Dr Kevin E. Bright, M. D. is a very knowledgeable great communicator, compassionate, and skilled surgeon. He made me feel that I was in safe hands. He is very precise, I am blessed he performed the surgical procedure with precision and care. Although, I was very anxious about the result after a few weeks of the surgery. On the follow-up visit care, Dr Bright gave me an assurance about my concerns. Also, to include his staff is very caring, compassionate and friendly while maintaining professional and efficient standards of medical service. Everyone is friendly and I am very pleased they are in this area to care for us. My first visit with Southwest ENT was today. The office was VERY busy but the ladies upfront Ms. Fabiola and Ms. Dora deserve a RAISE. Very sweet, professional and kind ladies. My daughter has surgery soon and I wasnt Able to go to the appointment in which the surgery was decided on. Dr. Bright is a very skilled and experienced doctor who takes the time to explain everything. He has been my sons doctor for many years and we are extremely satisified with the excellent care Dr. Bright provides. Dr. Brights assistant, Ruby, always goes above and beyond in ensuring we have all our questions answered and/or needs addressed when Dr. Bright is unavailable. Yudith also has been great in assisting us with the scheduling of surgeries. The entire staff at the office is always so friendly and helpful. We feel like a part of the family there.

I booked a hearing test for my son online for the following month. I forgot the day I booked it for, I have called the office twice left messages twice. I understand they are busy but why have a answering machine to leave a message. By reading the reviews, this is not the 1st complain of lack of communication coming from Dr office. It is very clear this is a problem and very little has been done to fix this problem. This reflects on poor management.

My son had an appointments with Dr.Bright and it went well. Very professional overall.But....I was supposed to receive a call back from staff to schedule surgery and until now I have not heard from them. I tried calling the office and it always sends me to voice mail. I leave a voice mail and never heard from them. Until today they answered ((MELISSA)).. SUPER RUDE did not even asked me for Name or DOB. All she said Dr. Will get back at you. Super rude and careless. After I asked her for her name that is when she was interested in knowing who was calling or who was the pt.Hopefully you can work to getting better front desk staff since I do see a couple of reviews.

The staff and Doctors are amazing here, I had previously gone to another facility explaining to a doctor about my deviated septum and he basically blew me off told me I was exaggerating. I was skeptical to go to another doctor and get the same reaction but Dr. Reiersen was the complete opposite. He listened to my concerns and was extremely helpful. He fixed my deviated septum and now I am able to breathe again! I highly recommended this facility

Previous patient of Dr Reirersen many years ago. I started having really bad sinus issues about 6 months ago so I called Southwest ENT to make an appointment. Next available was 2 weeks so scheduled it. Day of appointment checked in with staff outside of the office door. Got my temperature checked and told me I could wait in my car and they would call me.Staff called me after 30 mins and took me inside the office and vitals were taken. Was taken to another room and waited another 30-40 mins for the doctor to come in and see me. Dr Reirersen is an awesome doctor and this is the reason why I was a returning patient!! After examination and scope he recommended me to have a CT scan which they do there in their office.Checked out and they gave me the CT appointment for two weeks. The day of my CT scan I checked in and the receptionist could not find my name on a roster of scheduled patients. She told me to go ahead and wait in my car and they would call me. I had been anxiously waiting for this appointment because as last they could tell me what was wrong.Received a phone call from the staff to inform me that my appointment was the day before. I apologized and took full responsibility that is was my fault and I got my days mixed up . I don’t think if I would have done this intentionally, I would have traveled from the NE just to show up for the heck of it!!I asked when I could reschedule the CT again? She told me not until the end of the month and we had just started September. I asked if I could get the orders and take it to a diagnostic facility since their office could not see me sooner? I explained to her that I was going to have foot surgery that following week so I needed to get this done prior. The receptionist told me that she would have to ask the medical assistant and would call me back.Returned home and waited for a phone call and never got one. I called the next day and explained the whole issue again and asked if I could get the orders. She told me again that she was going to let the medical assistant know and would call me back. Going on 5 days now and no phone call.If this review was just for Dr. Reiersen I would have given him 5 stars ⭐️ The staff is the frontline of their business. They can either make or break the success of patients returning!! Sadly I will not be returning because I can already see the lack of care the staff has for their patient’s.Went to another ENT clinic was seen right away and CT scan done the same day....scheduled for surgery.

