you can hear the other person. Added perk - almond croissants!

I wanted a Starbucks, got a Starbucks. This is one of the better stores.

Waited 12 minutes in line this morning. Line was around the corner of the stop sign. Ordered my regular order for the past 5 years.When I arrived at the window I handed them a $ 100 bill. She looks at me like I have three heads. We dont have change she says . I look at her like okay now what. Horrible customer service. You already made my drinks I offered to come back she said no.So unhappy right now.I love Sue and Stephanie at this location. There also use to be a wonderful barista named Carly.. Not sure Ill come back, West Dundee location is closer anyway.

This is the best Starbucks I have ever been to. Glenn is always in such good spirits and is just a joy. Would highly recommend!

We are from out of state visiting my parents in illinois. We stopped at this Starbucks because it is conveniently located next to 90, I forgot my wallet here and didn’t realize it until 5 hours into our trip. I called and spoke with Glenn. He verified that the wallet was indeed mine, and was extremely pleasant and kind over the phone. I sent my mother to pick it up and he even offered her a drink for her troubles. We will definitely be stopping here from now on when we are in town. Excellent customer service, plus the cold brew was great.

The workers were very nice and helpful. Plenty of space to work and outlets to plug into. Clean bathrooms.

Manager/cashier/possibly Hispanic man with glasses is always racist and rude. Took our order without repeating and did not tell me how much it would cost. Please re-train this man. Or recommend just go to drive-through to avoid him. Other staff in this store are very friendly.

Barista’s are great last Starbucks before you hop on highway 90. I’ve never had bad service and they always know how to make my drink! Thank You! 😀

Perhaps the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to, customer service wise. Excellent customer service. If you wonder why people spend the extra buck at Starbucks instead of going to Dunkin Donut’s and you always hear it’s due to the quality and customer service but you haven’t really experienced it yourself, come to this location. It’s a fine example.

Awesome service! They not only cleaned my mug, they rinsed and wiped down the straw and the lid! I would never have asked they go to that much trouble!

Pulled up to the drive-through to order a drink and asked if they had a croissant. They did not so I was going to order a drink instead, but I made the comment that there were two giant spiders on their order menu and they looked pretty nasty and that someone might want to clean them off. The lady said “I can’t do anything about that. Are you going to order a drink or what?” I pulled up to the window and saw who took my order over the phone. I wished I had gotten her name but she was the middle-aged woman with blond hair, I think she was a manager. I said something to another girl who was working there about how rude she was, and she didn’t say anything about it. I’ve had issues about this location in the past, but this put me over the edge. I’m never coming back.

Not always consistent with their drinks. Ive ordered the same drink and had them taste completely different.

So disappointed with our experience. Glen, one of the supervisors, was extremely rude and condescending. He took our order without even looking up from his inventory sheet and rattled off our total before my husband could even order. We sat for about 20 minutes and then he rushed us out saying they were closing even though the website listed a different time. I mentioned to him that he might want to fix the time on the website and he laughed at me... and said yeah, ok... when I mentioned to him that I would like to contact corporate, he again smirked and basically conveyed the message of good luck like somehow he/the Starbucks corporate office didnt care. The fact that Starbucks has someone like him working for their brand makes me not want to buy coffee there anymore. I would much rather pay less money and get better service at Dunkin Donuts.

Service at this Starbucks was terrible. Staff were extremely rude to me from the moment I attempted to place my order with a rude cashier who treated me like scum despite being friendly with every white customer before me to the moment an equally rude barista shoved my drink at me with a snarl. I can only assume their reactions were racially motivated. This is 21st century America and such discriminatory behavior should not be tolerated.

Glad this isnt my everyday location..came out here for an audit early and sat here most of the staff was great with no complaints..but one mid 40s aged blonde was terrible..If I was the manager she would be gone..She had no interest in being friendly to customers or helping people get what they want. I think the staff wasnt happy with her.I went up to the counter and she was fighting with someone over mischarging them and told them even though their balance was wrong not to worry about it on their card..They left unhappy only to return later..she wasnt friendly about it..then I went to get a refill of vanilla iced coffee and instead of making me a new one she went over took warm coffee dumbed it into diluted ice and squirted about 5 or 6 vanilla syrup shots into a tall iced coffee..i tried drinking it and it tasted like just sugar and gagged me so had to have someone else dump it out and make a new one..

This is the slowest Starbucks Ive been to. With one person in line ahead of me, it took me 15 minutes to get my iced coffee. I finally said something to one of the barista on the hold up. They forgot my order. I go no apologies, just a horribly made drink.
