Great experience. HUGE selection of lamps, lampshades, globes, chandeliers, light fixtures, finials, bulbs. We took 2 lamps in for repair and they fixed it right away as we waited. Reasonable price too

Very expensive used chandeliers, lamps, lamp shades, sconces, and used lighting parts. If you find something you like, your going to pay an arm and a leg.

Wow!! So impressed with Shirley I believe is her name that owns this nicely stocked store and repair center. I tried fixing a lamp and was having a hard time. Went to Walmart then Home Depot to try and find the part but was not able to. Finally went to Westside Lighting Galleria and this beautiful 85 yo lady fixed my lamp while we chatted. If you need any lamp parts, repairs or new lamp go check this place out. Highly recommend!!

I looked all over El Paso for lighting stores.. Westside Lighting Gallery was by far the BEST with what seemed to be an unlimited variety of lighting. Shirley was absolutely wonderful to work with. Very knowledgeable & creative. I needed a complete redo of all my exterior lighting and this was perfect!

Any time I go into the lightening gallery or call on the phone Shirley is incredibly helpful and also educates me on various components of lighting and/or fans. Her customer service is wonderful.

It was a pleasure to shop at this store. Owner, Shirley, was very very helpful, and knowledgeable. Made a sincere effort to help us with ordering a big chandelier. Excellent customer service. A refreshing experience, as compared to most “lazy lighting stores” who don’t seem to listen to their customers.

Great one on one service. I used them to recreate new lamp shades for my folks over 10 years ago and they still look great. I just had them rewire an old lamp and it came out better than expected!

What a wonderful and sweet lady. Her name is Shirley and she is an expert at her craft. Letting her know our design ideas she immediately honed in on the theme and presented well made products. I didn’t realize how many details there are with lighting and lamps until I met her. She is amazing to witness.

Westside Lighting Gallery has become my go-to option in El Paso for lamp re-wiring. I had a significant number of antique lamps wired for 220v, all with failing cords and wonky sockets. WLG rewired these for a reasonable price and provided quality work. The store may seem a bit crowded but it appears to be due to it having most everything one would need in the way of lighting tucked away inside.

Very nice lady that owns it, good selection of everything, had all the manufacturers catalogues for us to find what we needed for all the rooms, i loved they had a work shop to fix the old light fixtures of ours in reasonable time

We took three lamps (2 vintage floor lamps and 1 bedroom table lamp) in to be rewired and restored with new shades. The results were very poor. The owner said she could do the work herself on them. One of the floor lamps had some salvaged sockets installed and she simply wrapped the connections with electrical tape (in violation of code). She put a new glass bowl shade on top which does not fit the fixture so that the three arms of the secondary lights cannot be used at all. The table lamp was put together with the sections not properly secured so that it is very top-heavy and unstable. Too many issues to list all. We were charged over $400 for vastly inferior work.

If the work is not up to your standards, by all means let the staff know and theyll make you happy. NOTHING thats been repaired by staff leaves without being up to code.