I am beyond frustrated with this place and their rude/lazy office staff. My daughter needs surgery. We went in on the 21st of May and they said that their β€œsurgery schedulers” would call us to set up a time and date for her surgery. After a week of no calls, I had to start calling them. It’s June 23rd and I have called at least 5 times over the month to β€œleave a message for the surgery scheduler” because β€œthere’s no direct line to her”. Surprise, still no word.

If it were for the doctors and other saff I’d definitely be giving them a 5 star; however the front desk personnel is very inconsiderate and shows their lack of care for patient care. My daughter had an appointment yesterday afternoon.As I arrived, a young lady kindly greeted my daughter and I, took our temperature and told us they would be with us shortly. It was a great experience up until my departure. As I was leaving, I asked the receptionist if I could have a school note for my daughter and she rudely told me to sit down in a chair. I watched her take a personal call on her phone, and later proceed to speak poorly about another patient to her coworkers. I’m not sure if this is a norm for them, but truly unacceptable especially if the only thing between the waiting room and them is glass!!! She then tended to other patients forgetting about the school note I asked her for. A few minutes later she even got up and said she needed to go to the ladies room. She put her own needs before mine.About 15 Minutes passed and I still hadn’t received my note. I walked up to the other receptionist and she printed one out for me in about a minute or less. I felt a bit upset because how could it take one person to do something in more than 10 minutes and the other in just seconds !!I approached the young lady sitting at the table and asked her if the receptionist were always so inconsiderate and rude. I continued to tell her that I recognized the receptionist voice from the phone and wondered why she was always so rude and unpleasant. Even scheduling my appointment I had to deal with this ladies rude remarks and tone! The young lady smiled and apologized for the way I was treated and hoped that I had a better day.For the such good doctors they have, I feel bad for the staff that they have to settle for. They are such kind doctors but their receptionist are the front line of the business with very little care whether the patient is happy or not. I don’t appreciate the way I was treated and hope this is addressed because I shouldn’t feel uncomfortable going to the doctor because of a receptionist bad mood or regard of others. Absolutely unacceptable.

Dr Bright did my sinus surgery several years ago & he was the best surgeon ever!!! This continues to be the BEST ENT Practice in town. He made a very complicated surgery very easy to recover. Paloma helped set up my surgery & was so helpful! I was having problems one day prior to a flight, Dr Bright was in surgery so Dr Jamison fit me in before my flight - which would have been a painful experience without his diagnosis & anti-inflammatory meds. I really appreciated Dr Jamison’s experience & going out of his way to help me. Recently I needed a copy of documents for insurance and Ruby was so helpful! She called the billing company and got the necessary paperwork to me in just a few days. This practice is super busy because the Drs are the best and the staff super helpful.

Met with Dr. Hart and had a great experience. I chose the hearing aids I wanted, spoke with Angel about price. Angel said the doctor wanted to call me personally. That never happened. I called a couple of days later and Angel apologized and assured me the doctor would call me. That was almost a week ago. No call. I called today and left a message. My initial experience led me to believe this was going to be a good fit and I would get outstanding customer service. Look, Southwest ENT, I wanted to buy hearing aids from you. I want to spend my money! But, honestly, if I can’t get good customer service when I’m GIVING you money, what can I expect when there’s a problem? I’m 95% ready to go somewhere else. Hearing aids are not cheap! Mine would cost $6,000! And this is the best you folks can do?

My son ended up with a bad ear infection over the weekend that only an ear specialist can address. Southwest ENT has seen him before and have helped him with a recurring ear problem. I immediately called Ruby, who like always treated me with professionalism and great compassion. As always all the Doctors were booked due to their amazing work but RUBY was able to find us a cancellation and therefore book an appt for my son who was in excruciating pain. I rarely leave reviews, but RUBY deserves a β€œshout out” for doing an amazing job and making me and my family feel as our case was the most important one for her. (Clearly I understand that my son’s case is nowhere near other cases that the doctors see on a daily basis.)Gracias RUBY!!Un abrazo

I bring my son to this office for allergy shots and usually don’t have a problem but lately the staff have been extremely rude! To the point where they mention they are doing you favors to make you appointments. I understand that they deal with different situations but being rude doesn’t solve anything. They also don’t give you the proper information as to what you need at your appointment. Plus sitting there for multiple hours waiting and them not letting you know what is going on. So just take your chances when dealing with the rude staff.

Dr. Jamison is a great and dedicated doctor. My oldest son had his tonsils & adenoids removed along with a uvula reduction by another EN&T doctor who I disliked due to his professionalism. Dr. Jamison came to my sons rescue at Providence hospital due to consistent bleeding and stopped the bleeding. I would highly recommend him to others. Keep up the great work Dr. Jamison!

If I could give - stars I would. We have to drive in from NM. Then wait for 1 hour after appointment time to be seen by a medical assistant and then wait other 45 mins to a hour before we just left cause we had other appointment to get to. All this after making the appointment 6 months in advance.

I called today to speak with Angel from Audiology and he wouldnt even let me speak due to how rude he was being. I asked to speak to his supervisor Erika and I have got the run around from the staff. Never had any complaints. My son gets seen promptly and Dr. are polite and efficient. But two weeks ago I forgot to ask for a school note for him has been the hardest trying to get the customer service to send me one. Three times already I have been just left on hold for long periods of time. The other thing is when I finally get someone to tell me they will fax it and get my information I never receive anything. I work customer service too so I know people make mistakes but please I would just stop bugging if I could get proper customer service.

Phone calls are not returned. The only way you can speak to a person is to request an appt. Then they can find someone to answer the phone. The ten day repair of my hearing aids has so far taken over 30 days. they expect to now have it repaired in another 5 or 6days. I had the same repair to the other hearing aid in Mi. It took 10 min in their office & cost less. I will update this when my hearing aid is returned.

They told me a procedure would be covered by my health insurance, and it wasnt. I am now stuck with a couple thousand in medical debt that I cannot pay, being a student. There have been numerous times that they have told me they would call back, and many promises unfulfilled. Dr. Bright is a nice guy, but this is ridiculous. Now I have nothing I can do but complain on google. I budgeted for my copay and my deductibles, and now I have to pay for the full procedure. I feel I have not been treated fairly by them at all.

The doctors are awesome but oh my god the waiting time being on the phone is horrible and at the clinic is a pain!! I was late for work because of it. They need a better system because I feel like I am wasting my time.

The only good part about this place was the front staff were very polite and the nurse practitioner we saw was really nice. The bad really outweighs the good though. We sat in the waiting room, which was like a sauna, for an hour and a half past our appt time before we got called back where we talked to the nurse practitioner for literally 4 minutes, we were there for a surgery follow-up, and that was the end of our appt. It is ridiculous to wait an hour and a half past a scheduled appt time! The doctor who saw my son during his first appt, was obviously annoyed when my son started freaking out about having a tube shoved down his nose. And he was planning on scheduling him for surgery without even looking at his tonsils and adenoids. I had to request he look at them and make sure surgery was needed. I’m glad we are done with this place and don’t ever have to go back!

The front desk is incompetent, on call doctor after hours is no help at all and just says β€œyou’re the parent, if you want to take your kid to the ER you should” after a surgical procedure. You cannot get through on the phone without waiting and waiting and trying multiple times. Rude male front desk and slow older last at the front to β€œassist.” After surgery the doctor came to to talk to me about the procedure and had the wrong kid, he had to ask for the chart and he scared me thinking he did the wrong procedure. Do not go here, save yourself the headache and find a different ENT. We will no longer return here.

This place doesn’t even deserve a 1 star rating. My mother came in the other day, for her hearing. She has had otosecerlosis for ever 20 years already and David A. Reiersen, M.D. didn’t know what exactly she had. After going to several doctors they knew exactly what mom had without haveing to send my mom to get an MRI. You would think that if a person has been with over 15 doctors and telling my mom the same thing you that she had otoscerlos and told this supposed docotor that she had this diseass that he would just simply sign the paper she needed to get her hearing aids. Do not recommend David A. Reiersen, M.D. for several reasons.1. He didn’t know what kind of surgery my had when she was little2. Racist. My mom is Mexican and acted agressive when she told him that she had her surgery done in Juarez3. Kept on guessing what my mom had after telling him serval times what she had4. Sending my mom to get an MRI when not necessaryI hope this helps anyone that is thinking about going here. Oh and the waiting time is terribly over an hour to get help.

First time at this doctors office. As soon as we come in I knew the kind of practice this is..doctors that overbook appointments because they care about the money and not the patients. My daughter was suppose to be seen by Dr Bright but doctor was changed without my knowledge. I ask the front desk staff how long the wait would be(lobby was full) and he said 30 minutes to an hour, and assured us that this kind of wait is unusual and excessive for their practice. After an hour wait I ask again how much longer and the same staff member states my daughter is next. As I continue to wait I overhear one patient tell another to expect to wait at least 3 hours because that’s how it always is there. I also overhear a front desk staff tell a patient who is trying to book an appointment that there is nothing until August β€œas you can see this is how it looks all the time” referring to the crowded lobby and excessive wait. Now we are at an hour and 45 minute wait. My daughter is 14 months, with multiple disabilities and specifically referred to an ENT due to concerns as a result of her disabilities. At this point my husband demands to speak to the doctor and for an explanation for the ridiculous wait after they claimed we were next. The staff babbles around all the questions, at no point do they apologize or take accountability for the wait, no one will tell us how to file a complaint and they go on to ignore us when we tell them we will not sit until we can either speak to the doctor or get an exact wait time. At this time the office manager shows face and claims the doctor had a medical emergency during lunch (an hour before our appointment) and this is the reason for the extended wait. When I ask why no one had the courtesy to relay that information to myself of any of his other patients they couldn’t answer. I even had a staff member say that I should expect these kinds of wait times for specialists. YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW MANY SPECIALISTS MY DAUGHTER SEES EACH MONTH, and never have we EVER had to sit there for this long and be ignored about our concerns. The best part was when the doctor (young white guy with pre med still written all over him) finally came out and felt attacked because we demanded answers. He stated if we continued he would not see our daughter. Clearly no one here cares about patients and not sure what they do with all the money they get because 1) the doctors scrubs were DISGUSTING 2) the lobby furniture is DISGUSTING and 3) not even one hand sanitizer in sight. We opted to not be seen because I refuse to fund greedy disgusting doctors like these. Two other patients also questioned wait times and the staff ignored them and made excuses. STAY AWAY !

Horrible horrible horrible service from the ladies in the front desk. Especially the one that took care of my paper work and made my appontment with Dr. Bright. She was rude and cocky! She called me up to sign a form in which i authorized them to bill my insurance, however never explained that to me she just said” sign and date here” and when i asked her what i was signing she looked at me ugly and then said it was the form to bill my insurance. At the end of the visit, when i had to deal with this lady again to make my next appointment she was very rude when speaking to us. She was arogant and honestly i din not like this!! I am paying for a service and i expect to get treated well! To top it off, i was there waiting to see the dr for 3 hrs. My appointment was at 2pm and got out almost at 5pm. My son is 17 months and 3 hrs for a 17 month old is alot! The only thing worth it was the dr. Dr. Bright was amazing!! He checked my son very well and explained to us the situation in great detail! Overall good drs just horrible service up front. Might want to consider a new friendlier staff!
